It's been another busy week!
This is the second time for me to enjoy a healing sake this week, Yamazan by Yamazan Shuzo!
This time it was Kinmonnishiki Junmai Daiginjo!
The first Aizan was so delicious that I was looking forward to this one so much that I let it sit for a long time!
Let's have it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. It has a fresh and gentle aroma.
When I put it in my mouth, I feel sweetness and stimulation on my tongue.
It is not a gaseous sensation, but what is this stimulation?
The gradation from slight bitterness to richness.
It is rich and gorgeous.
The lingering aftertaste is, on the contrary, gently cut off and the bitterness spreads slowly.
My wife seemed to have a little bit of a hard time with it because the unique flavor spreads in a thick way, but I like it because it soaks into my tired body.
The second day
The fruity taste increased, and the moment I drank it, I said "Uma!
The sweetness, bitterness, and saltiness of the taste changed in a smooth transition.
The richness of the flavor has calmed down and it has become even easier to drink and tastier.
It was the first time for me to drink Kinmon-nishiki sake, and although my stupid tongue could not tell the difference in detail, it was a gorgeous, rich, and delicious Yamazan!

Good evening, ma-ki-San 🌛Thanks for taking us along this week ✨Yamasan is hard to find, so I know how it feels to put him to sleep ☺️ I'll have to travel quite a distance to get him, but I might go get him 🍶.

Good evening ma-ki-san🌝.
I finally got my hands on some Yamasan via the internet 😊.
I've never heard of Kinmon-nishiki, but when I looked it up, it seems to be a sake rice whose father is Yamada-nishiki 🤔.
I've been seeing Yamazan-san at Sake no Wa a lot lately 👀.

ma-ki-san Good evening. This is a brewery that is sure to make a breakthrough in the future. Both President Ogiwara and Touji Kurihara are often seen at events when they are not making sake, so please ask them about their future plans 👍.

Thanks for your time 🍀.
Yes, I couldn't drink it thinking when I can buy it next time 😅.
I only know Takimoto in Kyoto so far, so I hope I can go there within this year 🤗.

Wow, you got the Yamasan 🎵.
I'm looking forward to seeing the label 🤗
I got the impression that Kinmon-nishiki is used for Nagano sake, so I finally got it 😋.

Good morning, ma-ki 😃.
Yamasan of Kinmon-nishiki! I didn't have the impression that Kinmonniki itself is sweet when I drank Genmai, but this one looks delicate 😳Please have a good rest for this three-day weekend 😊.

Thank you, ichiro18!
This was my first Kinmon-nishiki sake and it was a little sharp? It was a bit sharp and thick, so it was very unique 😋.
It was a good taste because it was made by Yamazan 🤗.
Thank you for your effort 😊.
