The third and final drink at Maeda-Ya was another first for Seto Shuzo Brewery's Setoichi!
This time it was time to go!
It's been a while since I've had sake from Kanagawa Prefecture.
So without further ado, let's have it!
First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma.
The first impression on the palate is umami and fruity.
The full-bodied, complex flavor, with a hint of sweetness, is balanced wonderfully and delicious!
The lingering aftertaste is a slight spiciness and minerality that spreads smoothly down the back of the throat.
It was a delicious sake with a beautiful mouthfeel and a smooth taste.
It was a very tiring week, but I had a good time with my wife, enjoyed good food and sake, and had a very good sake rush!

I was recommended this sake as a delicious sake at room temperature, and indeed, thanks to the room temperature, I was able to enjoy all the different flavors well 😋.
