Tasting ladder 😍.
Registered at the Wild Goose Tree, which was my favorite ✏️
Both were delicious...
Amami has a beautiful umami with a great sharpness!
Ganki has a lot of umami, but it also has a very nice kick to it....
I prefer the taste of Ganki, although there is a local compensation 🥰.
I couldn't buy it because it was too expensive, but I bought a sparkling one, so I'd like to drink it in moderation 🍶.
tea made from twigs of high-quality tea plants (esp. gyokuro)
Sweet aroma, sweet mouthfeel. Lightness that comes in smoothly. But it is slightly effervescent, tangy, and drinkable. It is very much an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
Purchased at a sake brewery. It is located in a fairly large town. Iwakuni is a big town.
It is the second sake after the establishment of the Ganki brand, so it is called No.2, and there is also No.1. The third and after are named after the scenery of Iwakuni, and I think it might have been better as a souvenir.
At dinner at the hotel.
Soft, fluffy and sweet.
Tangy and alcoholic in the middle with a clean aftertaste
It was a delicious sake that I could drink all the time!
