Sogapère Effis numérosis Ikeda lot 🍶 that has been sitting in a regular fridge for almost a year.
I honestly didn't like the apricot taste when I drank it right after purchase, so I put the second bottle down so far 😅.
This was a sweet and fruity sake with less apricot taste â
I wonder if I should buy it this year or forgo it 😩.

This is Soga's Trois 5BY.
I couldn't drink it in Nagano, so I decided to open it after I got home from my trip 🥂.
First, I drank it cold.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of raw hiney.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild sweetness with a hint of acidity.
The flavor is well balanced, but there is a unique raw hiney aroma unique to Obuse.
This is the reason why last month when flos_lingua_est drank a 4.5 year old wine, he said it would be good to let it sit for about a year 🤔.
Then hot sake 🍶.
The top aroma is the aromatic aroma of heated nama sake.

In the mouth, it has a clear and mild sweetness with a slight acidity.
The aroma of nama-hine is not bothering me at all, it's well-balanced 😊.
Obuse should only be heated if you're curious about the raw hiney 😤.

The third and fourth pictures are of Obuse Winery, about a 15 minute walk from Obuse Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line.
No photos inside the winery as photography is prohibited, but we tasted 7 different wines and bought a bottle of wine at the store before leaving 😊.
I asked the staff at the kiosk about the sake, as it was a weekday when I visited, and they told me that they are preparing sake earlier this year compared to previous years.
Is Soga going to do something new? I'm not sure 🙄 ...

I finally had a chance to drink Sogape, which I had wanted to drink for a long time.
The aroma is similar to that of ginjo.
The taste is between that of sake and wine, with a predominance of bitterness and acidity.

I finally opened a magnum bottle because I had to open the refrigerator in preparation for the new sake!
Perhaps because it was left to rest, I feel that the acidity of the No. 6 yeast has been preserved, but the minerality has increased.

I made crab cream croquettes ❗️
So I'm going to open ❗️ 🥂.
Western style cooking, rich cream and crab, I consulted with my refrigerator and decided on 🧐Sogape-sama🥰.
I also added cured ham and sake lees cream cheese to the menu and it was a very rich and thick dish, but I think it went well with the strong flavor, acidity and spiciness of Sogape-sama. I also think it goes great with the salted mackerel I added to the menu ‼️🥰 lol.
Sogape-sama has a surprisingly western atmosphere, but it seems to go well with Japanese home cooking 🩷.
I love Sogape-sama😊 Can we drink Sogape-sama next season?
