National Sake Fair 2025 (3)
The third bottle is an extra.
When I bought the last bottle of Kiku no Tsukasa Shuzo's Shichifukujin, there was a sake called "Unraveling the Mysterious Sake 2025" that I bought along with it.
I was thrilled to see the word "undisclosed" on the label.
If you read the QR code on the label, a quiz will appear.
The only information on the specs is on the back of the label, and you have to guess the rest (1) to (6) 🎯.
In short, it's called blind tasting.
By the way, there are 6 questions in the quiz.
(1) 4 choices of specific name
Honjozo sake/Junmai sake/Daiginjo/Junmai Daiginjo
(2) 4 choices of rice used for sake
Sake Mirai / Yamadanishiki / Ginotome / Yunokou
(3) 3 choices of rice polishing ratio
40%/50%/60
(4) Alder addition or not
(5) Whether or not the sake is fire-brewed
(6) Yeast used (4 choices)
Yuko's Thought / Giovanni's Research / K-701 / K-1801
It's especially difficult to choose sake rice and yeast because some of them are unique to Iwate Prefecture!
How much do you think you'll hit?
The taste, don't tell me 🤭.
Of course, it was a delicious sake💕.
The sake fair is still going on!

Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery in Iwate Prefecture.
The oldest brewery in Iwate was explained to us and we had a tasting.
The Kiku-no-Masa Brewery's website says that it is the oldest brewery in Iwate Prefecture, founded in 1772, and the Azumamine Brewery's website also says that it is the oldest brewery in Iwate Prefecture, founded in 1684.

Unoaked, unfiltered sake. It is junmai (pure rice) but fruity and sweet with a clean finish. It is also very good, and I was not sure if I wanted to buy it or not. This sake was produced by the president's daughter.
I looked up the oldest sake brewery in Iwate Prefecture on the Internet and found that Azumamine Sake Brewery is the oldest in Iwate Prefecture as the origin of the Nanbu Touji, a sake brewer who made clear sake in the history. I guess Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery is the oldest as founded.
Hi, Nemu-chan. I was just drinking Kiku no Tsukasa😆I was also deeply investigating the meaning of the oldest in Iwate Prefecture, Nemu-chan 👍I am learning a lot!
Hi Hirupeko, I see you were drinking ☀Hello ☀Seven Lucky Gods 😊I guess it depends on what standard you say the oldest in Iwate prefecture is like the birthplace of sake 😅Iwate sake is also very good as well as Kiku no Tsukasa 😋.
I bought some turtle tail. Not only is it good and the aroma spreads well, but another savory aroma spreads afterwards, like it tastes twice as good. What is it, a barley-like aroma? Smoky? I don't know if I can rely on a drunk person's opinion, but... Anyway, it's interesting.
It is refreshing and easy to drink. It is sweet but not too sweet and easy to drink. I think this one is easier to drink and tastes better for those who like alcoholic beverages.
Introduced by someone who worked at rice shop Inazuma.
The smell is delicious and the mouthfeel is clean. It is easy to drink with sweetness. It is a delicious sake.
