A little bit of a roundup vacation starting today.
The first day is a drinking activity, lol.
After body maintenance, I went to Parking Kitahama Hakkesho for the first time in a while!
It may be a big nuisance at lunch time, but...,
First of all, we compared 4 kinds of sake!
Of course, it's KEG!
So the first sake at Parking Kitahama Hakkesho was Sentoku by Sentoku Sake Brewery!
This time it was KEG DRAF Nigori Nama!
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. It smells sweet, doesn't it?
In the mouth, a solid sweetness and a shift from gassy to bitter.
It is fresh!
The lingering aroma and bitterness are also well balanced and delicious!
I thought it was a delicious sake with a very good gasiness and taste!
Good evening, ma-ki-😃.
I envy you for your time off ✨.
The Sentoku I drank was also a sweet sake, but I would like to try this raw sake as it seems to be very sweet as well 😙.
Thank you very much, Tsubu!
I'm so glad you enjoyed the drink 😁✨✨.
I've been to Chitoku-san since I had a drink outside 2 years ago, and it was very different from what I remember, but it was really good 😋!
Thank you, Pekkaal!
This was only my second visit, but some of the drinks have changed since the last time I was here, so I enjoyed a lot 🎵.
Please do visit 🤗
I look forward to your review 😋.
Thank you, soumacho!
You said that the Sentoku you were drinking before was sweeter than the Sentoku you were drinking before🤗.
This is a fresh and very tasty sake from KEG, so please try it if you have a chance 😋.
It starts with the aroma of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast.
When you drink it, you will see that it is just as it should be. It is a sake with a taste of sake yeast and acidity.
This is my 6th cup today and I am at a loss to comment 😓.
It's pungent, bitter, and classic 💦.
Only 1 more to go before I win the national title💦.
Now comes the hard part😅
Today is the 16th night of the year, and I opened a bottle of Sentoku three months ago. There are only two sake breweries in Miyazaki Prefecture: Sentoku Shuzo and Unkai Shuzo, which mainly produces shochu. It tasted like the sake of 40 years ago. It is subtle, but it is good for remembering nostalgia. It is not bad, but it is not tasty either, so I am sorry to say that I will use it as a cooking sake. Shuubai, which I chose for the sake comparison, retains the traditional flavor, but is dry and goes in easily.
The other day, I wandered by a liquor store and found ‼️
I finally found it, Sentoku, a sake from Miyazaki 🤗🤗🤗.
Even though I live in Kyushu, you don't see it very often 💦. I bought it immediately. LOL!
The next generation of the Sentoku Sake Brewery was the first to be entrusted with the design and labeling of this completely new Sentoku.
It has a mild aroma and a clean, clean sake quality.
I can't compare it with the basic Sentoku because I have never had it before 😢. I have never had the basic Sentoku, so I can't compare 😢.
The taste is...classical junmai! It's a very good sake.
It is THE sake with rice flavor, sweetness, miscellaneous taste, eggy taste, and alcohol feeling 🍶.
I would like to drink it with Japanese food such as simmered or grilled dishes 🐟.
Good evening, Heppoko-san 😃.
Congratulations on your first Chitoku-san ㊗️ & first Miyazaki sake ㊗️ double 🎉!
I see that the new one is classical too! Good for Japanese food 😃.
My first Miyazaki sake.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth at first and is very tasty!
It is a delicious sake, although the bitterness left a little too strong for my liking.
