So the fourth sake of the Keihan Department Store Moriguchi Sake Festival is Hiroroki Junmai Daiginjo!
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma.
Spicy, bitter, and slightly sweet.
You can also feel a lot of stimulation.
It is very rich, very satisfying, and very tasty.
It was a delicious sake that stimulated my taste buds and made my brain react with "Uma!

I was in Moriguchi when I was in Osaka 30 years ago. I used to live in Moriguchi when I was in Osaka, so I used to go to Keihan department store a lot 😘I miss it so much🥹.
