This sake was purchased at the Tokyu Hands Tohoku Fair last month. I opened the bottle after drinking all the Miyaizumi. It has a gorgeous sweetness that rushes in from the first sip! It doesn't have the aftertaste of raw sake, and it goes down nicely. It's definitely good. This sake is brewed from 100% Akita Sakekomachi polished to half its original strength. Tonight we will drink it at home. I have a bad feeling about this...

I was told that Tenju Brewery makes sake as a hobby and that it will never be the same again. It is also very piquant. It has a good balance of fresh acidity and sweetness. I have never had Chokaizan, but it made me want to try it next time. It seems to be totally different, though.

After working the New Year's holidays, I'm going on a New Year's vacation 🙌! On the first day of the five-day weekend, I will be at Tenju, a lucky birthday present I received as a birthday present! When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is discreet, yet clear and gorgeous. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky and beautiful. The soft, full-bodied sweetness is followed by a crisp spiciness. The flavor is delicate and round with a richness like pear or peach. The rich and floral flavor is irresistible! The minerality and spiciness of the acidity is also very tight, giving the wine a sense of precision ✨. It is as pure as a snow white! The quality of this wine is so different from "Chokaizan" that it is hard to stop smiling 😋.

Scoring ☆☆☆☆ Tenju's new release nigori: ❣️ It's alsobe, but I was curious to buy it because it's quite nigorigo 😉. Anyway... I guess, From, Dry!!! Dry 🤣. No particular floral aroma💦. (This brewery is good at flower yeast 🌸, but they didn't use it for this?) I didn't get much sweetness or umami from the rice, and it was pretty dry from start to finish. (This brewery specializes in flower yeast 🌸, but they don't use it in this one? In this case, I'd like to try heated sake. ฅ(º º ฅ)ฅ(º º ฅ)ฅ(º º ฅ)ฅ(º º ฅ)ฅ! The delicious taste of rice has shown its face😊. I can drink this 🍶😁.

I opened a bottle of "Tenju Daiginjo" from Akita's Tenju Shuzo, which was given to me as a congratulatory gift and which I am receiving for the first time. It has a gorgeous aroma and a rich flavor that spreads in the mouth. It has a strong flavor that will not fall apart even when served with Chinese food, not to mention the delicious autumnal flavors of the season. The alcohol content is high at 17%, so this is a bottle to enjoy slowly on a long autumn evening. Delicious ‼️

I was going through the Chokaizan hiyaoroshi when I found a bottle of Tenju hiyaoroshi at the store. Of course I would drink it. That was the third meeting I remember.

It is labeled as a "very dry" sake of +10 degrees blended with three types of junmai sake, but it had a soft mouthfeel and a soft umami taste ^_^. Immediately after opening the bottle, I enjoyed it cold, but then I thought, "What if I warm it up to enhance the umami?" I tried it warmed up and it was delicious with more sweetness and sharpness. The price of sake has gone up, but you can find a lot of beautiful sake for less than 2,000 yen for a bottle!
