Tonight, a bit of a long time no see from Shinshu sake here 💁. Iraka Gin-Akiraki 2024BY ✨ This is Iraka's 5th release? This time it's a pure rice with a raw yeast yeast yeast. This time, it is a pure rice sake spec. From the aroma, it is colorless, odorless, and almost clear, with a slight lactic acidity from the sake yeast. On the palate, there is a firm acidity and juiciness like the title of the bottle, Dawn Orange or 🍊 honeydew, and then the wild, rough dryness of the sake comes through and finishes with a crisp, sharp finish. Refreshing, juicy, dry classic taste that I like 😋😋😋😋. Again, it was delicious 😊.

Tonight is a hot day, but I was working from home today, so I finished work and started my evening drinking time. I opened a bottle of this one, which had been sitting for about six months 💁. Ibigawa Tokubetsu Junmai Sake 2024BY✨ This is a special junmai sake from Sugihara Sake Brewery in Imi that is distributed within the prefecture. From the nose, the usual pineapple🍍 flamboyance is subdued but still a sweet bouquet. The overall taste is classic sake in the best sense of the word, but it's easy to drink with just a hint of tropicality in the attack and no sultriness 😋😋😋😋😋 It's like a sweet and tasty classic 😊😊.

Tonight is the second bottle in our drinking series 🤗. Yoshida Kurau Night & Dance 2024BY 🌃🕺. I usually buy this year's vintage of my favorite brewery's #1 favorite brand 😆. This normal type is made from Gohyakumangoku No Shiro. The opening of the bottle is the same with a pshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. ☺️ The aroma is fresh but a bit milder than UA's Ishikawa-mon, but the strain is almost the same. However, the taste is more mature with a slightly stronger gassiness and a drier overall quality. It is hard to say which is better, but I have the impression that the UA collaboration is suitable for before and after dinner, and the normal for during dinner, but both are delicious.

Tonight, we will do a normal drinking series without much to do with the 888 zoro 🤗. Yoshida Kurau Night & Dance improvisation for UNITED ARROWS 2024BY 🌃🕺 I bought another UA collaboration of my favorite brewery's most favorite brand 😆. It seems that unlike the normal version, the sake rice has been changed to Ishikawa-mon and brewed with it. The opening of the bottle has a nice gassing sound: ☺️ The aroma is fresh muscat, pear, and tropical banana. The taste is also very easy to drink with its tangy gasiness and beautiful acidity and very low alcohol content, but it has a complex aftertaste, a sense of volume and dryness of the rice, probably due to the modern Yamahai method of brewing 😋😋😋. I will do a review of the normal version after this 😊.

Good evening, please note that the Masayo to Abe relay has become a regular occurrence recently and is full of vocabulary. 🙇‍♂️ Abe x Taketomi Seishukudo Namaishuku Namaishuku 2023BY✨ This is a collaboration sake with Tatsumi, aka White Abe. This is a raw yeast yeast yeast, raw sake, 500ml type that has been lying dormant in the depths of Lemacom 💤. I was very wary of opening the bottle because of the ostentatious tape and the crown, but it opened without even a slight movement... 😅 The aroma has a strong lactic fermentation feeling like a sake yeast yeast yeast, with a sourness like a plum. The taste has a yogurt-like sweet and tasty acidity on the palate, and in the latter half of the bottle, there is a strong dry bitterness full of the wild taste of the traditional sake making process, which is delicious 😋😋😋😋.

Tonight, we open a bottle of this one by Okinimasayo, which we haven't had in a while 💁. Garakuyo - Minamikaze - 2024BY✨ This is Masayo's summer sake. It is 10.5 degrees Celsius and seems to be smooth and easy to drink. When the bottle is opened, there is a slight gassy feeling, and the aroma is clear and weak, with hints of muscat, cucumber, and Japanese pear. The taste has a soft rice sweetness and flavor, but the acidity is the main component, and the dry aftertaste makes it a very easy to drink adult cider🥤. It is light and refreshing, like a cool breeze in the summer heat. Again, we enjoyed it 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

Ohmine Ohmine 3grain Summer Pure Kasumi Nama Sake Yamadanishiki 2024BY✨ It's been a while since I've had a summer sake from Ohmine: ☀️ When you open the bottle, the aroma of sweet freshness rises. The aroma of sweet syrup, fresh citrus and herbs. A sip of this cider is a pleasantly tart, not too strong, and smooth sweetness that is just like an adult cider 🥤 It is so delicious that the sippings go on and on 😋😋😋😋. It has a bitter and dry aftertaste, but I'll take my hat off to its perfection as a summer sake 💮 and there's only one more sake left to drink 😅.

Tonight, I'm starting my evening drinking early, but since I didn't go to SAKE PARK, it's SAKE JITAKU 😅. Tasake Tokubetsu Junmai Shu Koshiro Nishiki 2024BY I had a feeling that this brewery was also exhibiting, It's been a while since I opened a bottle. I think this is the first time they have produced a special junmai Koshiro Nishiki. The bright purple 🟣 Koshiro Nishiki color is a nice change from that usual monotone 🤩. The aroma is mild, but fruity like grapes 🍇. The taste is characterized by an intense syrupy sweetness in the first sip, followed by a moderate acidity, and in the second half, a strong bitter spiciness, which balances the sweetness. I think it will be very tasty when it is close to room temperature and the potential of the sweet and tasty sake is demonstrated 😋😋😋, so I would like to enjoy the changes slowly until it is close to room temperature 😊.

Good evening, it seems that SAKE PARK is being held this week, but it's hot and 🥵 I bought a lot of sake this month, so I'll make SAKE JITAKU 🤣🤣🤣🤣. So here it is 💁, which seems to be the brewery exhibiting. Pukupuku Brewery Pukupuku Pop SuSuSu - Hopped Nigori SAKE - 2025.6 ✨ Finally, this seems to be the first of Pukupuku's standardized line 😊. The first time I poured it into a sake cup, I got just the top clear layer and it was nice and fizzy 🫧🫧🫧🫧, perfect for the summer heat and makes me feel good ⤴️ The aroma is a mix of sweetness, wild herbs and citrus like thick potash powder and the taste is sweet in a shwashy way. The taste is a mixture of sweet and tasty muscat flavor in a shwashy taste. But it is also very tasty with a refreshing and dry aftertaste 😋😋😋😋. The second sip was maybe too gassy, but it was automatically stirred in the bottle and turned into a completely white, mokumokumo-like ☁️ calpis soda, like doburoku, with an added yogurt taste 👍. I'm so glad this will be a regular drink 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹.

Good evening, I went to vote on time for the three-day weekend, but the heat got to me 🥵 and I left early to go home and cool down with a drink here 🆒🍶🍶. Tsuchida Tsuchida 99 Active Nigori Nama UA ver. 2024BY ✨ This is the third collaboration between Tsuchida and UNITED ARROWS. It seems to be a collaboration between Tsuchida and UNITED ARROWS, and is full of fascinating meta information: 99% koji, pure rice, active nigori raw sake, and No. 6 yeast 😊. It's called "active" but has air holes, so it's quiet when you open the bottle, as if it's lost its schwarziness. It's hard to tell if the bubbles are small or not, but let's drink it from the top first. The aroma is 99% koji, which means it has a brown ricey flavor and a lactic acidity that is quite fermented. The taste has a strong sourness that is stimulating, like popsicles, and a refreshing wild grass and citrus flavor. When the lees are mixed, the flavor of the rice and the roundness of the flavor come out and the overall balance improves. I personally like the taste of this wine because it is made by a natural old-fashioned method. But in terms of general acceptance, it is too edgy, which is typical of Tsuchida 😇.

Tonight, we're opening our first series of bottles here for a weekend nightcap 💁. Genzai Special Junmai 2024BY✨ This is a series of sake from Suehiro Sake Brewery in Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima for their distributors. I bought it because it looked delicious after reading the reviews of the Sake no Wa reviewers 😊. It has a nice aroma of fresh herbs, pears, and cucumbers. ☺️ The taste is impressive with a beautiful acidity at first sip. The taste is also impressive with beautiful acidity in the first sip. The balance of sweetness and deliciousness of rice, bitterness, astringency, and spiciness in the aftertaste is excellent, and it makes me think that Aizu sake is still delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋 4 gou of it will be gone soon😅😅.

Tonight, I'm having my first kyosake here in a long time 💁. Nichinichi Sake Komachi 2024BY✨ It's been quite a while since I've had a Nichinichi. This time it's using Sake Komachi which was taken over from Shinsei, so I guess I'll buy it 😅. When opened, there seems to be a lot of pus-pus-pus and gas. The aroma is mild Uri, Japanese pear, herb, or green bamboo 👍. The taste is also very nice, with a tingling and gaseous sensation, but the overall taste is light and smooth, with the umami of rice and the bitter dryness of the aftertaste expressing a neat and simple sake quality 😋😋😋😋😋.

Tonight, I'm starting my evening a little early in the relaxing mode at home on my day off 😇 It's been about a month, but I forgot to drink that Sentori foam 🫧 so I'm opening a bottle 🍶. Sentori Modern Sanshiki Happo Genshu 2024BY✨🫧. It is a sparkling undiluted sake of Edobari Modern. When opened, the secondary fermentation in the bottle is quite strong and it takes about 5 minutes to gradually release the gas 😅 When poured into the sake cup, there are more bubbles of bubbles due to the origami 🫧. The aroma is modern banana🍌melon🍈mango🥭pear🍐 tropical but still fizzy and refreshing. The creamy gas and bubbles in the first sip are like a fine, fine Champagne 🍾. ☺️ The taste has a fresh sweetness that is a bit like Japanese pear, but the bitterness, astringency, and dryness are all in the overall quality of the wine, which is easy to drink but really has the appearance of a Champagne 😳. In conclusion, it is very delicious and I would like to drink it again 😋😋😋😋.

Tonight is the Friday of the weekend, so I'm feeling pleasantly tired after a week of running around and a little bit excited, so here's a toast 🍶. Rice and Agave × UNITED ARROWS Kosake Hanafu 2025 💐🌪️ Ina Agave finally collaborated with UA & I love Kosake Hanafu so much that my purse strings are tighter 😅👛😅. Now, from the aroma, Craft Sake, like Hanafu, has a refreshing pop of citrus, plum liqueur and smoky smell of rice, which is very characteristic. The taste also has a lemon-lime🍋🍋‍🟩 stimulating sourness and bitterness that cools down the summer heat. The aftertaste has a lingering bitterness and a slight dryness, somewhere between white wine and gin, and it's hard to believe it's a liquor made from rice. This Hanakaze was also good 🎯😋😋.

I bought it because it is a New Item in the Tabotsu series😇 The bottle is quiet to open and seems to have no gasiness. The aroma is clear and odorless, with a very light lemon and grefle citrus aroma. ☺️ The taste is also clear with a beautiful acidity 😋😋😋😋 The dry taste with a crisp finish after the modest sweetness of the rice also enhances the taste and the word "beautiful sake" is perfect 🤗

Last time was a personal disappointment with almost no gas, so I'm taking my revenge this time 💪. Well, I let it sleep in a very cold environment for a few days, but when I opened the bottle and let it air out, it started to bubble up and I had to close the bottle a few times. But I like this process 😊. This time, I was expecting it to be well gassy, but the aroma had a sweet fermented yogurt flavor, and the first sip had a pleasant tingling and shwashy sensation -> a rich flavor like a sweet and delicious calpis soda -> a fine foam that went down my throat and was very satisfying 😋😋😋😋😋. Definitely a Must Buy this time 💮.

Tonight, the second bottle is opened😇. I had it ready for 7/3 but I had to go on a business trip so I'm drinking it late 🍶. Wakanami Junmai Ginjo Tojo Yamadanishiki 2024BY✨🌊. I watched with envy as everyone posted theirs on Wave Day (the day of 7/3), but I'm going to drink it without any intention of dragging it out until 7/30 🤗. Wakanami's Yamadanishiki sake is excellent, but it's from Tojo, so the specs are one rank higher and the expectations are high: ⤴️ Well, the aroma is mild and clear with a hint of melon🍈, a little banana🍌, and a touch of greenness from the wakagusa🌿. The taste is delicious 😋😋😋😋 with a chili attack and pleasant acidity that grabs your heart and tongue 😋😋. The middle is a modest rice sweetness and flavor that quickly passes through, and the bitterness and spiciness of the last part of the wine makes up the overall gravity and sake-like quality of the sake, which is still at a high level 😳.

La Jomon Junmai Sake Shoumon Koji Tripled Sake Hi-iri 2024BY✨ This is everyone's favorite Koji Sanbai Masozo sake Hi-iri. The aroma is sour and lemongrass-like. The sourness in the first sip has an impact, but the overall balance is maintained and it is not simply sour, but combined with the sweetness of the rice, it has depth and a three-dimensional quality, and it naturally slurps and slurps in an endless loop ♾️😋🐴. I'd like to make it a regular stock sake in our house, but well, it's hard to find 😅.

Tonight, it's been a little while since I opened a bottle of Okamo-san 💁. Kamo Nishiki Shagafuda Shu Tsukihaku Shiboritate 2024BY🌙 Surprisingly, this is my first time drinking Tsukishiro 😆. From the aroma. It's made with Yamadanishiki, so it has a fresh uri or herbal flavor. I like the first sip of the direct pumping? I like the pleasant gasiness and the acidity that stands out 😊 I can feel the umami of the rice and the dryness is not so strong but the light and modern sake quality makes it easy to drink 😋😋😋😋😋😋. I'll try Hwang Suisen and Beni Kikyo since I haven't had a chance to try them at home 🤗.

Tonight, we are in full-blown heat wave days 🥵 Really, where is the rainy season ☔️ 😅 I chose this one to blow off those tropical nights 💁. Takachiyo GRAPE label SPARK Rich mellow uncapped Flat polished rice, unadjusted, active light nigori, raw sake, 2024BY GRAPE label SPARK It's been a while since I've had a Hiragana Takachiyo. I have been drinking a lot of Kanji Takachiyo or Takagami recently, but this GRAPE is my personal favorite, so I will have it again this year as a tradition. The bottle was cold when I opened it, so I opened it quietly and easily. The aroma was dry and clean, with a hint of 🍇. It is fruity and juicy and easy to drink, with a tangy gas that pops in the mouth. ‼️ However, there is a bitter and spicy accent in the second half, and it has a catchy but mature taste that is delicious 😋😋😋😋.
