My first Ehime sake! 🍊
The company remembered that I told them I had yet to try Ehime sake, so they bought some for me 😭(I'm so glad).
They said it goes well with fish, so we got some sushi and had dinner 🍣.
Looking at the chart of Sake-no-wa, I thought it wouldn't be too palatable, but sure enough, I don't think I like the taste very much.
It has a clear, refreshing taste with almost no off-flavors, but the umami flavor slowly spreads in the aftertaste. It is dry.... It certainly goes well with fish.
It's not my favorite, but I was so surprised that he bought it for me that I was able to work warmly all day today.
