I've had Gin/Kuro, Gin/Ai, and now Gin/Beni 🎵 This brewery is one of the most cohesive and stable series of beautiful sake and I'm looking forward to seeing more 🙌 Tomorrow in Ueda, they will announce the results of the voting.
I wonder if this brewery will appear in the #Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 2024 and 2025 😃.

I found myself in a traffic jam of 2024/3, 2024/11, and 2024/12, so I proceeded to drink the unfiltered raw sake👍.
The first sip is "dry" 🎵. The change from "dry?" at first sip to during the meal is delightful 🎵.
