Today is a relaxing day off with my wife.
So I thought I'd start drinking from noon.
And in the evening, I would like to enjoy a glass of sake while grilling nodoguro (sea bream) that I bought at a product exhibition held at the same venue as the Sake Festival the other day.
This month is my birthday month, so I'm going to have a little extravagant sake!
So on Sunday from noon, we had Kudokibe from Kamenoi Shuzo!
This time it was Jr. Shizuku!
Jr. loves sake, but this is the first time he's had it with alcohol, so he was looking forward to it!
Let's start with the sake!
First, the aroma. It has a fruity aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness flows into your mouth with a very gentle taste, and it goes down smoothly.
It is beautiful and easy to drink.
The fruity aftertaste is well-balanced with a slight spiciness and bitterness, making it a delicious sake.
It is a well-balanced sweet sake with a full flavor and richness.
Now, this week has been a week of drinking too much, so I will have to take a rest day next week, but I am sure that this week's delicious sake will heal me well!
