This excellent sake meeting
There were many very interesting brands to be presented on this day!
Shinmasa and Jikin, because you can find them everywhere again!
This Jyuukyu
The label has a motif of the Bremen musicians!
It was a beautifully polished and delicious sake!

Poco a poco" means "little by little, step by step, slowly, slowly" in Italian (a musical term), and was named after the progress of "Jyukyu" and "Ozawa Shuzojo". This year, the label is also gold in honor of "Kinmon-nishiki".
RiccioRead Riccio.
Means hedgehog in Italian.
Peach, pear-like aroma.
A little gassy, sweet and refreshing.
After a while, you get the feeling that it's sake.
You will regret drinking too much of it later. I wonder if it's like that. I don't know.
The expression is too poor 🥲.
We had sashimi, sprout salad, lotus root kinpira (fried lotus root), and pears as accompaniments!
Sashimi, both white and red are good!
The lotus root kinpira is good with soy sauce flavor.
Good with the salad
I don't like pears because I can feel the tangy taste.
That's my impression.
Thank you very much for the meal.

Yesterday I finally opened a bottle of Senkyu's UA Momiji, so today I'm opening this Ginkgo 😀.
I actually bought this sake at Yamamoto Sake Shop nearby, which I recently started visiting 😀.
I asked the shopkeeper if he had any recommendations for my wife who likes nigori (a sweet, tasty, clear, fruity sake), and he recommended this nigori from Jyukyu-san.
It was my first time to try Jyuukusan, but it was exactly what I had told the owner about Kaorin's favorite sake.
I think this store is going to be one of my favorites from now on too 😀.
Good evening, Yasbaye 😃.
I'm jealous that Yamamoto Sake Shop is so close to you ☺️ It's a sign of a drunken liquor store that they can serve the perfect sake for their customers' needs 😊.
I hope to visit them next month 😄.
Sur Lie also looks delicious with orikara 🤤.
Good morning, Yasbay 😃.
Congratulations to Hatsujukusan ㊗️ 🎉
We haven't tasted it 🥲but it seems to be available at a liquor store near us, so I'll try to bring you something next time 🤗.
Hi Yasbaye 🐦.
Congratulations on your first nineteen 🎉 I didn't know there was a sake with such a label 😳 I'm also curious as I haven't had it at home yet. I love the ginkgo leaves and the collaboration ✨.
Good evening, Aladdin!
I had no idea that there was a really good restaurant nearby, but thanks to Aladdin and bouken, I found it 😇.
My house is close by, so I hope you will stop by my house when you come to visit us 😇.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀.
It has a fruity but refreshing taste, which I am sure will please you both who like dry sake😇.
Another great sake and another great encounter 😀.
Good evening, Pon 😀
I enjoyed the combination of maple and ginkgo, both the look and the taste of the drink😇.
It's the end of November and it looks like autumn has finally arrived 🍁.
"Sur Lie" is French for "on the cage".
It has a slight aroma of rice and koji mold.
The taste is cloudy and sweet.
The taste is silky and gentle.
The acidity seems to blend in and is almost imperceptible.
The taste is surprisingly refreshing.
It goes surprisingly well with anko (red bean paste).
Taste level ☆4/5
The third cup is the nineteenth.
It is a juicy cup with a sweet and delicious flavor that is different from the first brew.
It will be liked by beginners. 🙆♂️
