From September 28 to 30, the owner of my favorite yakitori restaurant, his staff, my wife and I went to Korea! It was our first visit to Korea, and it was hard work, but we had a great time eating and playing casino for the first and last time in our lives. I had a great time at the casino for the first and last time in my life! We stayed at a hotel near Kansai International Airport for an early flight, and had a dinner at the first Kura for the first time on Saturday! Kikuhime by Kikuhime Limited Partnership! This time it was a junmai sake brewed in Yamahai style! Let's start with the sake! First, the aroma. The aroma is refreshing, but it smells like old-fashioned sake. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the traditional sake-like taste, and then you will feel the fruity taste with a hint of sweetness. From there, it has a lingering aftertaste with a complex flavor like richness. It is easy to drink and very delicious! 20th was my wife's birthday! We enjoyed lunch - wandering around Umeda - movie - sushi! For lunch, my wife wanted curry and naan, so we went to our favorite Indian restaurant It was a very hearty meal, but my wife enjoyed it! Well, at night, we went to my wife's favorite sushi restaurant for her celebration! The restaurant was my recent favorite, Sushi Tensho! So, the first sake we had at Tensho was Drunken Whale by Drunken Whale Brewery! This time it was a special junmai Let's start with the sake! First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma! In the mouth, it tastes fruity, refreshing, and complex. There is a bitter taste on top of it, and it also has a delicious flavor. The lingering aftertaste is a refreshing spiciness and a hint of bitterness. The bitterness will be a great complement to sushi. I was deeply impressed with the taste of this wine.

It has a refreshing sweetness. The bitterness seems to have mellowed a bit. I also sense a full-bodied and pungent taste.
