まぁーThe second drink was from KEG DRAFT and was from the Yoshida Sake Brewery in Fukui, which I had given up visiting on my trip to Fukui due to time constraints 😁.
On the way to the brewery, I found a store that had Tsuneyama dry sake, but it was open at night, so I had to take my revenge and try the Fukui sake.
It was described as slightly dry, not light, but a delicious sake 😘.
The third one is the start sake at Tenma 😁. ma-ki-Good evening, Maa-san!
Hakuryu-san was delicious 😋.

After leaving Kitahama, I only went to 2 restaurants around Honmachi and 1 restaurant in Tenma at night. 
ma-ki-The sixth and final type at Parking Kitahama Hakkosho was the first brewery, Hanakoshiji by Murayu Sake Brewery!

First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it goes down smoothly with a refreshing sweetness.
It has a nice, gentle taste.
The slight acidity makes it easy to drink.
You don't feel much bitterness and the lingering taste is very easy to drink.
The lingering aftertaste is very easy to drink with a slight bitterness.
After a long absence, Parking Kitahama Hakkosho is a good place to enjoy sake slowly.
The third picture is the tomato risotto I ordered at another restaurant.
Now, after eating the risotto, I would like to visit two liquor stores in Minamimorimachi and Morinomiya, and then go to Tanimachi Rokucho where I would like to drink at night! ichiro18ma-ki-chan, excuse me too!

First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma.
In the mouth, you can taste bitterness, richness, and a bit of fruity flavor.
After that, there is a complex taste and a lingering pungent aftertaste that gives the impression of being rather dry, but what can I say, it is delicious!

I'm a little hungry, so I thought I'd have some risotto.
The waitress told me I could get a great deal on a set of drinks, so I ordered a beer for lunch on a weekday!

This is the first time I have tasted this astringent taste.

In the mouth, I feel sweetness and sourness, but both are mild.
It's also good to have a chili sensation on the tongue.
The lingering bitterness spreads to the back of the throat, giving the impression of a mild yet well-balanced wine.
The fresh aroma is also very nice.

After that, the sweetness comes in with a touch of spiciness and bitterness.

This is a fresh and very tasty sake from KEG, so please try it if you have a chance 😋. まぁーToday, as my wife finished her training in Honmachi in the evening, we went for a walk from Tenma to Honmachi for drinking 😁.
First time to drink in Tenma, I checked out the place and it didn't look like there were many places where you can drink sake in the morning, but I thought there might be one, so I went to 【PARKING Kitahama Fermentation】, which I was curious about because of "Sake no Wa" and "Yoi Don" 😀.
It was not as I imagined, I was the only one drinking alcohol and lunch was served during the day 😅.
Before I came here, I stopped by a nice sake store, but they said they don't do drinking during the day, they are open only at night 🤣.
So we arrived at our first drink, which was our first [Haneya] 😋.
It was a little dry, and because of my stupid tongue, I don't know what it was, but it was fruity 😀.

Visit the Okayama Prefecture Fair at Kitahama Fermentation Plant.
Thankfully, it's February and I'm extremely tired from the fever at my part-time job 😫.
It would definitely be better for my body if I went home early, but my heart wanted to be healed by Okayama sake, so I stopped by 💕.
It's times like that, isn't it?
Light yellowish hue.
Fresh banana on the top with a mild aroma of banana.
Lightly green banana aroma and smooth rice flavor flow smoothly like water from the light mouthfeel.
The alcohol content is so light that you would think it was light. (The alcohol content was 16 degrees Celsius💦.)
This lightness...
I paired this lightness with vinegared pickled mamakari, which is a typical Okayama dish.
I thought the sake might be too light, but the pickled mamakari really brings out the flavor.
I might like this kind of sake.
Masamune sake is a spit point.

ひるぺこAutumn Dyed with Niigata Sake (2)
This autumn, we are holding a campaign on our own initiative to dye ourselves in Niigata sake.
2) Fruitful Hokusho
Sake from Murakami City in Shimoetsu.
It is often seen at Yamaya with a special distributor label of Taiyozakari,
Hokusho is a junmai ginjo brewed entirely in Niigata with Niigata yeast, rice, water, and techniques, and aged at a low temperature for more than half a year.
It is served cold.
The color of the sake is a gentle yellow-green.
The top aroma is mild and smooth on the palate.
The flavor structure is similar to Tsukifumi no Ike, with a clean, refreshing sake with a blue banana aroma and moderate rice flavor. The moderate acidity is also effective and crisp.
It is a lighter ginjo-style sake than the junmai sake Tsukifumi no Ike, with a good amount of rice flavor, yet it is easy to drink and delicious. Expect it to warm up as well. ♨️🍶
