[Full-bodied, thick]
Ice-cold aged sake from the mountains 🤩.
The top aroma is gorgeous and there is still a slight effervescence.
It has a thick umami flavor due to the aging process, and although it is not flashy, it is a highly complete bottle with a refreshing sweetness and a full-bodied drinking experience 😘.
The punch that is typical of the mountains is layered with a richness that seems to come from the aging process, and it's quite good👍.
I nominated Yamama as one of my 10 personal favorites last year, and I'm sure there will be another one this year 🤣.
Nice fruity aroma
Sweet but refreshing
Can be used as a food wine
Delicious with a long aftertaste
It has a punchy feeling.
Oh, I'm going to get drunk.
Attracted by the label, I ordered it.
It's a delicious Niigata sake, of course!
Polishing rice is 70% but not too heavy and not too spicy!
Goes great with Nishin Sansho pickles!
It has a strong umami taste with a lot of bite.
yet it has a nice sharpness.
If you want to enjoy Japanese sake, this is the best way to do so. It is so well made that I think it is the best choice if you want to enjoy sake.
I feel like I haven't had it in a long time.
This is the first bottle when I had a drink with my relatives😊.
This is my second time in the mountains.
They bought it directly from the brewery.
I'm going to have a bottle of this for the first time 🙇.
Oh sweet and mellow taste 👍.
No gassiness, no bitterness.
It tasted just like the label on the back 😙.
I can't imagine it's a Gohyakumangoku at all, it tasted great 🥰.
Coincidentally, Omachi follows. It is said to be a limited edition, made by directly bottling the middle bottle from the kamekuchi and storing it at low temperature for six months. The aroma is strong and robust on the palate, and it leaves a firm lingering aftertaste.
