It has a sweet rice aroma rather than a fruity one. Unlike the popular sake of today, it has a strong bitter sweet taste...mellow umami taste...you can feel the flavor of the rice...it's a Junmai with a strong presence...it's like a sake for the sake connoisseur.

First honjikomi, not much of a Katsuma feeling (lol) The only thing left is Junmai Daiginjo-shu...but it's hard to find (T_T) I think Katsikoma is a really good sake.

Longing! I finally got to go to the restaurant. Katsuma: When will you come in next time? I asked. and my mom said, "If it's a special bottle...". She brought it out from the back of the room. It has a light, clean flavor and is great! 55%, 16%.

The aroma is a gorgeous but not too flashy peach and banana type aroma🍑🍌. On the palate, it has a light and refreshing mouthfeel with a soft and well-balanced bitterness and rice flavor 😊✨It's so easy to drink 😭😭. Let's try it at different temperatures 🥰.

- I finally got my hands on a bottle of Katsuma! It was crisp when drunk cold, but as it got closer to room temperature, the umami started to come out little by little, and it turned into a nice sweet and round sake. ‼︎It's not like other recent sakes, but very tasty. ‼︎
