When we entered the restaurant, we looked at the sake menu and found it! So our first drink at our favorite Yakitori restaurant was Jikin by Kiyamasa Shuzo! This time it was Sake Mirai Nama! The owner of the restaurant seemed to have brought it with him because he had made a reservation, so it was unopened! Then, let's have it right away! First, the aroma. Thanks again for a great week! It was a busy week for me! When I'm feeling tired, I like to drink sake! The sake that seems to make me feel refreshed and invigorated is... So this week I was enjoying Nishida Sake Brewery's Tasake! This time it was MicroBubble Nama! I happened to see it when I went to pick up the sake I ordered online and was able to get it! Let's enjoy it right away! The beautiful bubbles when poured into the glass - I'm so excited! And then the aroma. It has a sweet, fresh, fruity aroma. My anticipation is growing! The first day When you put it in your mouth, it is easy to drink with a fruity sweetness on top of the shwashy stimulation and a freshness. The lingering aftertaste has a hint of bitterness that is not too strong. The saltiness and sweetness can also be felt in the inner part of the mouth, and it is really delicious! This time it was served in a champagne glass, but it looks like a sparkling wine. And you can certainly taste the umami of rice - it's delicious! The second day Sweet, refreshing, and fruity today! I was surprised that this is sake! The lingering aftertaste is refreshingly bitter with a touch of umami. It goes well with meals, and the more you finish it, the more you drink it, and the more you drink it, the more you drink it! I am so happy to spend time with good sake!

I spent a relaxing day at home today. Yesterday we drank outside, so today is the continuation of Sakusama's drinking contest! So, today we were drinking SAKUSAI by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten! This time it was Kami no Ho! I had been looking forward to this comparison since the last time I drank Kami no Ho before I started my own sake brewery! So without further ado, let's enjoy the sake! The first day First, the aroma. It has a refreshing citrus aroma. In the mouth, you can taste sweetness, but also a low-irritant soft bitterness and a complex flavor like richness. Compared to Aizan, it gives a refreshing impression. The lingering bitterness is short and not too strong. It is a well-balanced sake with a modest flamboyance. The second day The refreshing fruity sweetness is quickly followed by a spiciness that spreads to the back of the throat. The lingering aftertaste is not too strong and bitter, with a hint of sweetness behind the bitterness. Fourth day The sweetness seems to have increased. The complex taste like a full-bodied taste comes along with it, so it is not too sweet, and a little bit salty. The lingering bitterness finishes off the taste, and today's wine is also well rounded. The difference in the rice used to make the sake was so great, but both were so delicious that I really felt that the sake brewers are amazing!

My wife and I went to the movies today. Before the movie, I went to Morinomiya to pick up the sake I ordered online. Since we were there, I looked at the sake lineup and saw that it was Tasake! I can buy it without the bundle! So I got the sake I wasn't planning on! After that, we moved to Osaka and had lunch at our favorite soba restaurant, Hyotei! After lunch, we had to go to the movies, so we were a bit worried, but decided to have just one glass of sake! So I had my first sake with my soba lunch, Tsukasa Botan from Tsukasa Botan Sake Brewery. This time, it was a sake under zero! Let's start with the sake! First of all, the aroma. It has a traditional sake aroma. The graininess is clear, with a hint of sweetness and bitterness. I also feel a little bit of the old-fashioned sake flavor. In the second half, you can feel the bitterness and sourness, and the refreshing sensation at the back of the throat. The sweetness and spiciness are both exquisite and refreshing. It goes perfectly with Tempura and Soba and is very delicious! After lunch, we went shopping and watched a movie! After the movie, my wife wanted to have pizza dinner! The fifth and last drink at my favorite Yakitori restaurant was Drunken Whale by Drunken Whale Shuzo! This time it was summer junmai. The last time I had a drink at Drunken Whale, it was delicious, so I have high expectations for this one! So let's have it right away. First, the aroma. I don't feel much aroma.
