It has been since the last time we drank at the Hankai Train Off-line Meeting 🚈.
It's moderately sweet and has a strong acidity like a sake yeast yeast yeast, and it's a little dry.
It's expired and is a so called maniac SAKE, but I think it's totally delicious 🤔.
I think some people prefer it to the fresh condition.

Sake from Obuse Winery. The sake rice is Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture. The rice is Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture, and the rice polishing ratio is 70%. No, it is an unusual sake brewed with the winery's yeast.
It is quite aromatic for a classical yeast. It has sweetness and acidity, and is modern. The impression is a little heavy. I remember the Obuse sake I had before was lighter, so it was a little different from what I expected. It is delicious, though.

I missed the reunion due to a typhoon 😵.
Since I couldn't make it, I decided to drink this one that had been sitting in the cellar for a long time.
When I opened the cork, I could smell the aroma of rice with a good amount of koji and acidity. I was already making eye contact with my mom before I drank it 👀.
The taste is mellow. I've only had a few Sogapale in winter, and I was under the impression that it was more dry and spicy like a white wine, but perhaps because it had been aged for more than six months, it had the umami of rice, fullness, thick acidity from the sake yeast, and a pleasant aroma that passed through my nose.
The label on the back says it may taste like a maniac, but it was the right decision to let it sleep👍.

Riasake Naturale Domaine Tasuki🥂 in Sogape.
This is the third time I've had it, having had it in May and July (not posted).
The top aroma is sweet with just a hint of richness.
In the mouth, juicy sweetness and a full-bodied umami taste like a hint of wasanbon came out!
In the past, the sweetness and umami were not so apparent, and the astringency was noticeable.
Sogape is a duck that needs to be laid down, right? I'm not sure.
