This time, Yamazan Hi-iri. It is a sweet, delicious and dry sake with a high level of stability!

After harvesting the Hitogokochi rice in Shinshu Sanada, Tozawa area, we had a consolation party at Tozawa community center and waited for the Shinkansen at Yakitori Bancho in Ueda station on the way home ♫ We continued with sake from Ueda! Next up was the Wadaryu Hiyoroshi. The aroma is restrained and the taste is actually junmai ginjo, and the true essence of President Sumio can be found in hiyaoroshi. A delicious sake!

We started with Shinshu Kamerei, which is in the Hall of Fame. I went to buy it again this spring straight after planting rice. The sake is still as delicious as ever, with a hint of schwarziness!

After attending the "Meeting to Talk about the Future of Terraced Rice Fields" at Okazaki Sake Brewery as a member of the Inakura Tanada Kakawari-tai Sake Rice Owners, I was able to go to Tatumi Jushi in Ueda City, which I had longed to visit 🎵 Here too, I enjoyed Shinshu Kamerei as a beautiful sake and fine snack. Kotara is junmai hi-iri. It is a little more umami than junmai ginjo and may be served at room temperature😃It was also a beautiful sake that went well with fish 😊Happiness🎵.
