And last but not least, Kiku no Tsukasa Innocent 40 Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Genjo-shu.
Personally, this was the most delicious! 🎉
With a hint of ginjo aroma, the Innocent was poured into a wine glass and slowly sent into the mouth.
The sweetness and fullness that you feel even after drinking various kinds of wine.
It reminds me of the shock I felt when I first drank the representative brand of Kiku no Tsukasa, Shichifukujin.
It is one of the brands that I can say with all my heart, "This is delicious! It is one of the brands that I can say "Delicious from the bottom of my heart!
After a lot of things happened, I moved from Morioka to Shizukuishi Town with the support of my sponsor in order to install state-of-the-art facilities, and made a fresh start.
It must not have been easy, but I am very grateful that they are making delicious sake again.
And here is the 800 check-in.
Thank you for a good event and for being a part of the Kiri number! 🎉
Hello Tomoyuki Kumagai 😊
Congratulations on your 800✅ ㊗️
I hope you have a good sake life. I wish I could be a part of it 👍I hope you continue to find good sake in the future 😊.
Good evening, Swissisun! 🙋
Thank you for your kind words!
This event was really great.
I hope to attend many meetings to meet good brands and to swamp many different people (lol)!
Good evening, Tomoyuki Kumagai 😊.
Congratulations on your 800 check-ins 🎉!
What a very fun (and of course delicious) event with rice farmers in the middle 🤩 jealous 🥰.
Good evening Takashi 😊.
Thank you for your kind words.
Sake is only as good as the rice used to make it, so I am thankful for the high quality sake rice and the high skill of the toji and the fact that I can drink it for just under 2,000 yen! Thank you for your kind words 👍.
Congratulations to Tomoyuki Kumagai on his 800 check-in: ㊗️
Rice🌾 is now in the public spotlight due to soaring prices, but I bow to the fact that farmers are also working day by day to make delicious sake, not just for the immediate future: ☺️
Hi Aladdin! 🙋
Thank you for your kind words!
It seems like it's been so cheap so far, so that's a big rebound. 😅
Mr. Sunakabe is a very careful rice grower and seems to be trusted by the breweries.
Congratulations on your 800 check-in, Kumagai-san: 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I read that various breweries are making sake with rice produced by Mr. Sunakabe 😳 Interesting and valuable comparison of sake 😊.
Next was Kiku no Tsukasa Junmai Daiginjo Yuzunokou, which was apparently a secret.
It was not among the brands, but a sales person recommended it to me, so I had it! I had it because a sales person recommended it to me! I was so happy 😁.
Yeah, surprisingly impactful and somewhat rich mouthfeel.
When paired with tempura 🍤, it was delicious with a spreading flavor!
Well, I am getting into the Iwate sake swamp with a bang! (Laughs)
Next, Kikunoshi Shinboshi Junmai Ginjo Ginginotome.
It has a clean taste with a rice polishing ratio of 50%.
The aroma has a faint ginjo aroma.
A glass was served instead of an oinokuchi. 😁
Smooth on the tongue with a delicious taste that goes in swishy. 👍
Purchased at the Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery in Shizukuishi Town, Iwate Prefecture. When I am told that it is a limited product available only here, I buy it.
I was intrigued by the beautiful transparent bottle and the unusual label.
The waiter said it was sweet, but although it was light, it was not as sweet as I had imagined. It was delicious with a crisp aftertaste 😋.
I received it from a senior. It is indeed dry but has a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink. It is a limited edition, so I would like to enjoy it slowly.
Kiku no Tsukasa Junmai Sake Gin Ginga Brewing
The altar was cleaned, and a new paper decoration was made,
We offered the sake that we had prepared as the sacred wine,
We also enjoyed it with our family.
Koh... beautiful sake. Sake with a sharp taste.
I'm sure it's good hot-warmed, too.
