This is my first junmai ginjo.
Unlike the umami aroma of the last junmai sake, this one has a flashy ginjo aroma. The aroma of shaved Yamada is strong.
The balance of the flavor is the same and balanced. The less umami component is more noticeable in the fruity flavor.
Personally, I prefer Junmai sake as Katsukoma.
Repeat Score 2.0
The lack of egglessness is amazing when compared to other honjozo.
It is like a junmai sake.
It has a rich aroma and a strong umami flavor, but it is not heavy, easy to drink, elegant, and delicious.
When I was a student, I was working part-time at a pub.
I remember drinking Katsuma for the first time and being shocked at how fruity and delicious sake could be 😊.
At the time I thought it was still fruity, but now there are so many fruity sake on the market, so I guess it's not as fruity as those.
I don't think it's fruity 😅.
I think the sake I was drinking at the time was junmai sake, but this is daiginjo.
Next time I want to try junmai sake after a long time.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma like melon or muscat, and is smooth on the palate. It has a gentle sweetness and rice flavor, with a clean and crisp finish. It went well with meals.

I was very tired so I quickly went home and had a drink at home 🍶.
Choroki gave me this Katsikoma ✨and I got a Tamagawa in return ✨.
It's nice to have a variety of sake available in Nagoya. Thank you very much 😊
It's a nice dry umami-guchi sake.
You can really taste the sake, but it's not unpleasant at all. I will drink 2.5 gou and leave the rest for the weekend.
I wonder if the lack of Kachikoma will ever go away.
Good morning, Ane!
I was too tired to drink yesterday 😁✨.
Kachikoma is very rare 😅.
I've been drinking it since I was in Toyama, so when can I drink it again? I'd like to drink it again 😋.
Good morning, ma-ki- 😀
You were drinking Jihan Beni ✌️
I heard that it is made by 5 people, so there is not much of it in circulation. It is a great pleasure to drink it 😊.
This is the first time to drink Kachikoma's Shiboritate Hon Nama. Although it is a nama-shu, the freshness is subdued and it has a clear, crisp flavor typical of Kachikoma. The crisp and clean taste was stronger than the Kakishikoma Kanji we have had in the past.
