Rice polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 13 It has been a long time since I have had this wine. It has a nice sharp dry taste and low alcohol content. This is a summer sake!

It is described as dry, but the sweetness comes at first and the spiciness comes at the end, making it delicious and easy to drink. This is my first time to try this brewery, but I would like to drink it again next time I see it. Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16%. 1.8 liter 2,673 yen, tax not included

Even though it is a daiginjo with a 40% Yamadanishiki rice polishing ratio, there is no ginjo aroma and no sweetness. The umami and acidity are very noticeable. According to the brewer, this is what you get when you age it for four years. If you want to match it with fish dishes, it might be better like this.

Shoryu Hourai's Namaishime style warmed sake. Shoryu Hourai's sake is really good as a warmed sake. Well, basically, all the Junmai sake from Shoryu is good when it is warmed up... We will enjoy it very warmed up. The aroma of the sake is enchanting. The color is a deep yellow. It's delicious. And it develops quickly. The peculiarity, deliciousness, acidity, and astringency are all fast. It makes me happy to see it go through so much.

The acidity is quite strong toward the latter half, and if you imagine the sweetness of Zanso Hourai, it is a completely different approach. It also has a strong umami flavor as a base.

Type: junmai, style: nigorizake, rice: Yamada Nishiki, polishing rate: 70%, alc.: 15% I drank this winter sake in April. I don't mind the season because it was delicious. Sweet, carbonated, fluffy, full-bodied and fresh.

Complex aroma, full-bodied flavor. Slightly lighter and sharper than Kurotombo. A crisp, deliciously dry sake! Goes well with gutty soup stock!

Tanzanian Yushin Blue. The aroma is almost imperceptible. The taste is also clear and pure water blended with the aroma of trees and the astringent taste of the earth...I could think of such pretentious words. It is refreshing and cool, and every time I drink it, the blue of the bottle is well expressed in the flavor.
