The second sake at Sushi Namba was Hayashi Shuzojo's Hayashi Omachi Junmai Ginjo. This was also my first sake from the brewery. So, let's have it right away. First, the aroma. It smells a little sweet, doesn't it? In the mouth, the sweetness and umami are deliciously bouffant. The lingering aftertaste is finished off with spiciness, so this was a very tasty sake that goes well with food as well.

I have been on a trip to Toyama with my parents since yesterday🚙. The weather, which I was worried about, is fine and pleasant. The first night in Toyama was at Sushi Namba. My father was very pleased with the sushi, which he hadn't had in a long time. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful, and we had a great time talking with my parents while eating delicious food. The first drink of the evening was, of course, Toyama's local sake. The first drink of the evening was of course Toyama's locally brewed sake, Shiraiwa's IWA5. I wanted to try this sake at least once. However, I didn't keep notes, so here are my impressions as far as I remember. First, the aroma. The aroma was slightly refreshing. I enjoyed my first Kudokibe very much, and when I saw a lot of posts about Ogawa yeast on Sake-no-wa, I suddenly wanted to drink it. Well, I will have it now. First, the aroma. It has a unique aroma. It is difficult to describe, but it has a refreshing aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you first feel a direct sweetness - it is already delicious. The sake I brought to my parents' house on such a day was this one that I bought with Iori when I went to Hanshin Department Store the other day. It will be my first time at the brewery, and it is from Shiwa Shuzo, the long-sought after Shiwa Shuzo Brewery! Junmai Ginjo Momiji Label. I finally found it~ ⤴️ Let's have it right away. First, the aroma. It has a nice, fresh aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it feels thick and smooth. The complex flavor is wrapped in a soft sweetness. The second half also has a soft bitterness, and the aftertaste is refreshingly thin and pungent. The overall taste is gentle and thin, but the balance is very good, and the light and smooth mouthfeel makes it easy to drink and does not interfere with food 🎵. This is Tsuchiya Sake Brewery's Akanesasu Junmai Ginjo, which I purchased at the PARKING Kitahama Fermentation where I visited the other day. I saw the sparkling Akanesasu on Gyve's post and made a note of it. While comparing sake, I thought I would buy some sake to go home, and then I glanced at the refrigerator and saw this name! I thought I had seen this name somewhere before. I checked my memo and bought it, even though it was not a sparkling sake. I will enjoy it right away. The first thing is the aroma. The aroma is not so strong. When you put it in your mouth, a gentle sweetness spreads. This is my favorite sweetness. After that, the bitterness spreads slowly and slowly, and then the spiciness spreads quickly after a short delay. Finally, there is a lingering bitterness. Although it is described as bitter and pungent, it is not an unpleasant taste, but rather a perfect balance. This is a truly delicious sake. Today is "Sake Day," right? If I had not started Sake-no-wa, I would have never known about it. I had no plans to drink today, but since it was a good day that I had just learned about, I decided to have some Kaze no Mori ALPHA1Dry from the Aburacho Sake Brewery that I purchased at the Kaze no Mori Weeks the other day. So, without further ado, let's enjoy it. First, the aroma. It has a nice, fresh aroma. When I poured it into the glass, I could feel the air bubbles - just like Kaze no Mori. In the mouth, you feel the sweetness for a moment, and then, as the name suggests, it becomes a dry taste. The chili feeling is not so strong, but I like it very much. Then, there is a bitter and spicy taste with a citrusy or lemon-like sourness. This is delicious. It tastes even better when paired with a meal. Sake day is wonderful 😊.

The first sake was Goto Shuzojo's Sashiki Junmai Hiyoroshi. I have had Sashimi several times, but this was my first time to drink Hiyadoroshi. So, let's have it right away. First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong. In the mouth, you can feel a strong sense of sake and sweetness. The mouthfeel is very smooth and smooth. I left PARKING Kitahama Fermentation and went to Hanshin Department Store. Today, I went to Hanshin Department Store to look for a gift for a part-timer who is retiring at the end of September. She is a wine and highball drinker, so I tasted all the wines and made a purchase. After that, it was time for me to choose my sake. Then I noticed this sake at the event corner. It looked familiar. I checked my notes and found that I had checked out bouken's post. I tasted it immediately. However, I didn't take notes, so I relied on my memory. Junmai Sake The sweetness and bitterness are well felt. The darker sweetness in the latter half is very good. I think it had the most robust flavor of all the tastings. Junmai Ginjo It seems to be a mild junmai sake with the corners removed. The sweetness is moderate and the bitterness is also moderate, making it very easy to drink. Hiyaoroshi This sake also has a strong and complex flavor and is very satisfying to drink. The taste is very smooth and tasty. We also tasted the Junmai Daiginjo, but since we purchased it, we will write our impressions when we drink it at home. I'm in the mood for something to drink today. I thought about having another bottle of Kaze no Mori in honor of Kaze no Mori Weeks, but I decided to drink it while it is still hot. I had a lot of trouble deciding on the last sake at the sushi restaurant, but in the end, it was my favorite sake! So, ImpressiontypeG by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten. Gen-no-chi is one of our favorite sakes. Of course, this is my favorite too, as it is a directly pumped version. So, let's have it right away. First, the aroma. You can't really smell it. When you put it in your mouth - it is just delicious. The aroma is good and the sweetness is delicious. You can drink it all the time. Delicious sake and delicious sushi. It was a truly fulfilling experience for me to see my wife's happy face and to be treated so pleasantly.
