Tonight, Shinshu Kamerei was so good that I opened this bottle of Ohatsu-san as a second bottle in a hurry: 💁♂️
Saku-no-hana, hand-packed and directly pumped, made with rice grown in our own rice paddies SPEC-D 2024BY✨.
I was attracted by the unfiltered direct pumping of Hitogokochi, which is my favorite sake rice 😅 The aroma has a clear and light citrus and graininess that is typical of Hitogokochi. The aroma is clear and light, with a hint of citrus and graininess, as is typical of Hitogokochi. The mouthfeel is pleasant with chirichiri-gas and clear acidity, and the sweet and delicious fullness of the rice is quickly followed by a bitter dryness that is easy to drink and delicious 😋😋😋😋.
I am impressed by the variety of delicious Shinshu sake. ☺️
