I had to work today.
After work, I went to a liquor store in Morinomiya to pick up some sake.
I found a bottle of Pure Black that I wanted to try, so I bought another bottle!
Once again, the cellar was overflowing!
After that, I met up with my wife and we went to our favorite yakitori restaurant!
The first drink at our favorite yakitori restaurant was our first brewery, Shimada Shuzo's Kofuji!
This time it was a Daiginjo!
This is the first time I've seen this sake, so I'm looking forward to it!

First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
The first impression on the palate is that it has a beautiful mouthfeel.
It has a smooth, slightly sweet, slightly bitter, slightly fruity, and slightly salty taste without any stimulation.
This is the first time I have tasted Kofuji, and it is a very gentle and beautiful sake!
