We started with "Izumikawa" and then "Tobiroki" in a comparison style, but we decided to open a bottle of "Tobiroki," a jun-dai type, because we wanted to open a bottle of the last boss!
When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is beautiful and delicate, almost tropical fruit-like.
The mouthfeel is light and soft. It has an elegant sweet and sour taste with a hint of minerality.
However, it is not that sweet, and is exquisitely balanced with the rounded, aromatic flavor of the rice.
Combined with its clear, slippery elegance, it is a delicious taste that can be enjoyed both during the meal and on its own!
And the bright acidity cuts it off at the end, so you can't help but drink more ✨.
The essential elements of each sake remain the same, with a clear, pure sake quality that allows you to drink it calmly.
I can only breathe a sigh of relief and admire them at the same time...!
I had been saving it to drink at the same time I opened "Izumikawa"!
I've longed to compare the two. I will enjoy it slowly and leisurely 👐.
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a beautiful aroma with a hint of muscat.
The mouthfeel is smooth, clean, and light.
The mild peachy fruitiness is rounded by the umami of the rice.
The core flavor and the clear sharpness of the acidity and astringency are even more stylish than the recent "Izumigawa"!
The balance of the wine is indescribable, and as always, we are in awe ✨.
The balance of the sake is beyond description, which is something I admire every time ✨!
The non-habituality that makes it so easy to sip and savor is a quintessential feature of Fukushima 😋.
Aizan by Tobiroki.
Rather than Aizan-like flavor, it has the full flavor of Tobiroki.
The sweetness is moderate.
On the third day after opening the bottle, it is quite sweet and nice.
This Hiroroki Special Junmai has a stable mouthfeel that can bring out the word "delicious" no matter who you recommend it to as a food sake, a stable umami that goes well with a variety of meals, and a wonderful aroma that is not too assertive. Is that too much praise? But it is a good sake.

A subtle green apple aroma.
The balance of moderate sweetness, clean bitterness, and juiciness is exquisite!
Gentle and soft to the taste ✨.
This is a drink that keeps on coming 🍶.
It's been hard to find, but I finally found it 😭.
