Purchased at the brewery Dry, with acidity
Slightly dry, acidic, heavy mouthfeel, delicious.
Close to Tohoku sake.
I should have bought Noichi as well to compare 😅
The aroma is slightly rummy.
In the mouth, it starts out light and sweet...but don't let your guard down.
The spiciness and umami spread from the mid-palate,
The aftertaste is very smooth and clean...this is a "be careful not to drink too much" type of sake.
The fried green pepper and baby sardines, and the crispy grilled chicken thigh.
Both go perfectly with the dish!
The fatty chicken has a great spicy aftertaste, and the green pepper and baby sardines have a savory flavor.
This is the perfect summer dinner 🍶🔥.
I bought this at a roadside station in Yamaguchi.
I was lost in the midst of all the different kinds of goose eggs, but I went with this one.
I was not wrong!
It has a strong sake-like taste and flavor, and it makes you feel like you are drinking Ganki! It is a sake that makes you feel like you are drinking GANKI!
Okayama-san's Paid Tasting ❸
For the record
I heard that there was some sake left over from the autumn.
It was a delicious orikarami with a sweet, sour, and bitter taste.
I also had it with warmed sake 👌😍.
