Congratulations on your 600th check-in, Mr. Boy Tetsu. This is a suitable sake for a milestone. I saw Kawanakajima Genmai junmai ginjo unfiltered. Special Junmai is another one I would like to buy if I see it.

Kawanakajima Genmai's unfiltered raw sake has Miyamanishiki, Kinmonnishiki, Tokujun no Hitokochiki, and a lot of other grains 😊 I also like Yamaneishiki, which has had mixed reviews this summer 😊.

At the hiyaoroshi festival. There was no time to drink it slowly since it was a tasting, but as usual, it is a delicious sake with a restrained aroma and umami flavor!
Wakabayashi Brewing Company showed their progress by winning a gold medal in the National New Sake Competition with their Yamadanishiki from Nagano Prefecture 🎵 This one is also delicious 🍶.
I brought my drinking friend back to my house and here is the second bottle. We planted sake rice in the terraced rice paddies of Inakura in early spring and then went to Yaebaru in Tomi city to buy some 😅.
