Tonight, we chose this one for our weekend dinner 💁. Wakanami NAMICAN Aru Sake 2024BY✨ I'm not sure if it's related to NAMICAN or not, but I bought it because I was curious about it. I'm not sure, but I was curious so I bought it 👛. I was curious about it, so I bought it 👛. Apparently, the specs are secret (I only know it's junmai-shu), so I tried a blind tasting. From the standing aroma, it smells like muscat and cucumber with sourness and freshness. The taste is also characterized by a beautiful acidity, and the umami of the rice can be felt later on, making it a good aperitif and aperitif 👍 and I can't stop drinking 😅😋😋😋😋😋😋. Apparently, if you roll up the front etiquette, the specs are revealed, but here's what I expect. 今晩は、またしても1年半弱の冬眠さんを目覚めさせてみました😅 冩楽 純米吟醸 おりがらみ 壱 生酒 2023BY✨ 大好きな純吟おりがらみ生のロット1です。 立香からですが、老ね香はほぼなく乳酸ぽさとメロン香が良きです😊 味わいもフレッシュな酸味とジューシーさと米の甘旨さが絶妙美味😋😋😋 フィニッシュがアルコール感とドライさが広がって呑み飽きないです😄 だんだんと、おりがらみにしてゆくとメロンフロートクリームソーダのような濃厚な味わいに変わって更に美味しくなりますねー🙌😋 とても満足できる1本です💮

Tonight, I couldn't go to CSW last weekend due to some business, so I opened a bottle of this one just to get a feel for the atmosphere at home 💁. SANCHI KAGO SHINNO Brewing 2024 ✨ This one is brewed with a sake rice called Kabashiko. The aroma is sour plum or lemon. The taste is also gassy and sour with the sweetness of rice to Japanese chestnut 🌰. The second half is astringent and dry dry and spicy and sharp and in demon repeat mode👹😋👹😋😋.

Tonight, I've been out drinking for the season and haven't posted much, but I opened this bottle for the first time in a while 💁 (Why don't you take a day off from drinking? ‼️🤣) La Jomon Kazan Zan Special Junmai Nama Sake 2024BY 🌪️⛰️🗡️ I think it's been a while since I've had a La Jomon. I'll try it as soon as I can. The aroma is a refreshing cucumber aroma with a hint of chemically, and I can also taste tropical flavors of mango and pineapple. The taste is like a potpourri with a strong acidity, with the umami of rice in the middle and a bitter and sharp aftertaste that is delicious 😋😋😋😋. It's a taste that convinced me to repeat for sure 😊.

Tonight is my first time drinking at home in a while since I was away from home for various reasons 😊. I chose this one to go with it 💁, which surprisingly I hadn't had at home before. Takachidai Takaryu Ai Unfiltered Nama 2024BY🐉🐉🐉🐉. I hadn't bought this Ai at Takachidai's Koryu in a while, and I happened to go to the liquor store and found it sitting there, so I brought it to you. ☺️ The aroma is a sweet aroma of white sugar, green apple and citrus mixed with a hint of rummy. The taste is also unfiltered sake, so the attack is mainly juicy sweet and acidic, but in the second half, you can enjoy the contrast of the tight and dry taste of the alsobe, which is also delicious 😋😋😋😋😋. There is no doubt that Hiragana Takatsukyo is a must-try, But this Koryu is also a must-try 😁.

Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Daiginjo 39 Miyamanishiki 2023BY Again, I realized I let it sit for a little over a year 😅. However. The aroma is very fresh with a fresh green apple aroma. The taste is also impeccably delicious with a fresh acidity and a slight ripeness that gives the impression of sweetness and deliciousness with a crisp finish 😋😋😋😋😋. It was a perfect drink that made me want to go to Ueda again 💮.

Tonight, another brand from a young brewery for the first time in a long time here 💁. La+ YACHIYO ROOM WHITE MOMENT Yamadanishiki Orikagarami Nama Sake 2024BY✨. La+ YACHIYO has released a new ogirami nama-shu, and as an oligaramah, I couldn't help but drink it 👛. The aroma is sweet with a hint of white sugar. The aroma is sweet and fragrant with a hint of white sugar, and when you taste it from the top, the sticky sweetness of the white sugar and the fresh acidity of the pears are harmoniously blended together. The aftertaste is dry and dry with a lingering rice flavor, similar to Sairai in terms of genre. I think it is a sake to be enjoyed on its own before or after a meal rather than as a mealtime sake 😊.

Tonight, while cooking an early supper, I'm going to accompany the Kitchen Drunker, the second successor to the recently uploaded 1st Release of the Renewal Storehouse 💁. Maison Aoi Untittled 02, 2025✨ Miyama Nishiki Lot:25-L02P I'm a collector, and this one also fell 😅 It seems to be a hi-iri made of the same Miyama Nishiki. The aroma is the same as that of 01, with rounded steamed rice and grain-like aroma with a hint of green apple and white grapes. The taste is also just like a gentle white wine. It has a slight gasiness, an assertive acidity, and a slight sweetness and bitterness like an adult ramune without carbonation 😋😋😋😋. Tonight, I opened a bottle of this one because I wanted to have a drink in the nighttime sleep-drinking mode 💁. Aizu Miyazumi : Re Rivers ✨ An assemblage of three different sakes made with the support of Corona Disaster's restaurants. The production date is R06.10, but I think it was shipped and brewed much earlier. The color is completely pink to orangey with an aged look, like a rosé wine or an orange wine 😳. The taste is just like the impression of Tachiko, light and sharp acidity and fruitiness, bitterness on the back palate, and the finish is pleasantly tasty with alcohol and a voluptuous umami and dry taste 😋😋😋😋😋. Already this is a wine that would be indistinguishable if served blind as a wine 🍷.

Tonight, I opened a bottle of this one for the weekend with white fish sashimi 💁. Takasago Kimoto Mie Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Nama 2024✨ You know, this is another brand from the same brewery as Jikin, I couldn't help but to touch it because it was on sale 🐙. The aroma is gentle and has a very faint scent of cucumber. In the mouth, it has a light acidity with a hint of gaseousness and a clear rice flavor without any cloying taste. The dryness of the sake's yeast yeast is present in the aftertaste, and the sake is easy to drink with a good sharpness. Pairing with white fish is also a good idea 😊.

Tonight, I wanted to drink my favorite Senkou, so I opened this bottle 💁. SENKOKU Modern Ichi Shiki 2024BY This is a fire-irrigated version of Shiki I, following Shiki Zero. Since all of the Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki is used, there is a lactic acid fermented beverage nuance derived from the uli aroma fresh to rich banana🍌 tropical 🏝️ and the sake has a raw yeast origin. The taste is very dry and can be used as a food sake as well. ☺️ It is quite dry for a Senkou sake, but I really liked it 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

Good evening, long time no see from Okinikura here 💁‍♂️ Kangiku Jushinmu 50 -Hazy Moon Orikagarami Unfiltered Nama Sake 2025 ✨🌙 I've had this sake at Eiko Fuji🗻, but it's been a long time since I've had it. ☺️ The bottle was opened cold without delay. When served from the top, the aroma is odorless to slightly chemically-intense. The flavor is a delicious attack of spicy rummy 🥤😋😋😋😋😋. It is also sweet and juicy like grape🍇, Japanese pear🍐, and lychee with a crisp aftertaste and is in demon repeat mode👹. It's even better with a little bit of lees on the lees to increase the bitterness and spiciness of the aftertaste👍

Good evening, I've been having hay fever of late? Yellow sand? A cold caused by the difference in temperature? I've been feeling a little better, but I'd like to work on cleaning alcohol 😆 (Alcohol is the natural enemy of hay fever 😂). AKABU SPARKLING RED EMBLEM 2024BY✨🫧. This is the first sparkling sake from Akabu since GALAXY, and since GALAXY is so delicious, my expectations are high. ⤴️ The bottle was opened easily, and it is Oragana Nama Sake, but from the top clearings. The aroma is almost odorless, but there is a very slight citrus lemon 🍋 The taste has a sweet umami of rice on the attack, but it soon takes on the bitter, spicy and astringent taste of lemon 🍋 like an adult lemon soda🥤 and is a confirmed winner. ‼️🥇🏆 The sake is so good that the cup keeps getting refilled, but strangely enough, the flavor is now fuller and deeper 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. AKABU's SPARK was still an iron plate 😊.

Respect to Wind Forest ALPHA6 No. 6 2024 🌪️🌳❻ I've been wanting to drink A6 again this year so I'm buying it 👛. The standing aroma is the uli and aloe aroma that seems to be No. 6. The taste was cold at first and the water was very hard, so it had the flavor of a dry cider, but as the temperature rose, it became more nourishing, with a soft sweetness that was very tasty 😋😋😋😋. The harmony of the bitter, spicy, and astringent aftertaste and the lingering aftertaste were also very good and I enjoyed the Wind Forest style. ☺️

I'm curious about the new lineup of renewal breweries and loosened my purse strings here 😆💁‍♂️ Maison Aoi Untitled 01, 2025✨ I was going to put it in hibernation since it's the first lot of the anniversary series, but then I decided to drink it and open the bottle 🙌 It looks like it was made with Miyamanishiki. The aroma is fresh green apple, green banana, and cream-like sweetness. The attack is pretty and light, like a white wine made from Koshu grapes, but with a strong acidity in the middle and a crisp and sharp finish that is low in alcohol and easy to drink 😋😋😋😋. I think the flavor would have expanded with a little more temperature and I personally would have liked it with another degree of higher alcohol, but the first one was satisfying to start with 💮. Also, I can't help but wish they'd make an effort on the offer price if it sells well, 😅.

Tonight, I'd like to drop my first series of major sake, which I haven't had much chance to drink except for this one: 💁‍♂️ Saku FLINT Junmai Ginjo 2024BY✨ It's finally here, Saku ZAKU, and from the look of it, the way it's wrapped in linen gives it a special feeling that it's not a mass-produced type 😆. It seems that this bottle is named after Yamatotakeru, the god of the gods. The aroma is not the usual characteristic of Yamada-Nishiki, but rather a grain-like aroma of rice, with a hint of chemi, and as the name suggests, a flint-like minerality. ☺️ The attack is soft with a sweet umami taste of rice, but the second half is sharp with a bitter taste and dryness of alcohol 😋😋😋😋😋. I'm going to try other brands from Saku ZAKU 🙌

Tonight is a national holiday 🎌 and I'm cheering for Japan's national soccer team ⚽️🇯🇵 to make it to the World Cup with this drink 🙌 Koshizai M-Falcon Unrefined Nama-shu 2024BY✨. Echigo Tsurukame's new lineup is taking on a modern challenge. Also, the name of this sake is very appealing to those who love STAR WARS 😁. The specs are: Junmai orikarumi nama sake, Gohyakumangoku, 10 degrees alcohol by volume (very low alcohol content) 🍶. The aroma is a little bit too much for my liking, but I've seen the description on the back jacket 😅 It has a refreshing juicy citrus aroma (summer tangerine). (Summer tangerine). It tastes like an adult Fanta Orange 🍊 with a certain amount of gas, but it's bitter and spicy, but I can't help but drink it like a juice 🍹😋😋😋😋😋😋. I had high expectations, but this is one I'd like to repeat 💮.

I'm going to try this craft saké tonight: 💁‍♂️ Rice and agave交酒花風 心拍 2024BY🍶🌼🌪️ New Kosake Hanafu series using Heartbeat Yamada Nishiki by Ina Agave 😊. Both the aroma and taste are light and easy to drink with a refreshing aroma of pink grapefruit hops, acidity and bitterness as the main flavors 😋😋😋😋😋. The rice flavor and sharpness in the aftertaste will linger in your nostrils while you enjoy the lingering aftertaste 😙. I remember that the normal Hanakaze had a fuller and more voluminous taste, but this one is also nice and refreshing 😃.

Tonight, we're opening a bottle of this season's brand here: 💁‍♂️ Abe Silver, draft, 2024BY✨. Lot: vol.1-3 From this season? Did they lose the Junmai or Jungin name and went to Black or Silver? Well, either one is fine, 😆. Well, here is this season's Silver: ☺️ It's like an ogara-mi nama-shu, so my expectations are high: ⤴️ From the nose, there's the expected muskmelon flesh and pear tropicality, but the taste is like an adult cider, tonic water, or potpourri with chili gasses and a bitter dry aftertaste, sharpness, and lingering aftertaste. I really like the taste 😋😋😋😋😋😋. It has a translucent light cloudy color when the lees are involved. but the taste does not change much 😊. This season's Silver is also a satisfying bottle 💮.

Tonight, I'm after a workout 🏋️ and I'm going to be a kitchen drunker early 😅 I'm thirsty and wanted to drink something with some schwash stimulation, so I pulled this out 💁‍♂️ San-do Hozu Gonoho 2023 Special summer edition kawamatsuri ✨ I haven't checked the specs properly, but is kawamatsuri made any differently? The aroma is different from the usual HOMASA, with an Oronamin C type energy drink aroma and the thick lactic acid extract and sweet aroma of undiluted Calpis 🤩 The taste is still gaseous, but it has a clear and refreshing grenfre and lemon citrus flavor that is bitter and spicy. I can feel that it was made to be drinkable on a hot summer day 😀. This is delicious 😋, but I personally prefer the usual Hozu. (Please forgive my stupid tongue if the brewing hasn't changed at all 🤣)
