🙂 Next was Aozora. I thought it would be sweet because it was nigori, but it was dry. You would think it would be sweet because of the pink label. It was refreshing and easy to drink.

Not much aroma. Slightly yellowish. The sake is junmai sake, so you would expect it to be robust, but it has a light mouthfeel. The light sweetness and acidity are pleasant. It is only 500 ml, so it ran out quickly. I wonder if I should throw it away or reuse it after drinking out of the Italian bottle every time. I'm a poor person, aren't I?

The one that uses Yamadaho. I was told it doesn't look like Souzora. Is it? I don't know. I don't drink much, so I don't know. w A little bitter at the end but sharp? Melon? 11/20

☀️ Slightly sweet, with rice flavor🌾 at the center. The sweetness is weaker than that of Aozora, which I drank before, but I thought it was unique to Aozora because of the moist feeling when you drink it 🤗.

Polishing ratio 60 100% Miyamanishiki Alcohol content 15%. Refreshing, but with a strong umami flavor. Sweetness at first, then a little acidity. This is the first Miyamanishiki sake I have tasted. The sake lees is also delicious, like cream cheese!

Aozora Junmai Sake Miyamanishiki First time I've ever heard of this sake. This is delicious 😎. Gorgeous and gentle melon-like aroma 🍈. Good balance of sourness and sweetness It has a depth like Jikin 🦆🦆🦆. I'll check it out. The labels and bottles of the sake here are nice! Makes me want to drink other brands too👍. This sake is a gourmet colleague's choice 😆. As expected 💯.
