This may be the first brand I've ever had.
Upon investigation, it seems to be a renewal or re-branding sake after being replaced by a new one.
The website showed a variety of interesting lineups, such as Aizan and Yamadaho.
This one was rather standard and modern, an easy-to-drink food sake with sweetness and freshness.
This is a sake with Omachi's typical strength at the forefront.
It has a strong body, but there is little bitterness, and the umami is simply strong.
The sweetness can be felt quite well in the beginning.
It has a long aftertaste, but the aftertaste is not as heavy as the strength of the flavor, and has a moderate aftertaste.

Wow, that sounds like a habit! Junmai type?
There is a slight sweetness!
Could you drink it because it's cold? Was it drinkable because of the sweetness?
The moment you drink it, you quietly think, "Oh, this is a delicious sake.
It is a beautiful blend of the gentleness that is typical of Aozora and the strength that is typical of Omachi,
It is not flashy, but it has a strong presence.
The aroma is gentle, elegant, and sweet, reminiscent of white peaches.
The palate is silky and smooth, and the umami spreads as if it were melting into the mouth.
It is well-balanced with a gradual resonance of acidity, and a lingering aftertaste lingers on after swallowing.
Aozora usually finishes its wines lightly by adding water,
However, this Omachi is specially made as "unfiltered raw sake" and has a core flavor.
It has strength in its lightness and is well-balanced, making me want to say, "This is Japanese sake.
It can be served cold or lukewarm. It is amazing that it tastes good at any temperature.

It's depressing when the morning fortune-telling ranking is good but nothing good comes out of it. I'm a fortune teller 😁.
So I'm going home and drinking. It's a good thing that I could drink Soukuu today.
Oyamanishiki is very powerful.
I drank the supernatant first, but it took less than 0.1 second from the sweetness to the bitterness. Oh, it is strong.
Next, I flicked the bottle and drank it with the oli mixed in. Ori, isn't that a lot?
The bitterness has more depth when it is mixed.
It is very complex because it also has sweetness, but Aozora is still delicious.
Now that I am in a very good mood, I think I will get ready to watch the Hanshin game at Hamasuta tomorrow 🐯.
Good morning, Ane!
There is a fortune telling 😅
I was #1 today so let's hope it's a good one 😁✨✨.
Aozora looks delicious as always 😊
Are you watching a baseball game today ⚾.
I hope you have a refreshing day 😊
