The second drink at our favorite yakitori restaurant was GANKI by Yaoshin Sake Brewery, which we had again last year!
This time it was hiyaoroshi.

First, the aroma. It has a fruity aroma.
In the mouth, it has a rich umami, sweetness, bitterness, and saltiness mixed together to create a delicious taste.
It has a beautiful mouthfeel, and the bitter and salty aftertaste finishes it off well, so I really like this sake with a meal.
