Thanks again for all your hard work this week. Well, today's dish is a local liquor store that I got it from a recent review by Sake-no-Wa that said it was very tasty! So, this week we are having Tatenokawa from Tatenokawa Shuzo! In this issue, we will be reading about the path to becoming a Tate-nyan Master Sake Brewer - The Art of the Sake Mother! Let's have it right away! The first day First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the refreshing sweetness, astringency, bitterness, and saltiness change in a jiffy and become sharp! You can also taste a kind of full-bodied flavor and sourness. The lingering aftertaste is a refreshing bitterness. But it is not unpleasant bitterness, and it is very easy to drink. Overall, it is crisp and refreshing, but delicious! If you drink it with a meal, you will feel even more outstanding flavor! The 3rd day It's still a refreshing sweet and bitter acidity. You can feel the full-bodied flavor, but it's very refreshing and you will feel refreshed. The lingering bitter taste is not too strong and spreads smoothly. It is refreshing and heals a tired body. There are so many delicious sakes! On Wednesday, my wife and I took a day off and went to Ryuoh Outlet. After spending a lot of money, we went back to Takimoto in Kyoto! Nanamizu by Toraya Honten This time it was Junmai Ginjo 55 Omachi! I've been wanting to drink this one for a long time, and finally got it when the liquor store I go to started carrying it! So, let's have it right away! The first day First, the aroma. It has a sweet and fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the fruity sweetness, acidity, and bitterness rush into your mouth at once, making it very rich. The lingering aftertaste is gradually stronger and longer. The mouthfeel is smooth and clean. All the sweetness and bitterness are well balanced in spite of their richness, and the smoothness of the mouthfeel makes it an excellent sake that you can't stop drinking! The 2nd day Another sweet and fruity sake! It has a strong flavor, but it flows smoothly, so the more you drink, the more delicious it is! The balance of the taste change from the mid-part to the lingering aftertaste, which shifts to mainly bitterness, is irresistible~! It was a blissful time of drinking this delicious sake that really tastes good and gives power to your tired body!

After Mansaku-no-Hana, we opened a bottle of this week's "Mansaku-no-Hana", which we got at KITTE Osaka the other day! This is my first time to drink Hakuryu from Yoshida Shuzo! This time it was Yoshimine! Let's have it right away! The first day First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the fruity, gentle sweetness and full-bodied flavor. I couldn't help but say, "Yummmm! The lingering aftertaste is a gentle spiciness that spreads in the mouth. The feeling that the taste is carried by the mild taste is unforgettable~! I was a little surprised at the sweet and fruity taste, which is my favorite, because I had an image of a dry wine. Day 3 Today, too, the sweet and fruity flavor permeates the taste buds. The fourth and last drink at Sushi Amato was Kudokibe from Kamenoi Sake Brewery! This time it was a super-harsh bakelan! I wanted to try this sake because it is called "dry" but not too dry! The second drink at Sushi Atoto is Collage by Miyazumi Meizumi Brewery. It's a long time since I've been to Collage! Then, let's drink it immediately! First of all, the aroma. It has a fruity aroma. In the mouth, you can feel the banana sweetness, and it goes down smoothly, giving the impression of a very beautiful sake. Even I can clearly recognize the banana taste! The lingering spiciness spreads to the back of the throat while the umami is also felt, making it delicious! Of course, I was pulled by the super limited edition and got it. I'll have some right away! The first day First, the aroma. It smells fresh and fruity. I wonder if it is apple. When you put it in your mouth, the fruity sweetness comes on top of the fresh flavor. I couldn't help but squeal! The pungent spiciness that lingers in the back of the throat is refreshing. There is also a slight bitterness, and the balance is good! Fourth day. Today, I compared it with Hakuryu which I got the other day. After drinking Hakuryu, the overall impression is a little mild. Still, it has sweetness and umami. The gradation of bitterness and slight spiciness towards the latter half is nice! It has been a long time since I drank Mansaku, but it is a really delicious sake!

Last weekend we started receiving Sohno-Kangiku from Kangiku Meikozo. This time, Kukai from OCEAN99 series Last year, I made my debut with Soran Kiku at Hoshikai, and I have enjoyed every time, so I can't help but look forward to it! So, let's have it right away! It's been hot this week. Thanks for all your hard work. This weekend we are having our first brewery, Araya Shuzo's Wakamusume! This time it's Moegi Light Nigori! I finally found it! There were about 4 kinds of sake, but I chose this one for the first time! I can only look forward to it, so I'm going to have it right away! First, the aroma. It has a refreshing, slightly lactic acidic aroma. When I poured it into the glass, it was slightly effervescent - I was so excited! Sumi Sake When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweet and sour taste and the full-bodied flavor, and the spiciness spreads quickly and refreshingly. It also has a gaseous taste, and the moment you put it in your mouth is the most impactful impression. Nigori It has a mild taste, but the balance of the flavor is similar to that of Sumi Sake. It has a mild taste, but the balance of taste is the same as that of Sumi Sake. There is a little bit of alcohol. The aftertaste is bitter. Day 2 There is a strong chili sensation. This week, I had a sudden urge to drink Katano Sakura after reading your post on Sake-no-Wawa, so I hurried to a local liquor store! So I went to the local liquor store to get a bottle of Katanozakura by Yamano Shuzo this week. This time it was Aizan! Let's start with the sake. First, the aroma. It has a unique aroma! In the mouth, it has a fruity sweetness that is not too sweet, followed by a bitter taste that slowly fades away. The lingering taste is a gentle bitterness with a pungent spiciness that is well balanced. The unique aroma that passes through the nose is also a good match with the flavor. Is this a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast? It is delicious with a slightly dry and rich taste. The impression does not change much even if it is served with a meal.
