Junmai Ginjo Arahashiri, I tasted it at a brewery in Kurashiki and bought it because it was delicious! It is said to be a raw sake. It is very easy to drink.

Of all the sake I encountered in Okayama Kurashiki, this was the best and cheapest. In the Bikan Historical Quarter, the price is based on the souvenir price, but this is a very everyday price. It was dark but not sweet, very mellow and dry, with a fizzy, bubbly taste, and none of the unpleasantness of aluzochu. The brewer explained a lot about it to us. I learned a lot. Thank you very much 😄. The person in charge personally recommended this as the best, and it was indeed the best.

Something I got from a work colleague. Thank you 😊 Unfortunately, it was completely 'old', probably due to extremely poor storage conditions (at the dealership). It had a strong sense of rice, and I could feel a glimpse of the rich dry taste, but the aftertaste was so uncomfortable that I gave up after one glass. We decided to serve it as a cooking sake from now on.

Not much aroma but mild 💕 The color is beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is light and refreshing💕 It goes down smoothly💕 It has a nice sharpness to it💕The spiciness comes a little later but not unpleasant 👍 I think it's a food wine. Today's pairing is pork with ginger 👍 It goes well with it💕and doesn't interfere with it💕. Delicious ✌️! The alcohol content is 15-16 degrees, but it seems to be higher 😓It goes around 🥵. #Hamamatsu# I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week. I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon. Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆. It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔. Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house. Knowing that "Hana no Mai" was waiting for me. I bought this sake and went home. It was very spicy 🤯 and bitter at first. Not bad 😅

I bought this sake at Nishizawa Shoten, a liquor store in front of Kawayuonsen station in Teshikaga-cho❗ I went to the south for the first time to try a sake I had never had before 😊I see this sake is made by Miyoshino Brewery, which brews Hanaboe 😃. The color is amber as you can see! It has a rich and sweet taste like an aged sake! I think it has the feeling of being organic due to the Yamahai method 😋. I would like to have a bottle with something salty like cheese or cured ham 😉.

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ④ The day before, I tasted Sakakamatsu from this brewery at a liquor store in Ikuno Ward. He asked me if I was going to the Tenma Sake Festival. I've been to this brewery and bought sake before. I think it was a brewery in Osaka, but closer to Wakayama and near a fishing port. I drank Junmai Ginjo Natsusei Nemuchi-san confirmed with the brewery that it was the same Sakakamatsu Natsusei that I drank the day before. Hmmm? When I drank it the day before, I had the impression that it was a summer sake with good flavor and drinkability, but something is different... Is it the temperature range? It seems too thin or too light 🤔. Summer Ginjo This is also a summer sake. Similar to Junmai Ginjo, but this one is spicier.
