Founded in 1772, Iwate Prefecture's oldest sake brewery. Brewed with Iwate-grown rice, it has an elegant and gorgeous aroma and sweetness that gently spreads in the mouth! It has a rich flavor that can only be achieved with unblended sake, but it is refreshing and delicious. Refreshing, like carbonation? Refreshing? It has an aftertaste like eating a fruit. The aftertaste is like eating a piece of fruit, and there is little bitterness. It has an alcoholic taste, but it passes through the nose, and the spiciness is gentle! It is very good.

Caution: The bottle was open! The cork flew to the ceiling with a pop and I was in a hurry, but I'm glad it didn't overflow! Slightly sweet and shwashy. A bit of bitterness later.

I wonder if it is a summer sake because it is a sparkler 🎇.
I heard they use Hitomebore.
The first aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of rice.
When you put it in your mouth, it tastes like rice cider.
It has a juicy sweetness and umami with a slight sourness.
It was quite delicious 🎇🍶.

I drank it at the Iwate Prefectural Sake Show Convention. Why is it so good? The aroma was so light that it felt like it was caressing my nose. The body of the sake is light and airy, with a high clean elegance. I didn't hesitate to buy a bottle to take away! Very nice!

The days are still as hot as ever.
This day was the Nebuta Festival in Sakurashinmachi!
As usual, we started out with a drink at our house🍶.
Our friend brought us this sake 💁.
It's called "innocent50" 🍶.
It has a little bit of ginjo aroma with the same level of polishing as a daiginjo.
It has a sweet and smooth texture.
I felt something like the rough richness of rice.
I drank 60 before, but it was sweeter than that.
The weather was a little better this year due to cloudy skies, but I'm still sweating and splashing around 🪽.
It was a good time to get rid of the daily frustration with loud voices and jumps!
