So this week we are drinking AKABU by Akabu Shuzo!
This time it's a Junmai sake NEWBOQN!
It's been a while since I've had an Akabu - I'm looking forward to it!

The first day
First, the aroma. It has a fruity aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will be impressed by its smooth and beautiful mouthfeel.
The taste is citrusy and refreshingly sweet.
The aroma is also refreshing.
The saltiness, slight richness and umami are also good!
This is easy to drink and delicious!
It is a very refreshing sake with not so much bitterness and pungency.
My wife also said it was easy to drink and delicious!
Day 2
Today, it has a refreshing sweetness and a full-bodied flavor.
However, I can also taste some bitterness from the middle to the aftertaste, which gives me the impression that the balance has changed.
The fruity aroma of citrus fruits that wafts through the nose is also good.
When served with a meal, the umami comes to the fore and it is also delicious!
Well, I've recharged my energy with delicious AKABU tonight, so I'll be able to work hard for the rest of the day!
