Super fruity aroma💕 Beautiful color💕 The mouthfeel is thick and acidic, and the sweetness and umami of the rice spreads in the mouth, leaving a lingering aftertaste that wears off quickly and easily. I love it! ❤️ Too good! ❤️ It can be enjoyed on its own. I think it can also be used as a food sake👍 Personally I think it's No.1 in Kaiun ^_^😊👍 I haven't drank Yamadaho yet among the 5 unfiltered series, so I will rank them again after drinking them👍

The mouthfeel is super light and goes down smoothly 💕 Easy to drink! It is very refreshing. Even though it is dry, it doesn't get stuck in your throat. It is delicious 😋. Next, I'll have it hot. I found it at my regular liquor store the other day and couldn't fit it in my fridge at home, so I asked them to put it on hold and bought it today 😋. I'm excited to try my first Aizan Nigori! It's a very nice bottle of nigori. Here's a quick comment.... The aroma is super super fruity 💕💕💕💕. I'll have the first sip of the top. I love the way the sweetness of the rice spreads all over and the sourness comes later and then the spiciness 💕💕💕. Next, we will have the nigori. The aroma is good, the mouthfeel is mellow and easy to drink, and it goes down smoothly! Aizan Nigori is delicious 😊. It's been a while since I wanted to drink it by itself 👍👍

I would like to open my luck with an unfiltered Junmai sake made with Yamadanishiki rice 😊. 📌720ml ¥1,638 Here's a quick rice. The aroma is fruity💕💕💕The color is a beautiful golden 💕💕💕. The mouthfeel is slightly thickened and the sweetness of the rice and the acidity are well balanced 💕💕💕Yummy 😊. Yamada nishiki is also good 💕💕 I knew it! You can't go wrong with Kaiun👍 I'm going to continue my sake journey at my own pace this year 👍 The third day of the party with my eldest son's family was also a lot of fun👍 By the way, today's pairing is yellowtail teriyaki! How could it not match? Kaiun's unfiltered Junmai series is the best! Next time I'm aiming for Aizan or Akaban Omachi 😊👍👍

The balance is really good💕 Is it the hiya oroshi? Today's pairing is Kyoto style Oden 🍢😊how could it not go together😊?
