We drink this almost every year.
Did they take the name "Arabashiri"? The label and taste were renewed 🤔.
It has a thin but fruity aroma after opening the bottle 😍.
It has a light feel to it.
In the mouth, wow! It's delicious!
And it is clearly different from the previous Ganki.
I would say juicy rather than fruity.
It's hard to pinpoint the fruit, but it's full of fresh fruitiness😍and thanks to the pleasant acidity, the aftertaste is clean and crisp, so it's good as a mealtime sake!
Also, you should definitely try it warmed 🍶! It is much more full-bodied and the acidity is more assertive 🤩.
It's delicious!
I received this as a gift for my birthday. Another nice priced liquor. It took about 5 minutes to open the bottle.
The sweetness characteristic of nigori sake gives it a strong rice flavor. It is sweet but refreshing. The alcohol content is 14 degrees, but it seems a little higher.
The first Ganki✨ I was looking forward to.
The first bottle of Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake by Yaoshin Shuzo, who is trying to revive the Ganki brand, was Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake.
I will have that junmai unfiltered nama sake.
The slight gasiness and aroma in the mouth is irresistible.
Personally, I was impressed by the return aroma ✨.
I felt that the aroma had a different expression than when it was in the mouth.
This lingering flavor is wonderful.
A refreshing fruity drink.
(I guess I've been choosing that kind of sake a lot lately.)
Today, I thought I wanted a robust sake to go with grilled fish, but it ended up being fruity because it is unfiltered raw sake. Of course, it is delicious.
The grilled fish is a mehikari we bought in Oarai and marinated in junmai sake. Salty fish and sweet sake are not a bad match, but not the best. It might go well with the pork cutlet stew we bought at Seven.
A year after ⁉️'s ganaki drank at the same time 🍶.
This is really delicious 😋!
It seems dry at the beginning of drinking, but the lingering sweet-umami flavor in the second half is irresistible 😋.
This is a great seasonal sake 😊.
I had it cold.
Aroma: Refreshing. Like soda.
Taste: Sweet like white grapes and disappears quickly.
I got the impression that it was light.
Accompaniments
bonito tataki with salt onion, fried spinach, boiled bamboo shoots, chilled tofu, etc.
simmered bamboo shoots, chilled tofu, etc.
It is good with any of these!
It is a light sake, so it goes well with spring-like meals.
(It might be difficult to drink with hot pot?).
Today when we drank it
It was about 20 degrees Celsius in the daytime, like spring weather.
I thought it was a very good sake for spring-like weather.
Thank you very much for your hospitality!
