The third and last drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Atago no Matsu by Shinzawa Brewery. This time, it was served cold. It turned out to be a Hiyayoroshi drinking comparison! After ordering sake online and picking it up at a liquor store in Morinomiya, I went for a walk to Tenmabashi, where many foreigners were sightseeing! After that, I met up with my wife and had some body maintenance done, and then went to our favorite yakitori restaurant! I'm going to preface this article as usual.... The first drink at our favorite Yakitori restaurant was Hanzo by Ota Shuzo! This time it was hiyaoroshi! The waitress told me that it might not be their specialty, and I thought to myself, "I didn't get the Urahan this year," but then I started to drink it! First, the aroma. It has a sweet and fruity aroma. Contrary to the aroma, it has a bitter taste in the mouth. The taste is very mild. In the middle part of the mouth, there is a fruity feeling from the acidity, and it gently ends with a slight salty taste. Today, after picking up sake at a liquor store in Morinomiya, I went to my favorite yakitori restaurant to drink by myself! The lineup was not so different from the last time, so I mainly enjoyed Jikin-sama's Sake Mirai! So the second sake I had at my favorite Yakitori restaurant was Ona from Kikunosato Sake Brewery! This time it was Miyamanishiki from Nasu! Let's start with the sake! First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma! When you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised by the sweet and spicy flavor. Overall, it gives the impression of being easy to drink. The aftertaste is spicy and slightly bitter. It has a nice umami flavor. I can also feel the freshness of this wine. And it's even better when paired with a meal! Tonight's Ona-san was definitely a delicious sake! The third picture is the sake we received at the liquor store in Morinomiya! So this week I was enjoying Nishida Sake Brewery's Tasake! This time it was MicroBubble Nama! I happened to see it when I went to pick up the sake I ordered online and was able to get it! Let's enjoy it right away! The beautiful bubbles when poured into the glass - I'm so excited! And then the aroma. It has a sweet, fresh, fruity aroma. My anticipation is growing! The first day When you put it in your mouth, it is easy to drink with a fruity sweetness on top of the shwashy stimulation and a freshness. The lingering aftertaste has a hint of bitterness that is not too strong. The saltiness and sweetness can also be felt in the inner part of the mouth, and it is really delicious! This time it was served in a champagne glass, but it looks like a sparkling wine. And you can certainly taste the umami of rice - it's delicious! The second day Sweet, refreshing, and fruity today! I was surprised that this is sake! The lingering aftertaste is refreshingly bitter with a touch of umami. It goes well with meals, and the more you finish it, the more you drink it, and the more you drink it, the more you drink it! I am so happy to spend time with good sake!
