Last arrival of the season since I drank it in July.
The top aroma is a nice, faintly sweet aroma.
On the palate, there is a slight wasanbon or fruity, full-bodied sweetness.
Compared to July, it is even more mature and delicious!
I heard that there was a little bit of astringency left when it was first opened, but when I drank it, the astringency was gone and it was perfect.
I think it's time to open the Sogape I've been aging at home 🤭.

The last bottle I brought was a bottle of Sogapère Numérosis!
I bought it almost a year ago and kept it in the fridge, but I wondered if it would be okay if it expired before everyone had a chance to drink it. I was wondering if it's not rude? I thought it would be rude 😭

The snacks I brought were sweet potato kenpis from "Kyo sweet potato" which are popular in my house 🍠 Sweet but goes well with sake 😁 Buy some when you come to Kyoto 😁.
