One day when I was about to take a rest day, my colleague came to me with a bottle of sea urchin. ‼️ My colleague's wife's father is a kelp & sea urchin fisherman! Great 😆I have no choice but to drink it 😁. The drink was also a souvenir from my boss's trip to the Chugoku region 📦️ I've only had Gozenshu and Kamishin for Okayama sake so I was looking forward to it 🎵. It has a nice firm umami and a good acidity of arabashiri 😋 It was delicious~ ✌️ We had a lot of sake from my coworkers 😅

Something I got from a work colleague. Thank you 😊 Unfortunately, it was completely 'old', probably due to extremely poor storage conditions (at the dealership). It had a strong sense of rice, and I could feel a glimpse of the rich dry taste, but the aftertaste was so uncomfortable that I gave up after one glass. We decided to serve it as a cooking sake from now on.

Not much aroma but mild 💕 The color is beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is light and refreshing💕 It goes down smoothly💕 It has a nice sharpness to it💕The spiciness comes a little later but not unpleasant 👍 I think it's a food wine. Today's pairing is pork with ginger 👍 It goes well with it💕and doesn't interfere with it💕. Delicious ✌️! The alcohol content is 15-16 degrees, but it seems to be higher 😓It goes around 🥵. #Hamamatsu# I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week. I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon. Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆. It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔. Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house. Knowing that "Hana no Mai" was waiting for me. I bought this sake and went home. It was very spicy 🤯 and bitter at first. Not bad 😅

It has been a long time since I was in Osaka, and I was served Fukuoka sake at Hakata Onna, a favorite restaurant of a friend of mine. I had never heard of it before, Kansansui. I bought this sake at Nishizawa Shoten, a liquor store in front of Kawayuonsen station in Teshikaga-cho❗ I went to the south for the first time to try a sake I had never had before 😊I see this sake is made by Miyoshino Brewery, which brews Hanaboe 😃. The color is amber as you can see! It has a rich and sweet taste like an aged sake! I think it has the feeling of being organic due to the Yamahai method 😋. I would like to have a bottle with something salty like cheese or cured ham 😉.
