Sogapale was opened as a gift......slight aroma? The aroma is a little bit sweet and delicious, just because it's a pure rice sake.... I'm having a sip of it with my youngest son with a Japanese eel and whale yukke (yukke is a Japanese-style meat dish) as a side dish.

In honor of Pekho-chan's 100 check-in🎊, here 🥰 in connection with the 100 connection. Ilya Thornton, meaning "100 years ago" 💖🥂They say that by letting it sit for a while, it changes and becomes more maniacal 🧐. It's delicious 😋😋This is Sogape ‼️ It's kind of honest and gentle, with a lingering aftertaste. It doesn't have the sweetness, bitterness, or acidity characteristic of sake, and it's not a sharp taste, but it envelops you in a unique deliciousness ✨😍Is it maniacal in that sense? Today, we have grilled and sashimi of Akinoto fish, and chilled tofu. The fatty and tasty Akinoto fish is very gorgeous and elegant with the presence of ‼️ Thornton 💖It goes well with mild salt and soy sauce 👍It is not a sharp sake, so it goes well with delicately flavored dishes🙆. When paired with gâteau au chocolat for dessert, it changes the atmosphere and has a Western flavor 🥰. Hope to see you next season, Mr. Thornton 🙏💕. Today is Pekho's 100th check-in anniversary 🎊, so we have a 100-related sake 🍶 IL Y A 100 ANS I got it! According to the description IL Y A 100 ANS means 100 years ago, and it is a sake brewed with No.1 yeast and 2-agar yeast that existed 100 years ago. Also, after May 1, it could have a super maniacal aroma and taste 🤔. Indeed, when I read back my impression when I received it in April this year, I have a different impression from that time! However, the unique flavor, which reminds me of white wine and is not like sake, is still the same and delicious! I can't describe it well, but that's the impression I got. It was served chilled! Pairing impressions were made by Pekho-san! This is Mr. Soga's Ilya Thornton 🥂. I heard that this year the master's store suppliers have reduced their allotment from Mr. Soga so I have less chance to drink 🤔. Mr. Soga seems to be a results-oriented guy lol The top aroma is soft and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a moderate sweetness with a slight astringency. It has a slight acidity that finishes off. Personally, I would like to let it sit a little longer. It was delicious 😊.

It's been a while since I've had a Sogape 😋. This one is made with No. 6 yeast and has a refreshingly fruity taste that is not so much sake as it is ✨. It's really amazing that they make such a delicious sake while making wine 😆. Of course the wine is also excellent 👍
