Tobiroki was in stock at my favorite liquor store, so I bought it.
It was not a fruity sake, but rather a dry food sake, with a fairly clean aftertaste.
You can drink it as much as you want, and it is quite tasty!

Tobiroki, which we were lucky enough to get our hands on.
The sweetness and deliciousness of the rice spreads softly and mellowly. The fresh, fruity aroma of muscat-like fruit also comes out.
Toward the finish, a slight acidity and astringency bring the whole thing together crisply, and the flavor melts away like water.
It is a well-balanced sake that works well as a stand-alone sake or as an in-dinner drink.
After a month's absence, the family went to the usual restaurant.
We found an expensive Tobiroki-sama: ❗️
I had previously had a bottle of Tobiroki's Tokujun, but personally, I was not as impressed with it as people were saying.
When I tried it, I was surprised to find that it is indeed a junmai daiginjo.
It was a delicious sake with a fruity, rich flavor and a sharp aftertaste 😊.
My son tasted the sake he had worked so hard to obtain. The taste was mellow, deep and deep, with a hint of sweetness that "spread" rather than just being felt.
Tobiroki was secretly sold at the liquor store where I always go.
I drank it at home for the first time, and it was still delicious!
What is it about this rice flavor and just the right amount of sweetness?

A stable, food-friendly sake around here.
Delicious right in the middle!
It has no quirks, and the taste is honestly delicious.
Even if the umami richness were a little stronger, it would not interfere with food, but I wonder if the right balance is the reason for another glass.
Definitely delicious!
☀️
It is a firm, Aishan-like sweetness 🩷.
A complex flavor with a hint of bitterness mixed in 😚.
The end of the sip is a momentary appearance of a tight astringent taste, which then fades away.
After the second sip, the hidden sweetness seemed to appear and I groaned "mmmm 🥹" 🤗.
Hi Hiro, good evening.
We had a lottery here in Aizan🍶 local area.
I was not selected 😱💦.
I'm so jealous 😅‼️
I'll just have to put up with Hiro's review 😅
When I visited for Abe, I found Tobiroki on the shelf, so I decided to buy it. I was told that the first bottle was not eligible, so I changed to 寫楽. 4 bottles of sake is a lot to store 😖.
The taste is not blatantly fruity and full of modernity, but rather quite calm. It's delicious, but I don't think it's a must-have...did I set the bar too high for myself?
[Another round of drinks at Fukuzai Sakai.
Tobiroki Special Junmai.
The aroma of ginjo is rich with rice aroma, the fresh flavor goes down your throat smoothly, and the taste is clean and crisp with a refreshing aftertaste.
It is often said that a good sake is like a glass of water 🥰.
I think this sake may be the most [neutral] in me 🤔.
I thought about grabbing some more food, but it was past the last order, so I gave up and left the restaurant to go back to my usual drinking ramen shop for some ramen 😄.
Sometimes, my favorite liquor store displays only Junmai Daiginjo, so I am grateful to be able to enjoy Tobiroki!
Junmai Daiginjo Junmai Daiginjo Namazume
It is a little expensive so I can't buy it often, but it is my favorite flavor of Tobiroki!
I like the sweetness and umami of the rice blended with the smoothness of Tobiroki, which is characterized by its clean and light taste.
