I have always loved prefectural antenna stores and tend to buy all sorts of things when I see them. This is a bottle I found in a corner of the Miyazaki Products Museum in Shinjuku's Southern Terrace.
The brewer, Sentoku Shuzo, is the only sake brewery in Miyazaki, the land of shochu. It has a beautiful appearance reminiscent of the tropical sea, and the taste is sweet and bitter like brown sugar, with a strong umami flavor that goes well with strong-flavored home cooking.
⚫︎Polishing ratio: 60
⚫︎ Alcohol content: 15
I saw my first "Sentoku" label at a sake store, so I bought it without hesitation!
I enjoy the guerrilla event-like experience of encountering the Sentoku series from time to time 👐.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, I found aromas of peaches, plums, and molasses.
The mouthfeel is light, with a sinking touch of juicy sweetness.
The palate is light on the palate, with a touch of juicy sweetness, followed by chestnut and grain-like flavors, and then a hard-edged umami of hot, sour, astringent, and pure crispness.
The first half is the same brewery's "Until the middle of a dream" series.
The second half is similar to the traditional "Sentoku" series.
The second half has a taste similar to the "Sentoku" series, and it tastes like an assortment of "Sentoku" wines!
If you notice, he is also in the top 10 of the top 10 of check-in brands.
We are very grateful for the opportunity to have a chance to meet this rare Miyazaki sake!
There are only a few prefectures left that I haven't tasted yet 😁This is my first time in Miyazaki Prefecture. I found Sandesi's Sentoku at a Miyazaki Prefecture antenna store in Shinjuku 💡. The aroma is weak and neither the fragrance is very strong. It is an easy-to-drink mid-meal sake with a light and refreshing taste with little sweetness. It is a sake to taste the flavor of rice. It is tastier than what I had imagined 😊.
Good morning, studying 😃!
Congratulations on your first visit to Miyazaki ㊗️ with Chitoku 🎉Our first visit to Miyazaki was also at an antenna store in Shinjuku where we got Sandesi 🤗.
You can see it if you go over the southernmost and most difficult part: ‼️
Jay & Nobby, good morning 😃weren't we at the same antenna store 😅I thought Miyazaki sake was peculiar, but I was surprised to find it easy to drink 😳I'll be patiently waiting for the southernmost and most difficult to get a chance to meet you.
Purchased on a trip to Aso and Takachiho last week for a three-day weekend.
Looking back on the memories, I had it with spicy noodles and chicken nanban 🐔.
Hiyade
The aroma is subdued
Mild and somewhat robust
No roundness, but a hard taste that comes easily
It is rather dry.
I traveled to Takachiho and Aso with my friends on a three-day weekend 🚗.
We bought some at the supermarket and drank it at the inn in Nobeoka 🍶.
Cold sake
Aroma: Moderate syrupy aroma
Slightly light
The sweetness characteristic of aluzoe is moderate.
The umami gradually expands.
Sake purchased at the recent brewery opening
Slight yellowish color.
The smell is not so strong, and the taste is calm and easy to drink and enjoyable.
It is easy to drink and easy to drink. 300ml is not too much.
It was the second day of Sentoku's brewery opening, and my wife and I went out in the morning to get four products and five bottles! Among them was this sake, which they bottle on the spot when you buy it.
The smell is fruity and acidic, a bit like cemedine.
The taste is a little sour and full of rice.
It makes my stomach feel warm and fuzzy.
