I spent today at home. I was at home today, so I drank! So we opened another bottle this week! We had a bottle of Imanishi Shuzo's Sanmorosugi, which we visited the brewery a while ago! This time it was Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo! This was a sake we had purchased at the main store and were looking forward to drinking it! Let's have it right away! First, the aroma. It smells like dairy products, yet it has a refreshing aroma. The sweet, fruity, and rich taste in the mouth is already delicious! It is already delicious! After that, the richness, minerality, and complexity shift softly, and the feeling is irresistible! The lingering aftertaste is gentle and refreshing, with just a hint of bitterness. The beautiful mouthfeel and the beautiful sweetness are a perfect match, and it was a taste that sinks in all over the body. Even my wife agreed that it was delicious! The third and final drink at Maeda-Ya was another first for Seto Shuzo Brewery's Setoichi! This time it was time to go! It's been a while since I've had sake from Kanagawa Prefecture. So without further ado, let's have it! First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. The first impression on the palate is umami and fruity. The full-bodied, complex flavor, with a hint of sweetness, is balanced wonderfully and delicious! The lingering aftertaste is a slight spiciness and minerality that spreads smoothly down the back of the throat. It was a delicious sake with a beautiful mouthfeel and a smooth taste. It was a very tiring week, but I had a good time with my wife, enjoyed good food and sake, and had a very good sake rush!

After that, we had today's main dish, fish dinner! So the first drink of our first visit to Maeda-Ya was a fluffy sake from Shodoshima Sake Brewery, also a new brewery to us! According to the waitress, it is a slightly peculiar sake! So let's have it right away! First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma! In the mouth, you can feel the richness, bitterness, and spiciness from the soft and gentle mouthfeel, just like the name of the sake. However, since everything is gentle, there is no unpleasant feeling, and there is a good impression of umami with a complex flavor. We decided to take this course because we wanted to eat fish for the first time in a while! We had lunch at Moribarri in Nihonbashi. It was my first visit to Moribarri in Nihonbashi, and since Soba and Sake are my favorite pairing, I decided to have a glass of Soba and a glass of Sake at lunch time! So, we had our first sake from a new brewery, Kato Kichihei Shoten's Bon! This time it was Junmai Daiginjo! Unfortunately, I couldn't ask for a photo of the bottle! So let's have it right away! First, the aroma. It has a fruity aroma. The palate is refreshingly fruity, with a hint of sweetness and an impressive richness. The gradation of slight alcohol feeling and gentle bitterness lingers in the mouth. The last part is easy to drink with a sense of minerality, giving the impression of a sake with a good transition of flavors, and while it is mild, it has a delicious umami flavor. I also bought Ryoseki Shuzo's Suitama at the same time! This time, Kame-no-o Junmai Daiginjo! I was crazy about the purple label that a friend of mine gave me a long time ago, and I've been wanting to try a lot of different kinds of Suitama. Let's have it right away! The first day First, the aroma. First of all, the aroma. It smells a little like dairy products. In the mouth, there is a gentle sweetness, a sense of alcohol, and a complex flavor like a full-bodied, yet very beautiful mouthfeel. The taste shifts to a medium level of bitterness, and it is delicious with just a hint of gorgeousness and umami. Day 2 The soft and gentle mouthfeel gives way to a fluffy sweetness. The gorgeous aroma is blissful~. The lingering aftertaste that shifts to bitterness is good! Day 3 The mildest and most tender sensation I've ever had. I visited the brewery when my wife and I went on a trip to Matsushima and Sendai and was told that there was a sake called "Zen" under Urakasumi, so I finally brought it along this time! Let's have it right away! The first day First, the aroma. First of all, the aroma is pleasant, as if it has a crisp aroma, but it doesn't. When you put it in your mouth, a gentle sweetness and a very nice aroma spreads in your mouth. Very calm, gentle, and beautiful impression. This Wednesday, we started drinking Akita Brewery's Yuki no Bijin! This time it was a sparkling Kojo-shu Yamadanishiki Nama! We had given up on it once, but when we visited last week, the last bottle was popped! So I took it home with me! Let's have it right away! The first day First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma. Bubbles of bubbles are coming out of the mouth. Refreshing and refreshing in the mouth! It is so dry that you can hardly tell it is a kijoshu. This is my favorite sake that shocked me the first time I tasted it! When I was about to order another sake, the owner said, "We have this one! The owner served it to us with a bang! I had made a reservation, so he had it ready for me! I really appreciate it! I quickly changed my order to "Jizokon" and started eating it right away! First, the aroma. It smells so good! So the first drink at our favorite Yakitori restaurant was Nabeshima by Tomikuchiyo Shuzo! HarvestMoon this time! Let's have it right away! First, the aroma. It smells sweet! This time it was Mikumari Fly High Cloudy! I had seen this sake at Sake-no-Wawa and I really wanted to try Mikumari's nigori, so I got it! Let's have it right away! When I poured it into the glass, it had a great sizzle - Mikumari is a master of sakes! The first day Now, first of all, the aroma. It smells like a refreshing, lactic acid drink. When you put it in your mouth, it has a nice refreshing schwah! Then, fruity, a little salty & nice sweetness - delicious! The aftertaste finishes well with a rind-like bitterness. From start to finish, the refreshing elements are well intertwined and well-balanced, making it a delicious sake that can be drunk easily. The second day The schwarziness has weakened a little and the bitterness has come forward a little. Still, the fruity, sweet and salty flavors are well balanced. On the second day, there is also a bit of ooze. The fruity taste seems to have increased. I get the impression that the freshness is also increasing, but it's also juicier and more energetic. So here it is, a one-cup sake for those times when you want a little sake! This is my first time to drink sake from the Asahi Sake Brewery, Asahi Sake Brewery. This time it was a Nyan Nyan cup! I was hungry for sake, so I had it right away! First, the aroma. There is a slight refreshing aroma or not. In the mouth, it has a spicy taste with a traditional sake atmosphere. In spite of this, it is very smooth to drink and does not come off sharply. The aftertaste is salty and a little sweet. Overall, the complexity of the sake is well wrapped up in the taste. It is easy to drink, though I have the impression that it is more dry. When paired with a meal, you can feel the acidity, which is refreshing and tasty. It has only been two days, but it has been a long time since I have had sake - it's still the best thing to drink!
