After opening the bottle, I couldn't drink it because it blew up with great carbonation, so I left it for a day and drank it again this evening. It's a great volume of cream in the rice cakes 😅. As the name suggests, it is like Doburoku. Surprisingly, the sweetness is low and the lemon tartness is refreshing. 🐈️🐈️ Comet and Fusakogane sake. The taste is even more delicious because it is related to Chiba and Hokkaido.

Smooth and round, with the gentle sweetness of white grapes and low acidity, it goes down smoothly. The corkage is slight, but accents the bitterness. 😋 A gentle and kind beautiful sake. The label is also nice. 🐈️🐈️ I was exhausted after my first 30k jog in a long time in strong winds, but I limped to get it at Ito Sake Shop in Rakurakudai.

I was caught off guard and was surprised when the bottle was opened and the bubbles burst out with great force 😵. It has a strong carbonation, a firm and creamy nigori, and a beautiful sweet and sour taste. The overall taste is mellow, probably from the Kimoto. It is indeed delicious. I bought a repeat of last year's bottle. Fresh, slightly carbonated, fruity sweetness of pears, and a beautiful acidity slowly. It has a nice balance of a hint of ori... The golden label caught my eye and I picked it up. This is my first daiginjo, and it has a robust rice flavor. It has a peachy aroma and melon sweetness. As the temperature rises a bit, the sweetness also increases. The overall taste is gentle and delicious 😋. I would like to enjoy orikagari Sharaku all year round, but it's too bad it's only this time of year. I am lucky to be able to buy the first one this year too. Tonight, I was able to return home on Friday night for the first time in a while. On the way back to Chiba station, I stopped at Imanaya and had a quick bite to eat. I've been waiting for it, a new series. I've been waiting for it 😊. Of the three, I chose Modern on a hunch. It is made from Yamada Nishiki. The taste I expected was strong and fruity, with hints of white grapes, peaches, and berries. It also has a strong umami, reminiscent of modern Omachi, but mellower. I guess it's because it's made with a lot of time and effort 😋. Delicious. 🐈️🐈️🐈️ I am relieved that the label is in kanji, which I respect and admire. I'm looking forward to the others. 😅

As per your comment, oori, it's in there. 😄 Excellent, I was inadvertently missing it since it is not on the label. The sweetness of the white grapes, the mellow flavor, the beautiful acidity, and the bitterness of the ori (bitter rice curd) balance each other out. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😋 The dark sweetness is balanced by the acidity and bitterness, making it very easy to drink. 🐈️🐈️🐈️

We enjoyed Abekan just a year ago. It is refreshing, has a beautiful acidity and a hint of sweetness from the rice, and goes perfectly with sashimi. 😋 Yesterday, I participated in the Miyagi Recovery Marathon in Sendai, the City of Trees, under clear autumn skies. I was almost at my best until 35km, helped by a strong north wind. The last 7km was my usual big stall. 😭It was almost the same as walking at the end. 😓 Immediately after finishing in 3 hours 58 minutes, I was already out of breath. Same as Abekan, still not so sweet. 😅
