Suwa Gokura Kamisuwa Highway Machiaruki Drinking Walk", I went again this year. The next one is Yokobue, and the fourth one is Yamae-nishiki. The fourth was Yamae Nishiki, which has more sharpness than Miyamanishiki. I would like to try to extend it by aging it a little.

Suwa Gokura Kami-Suwa Highway Machiaruki Drinking Walk", I went again this year. The next one was Yokobue, and the third was Hiyoroshi. The third one was hiyaoroshi, which is a type of cold-aged sake with a less matured flavor.

Suwa Gokura Kamisuwa Highway Machiaruki Drinking Walk", I went again this year. Next is Maihime and Suiryu. This is the blue bottle of the "Princess Time" series by Deputy Toji Kobayashi. I guess you could call it a casual type. It is a cool and beautiful sake when the weather is still hot! I couldn't tell if it was an assemblage of Omachi and Miyamanishiki or Kakemai x Kojimai 😂.

Suwa Gokura Kami-Suwa Kaido Machiaruki Drinking Walk", I went again this year. Next up was Maihime and Suirou, the first one here. It is a limited edition blended ginjo sake, and the first glass of this sake was very sharp and went right through my mouth 😀 Good mouthfeel!
