I saw it last year and couldn't resist picking it up because it was so good.
The aroma is rummy with a hint of citrus. Just from the aroma alone, it looked delicious....
When I put it in my mouth, I felt the taste of rummunee! Then comes the soft sweetness of rice.
It is amazing that it has both the freshness typical of summer sake and a solid umami and sweetness.
Drink it slowly, and you'll find it a little bitter and mild at the end. Delicious.
Refreshing, but with a soft atmosphere, this sake shows how sweet rice can be.
