Good evening, it's been a little while since I've posted, but it's getting hotter and hotter, and I still want to drink a schwarzenegger, so here it is 💁. Saint Hizirizm Sake Mother Active Sake 2025.2 ✨🫧. I'm hoarding 2 bottles since it seems to be the first release since February 😅. Last time was a personal disappointment with almost no gas, so I'm taking my revenge this time 💪. I let it sit in a very cold environment for a few days, but when I opened the bottle and let it air out, the bubbles started to rise and I had to close the bottle a few times. But I like this process 😊. Now this time, I was expecting it to be well gassy, but the aroma had a sweet fermented yogurt flavor, and the first sip had a pleasant tingling and shwashy sensation → a rich flavor like a sweet calpis soda → a fine foam that went down my throat and was very satisfying 😋😋😋😋. Definitely a Must Buy this time 💮.

Tonight, the second bottle is opened😇. I had it ready for 7/3 but I had to go on a business trip so I'm drinking it late 🍶. Wakanami Junmai Ginjo Tojo Yamadanishiki 2024BY✨🌊. I watched with envy as everyone posted theirs on Wave Day (the day of 7/3), but I'm going to drink it without any intention of dragging it out until 7/30 🤗. Wakanami's Yamadanishiki sake is excellent, but it's from Tojo, so the specs are one rank higher and the expectations are high: ⤴️ Well, the aroma is mild and clear with a hint of melon🍈, a little banana🍌, and a touch of greenness from the wakagusa🌿. The taste is delicious 😋😋😋😋 with a chili attack and pleasant acidity that grabs your heart and tongue 😋😋. The middle is a modest rice sweetness and flavor that quickly passes through, and the bitterness and spiciness of the last part of the wine makes up the overall gravity and sake-like quality of the sake, which is still at a high level 😳.

La Jomon Junmai Sake Shoumon Koji Tripled Sake Hi-iri 2024BY✨ This is everyone's favorite Koji Sanbai Masozo sake Hi-iri. The aroma is sour and lemongrass-like. The sourness in the first sip has an impact, but the overall balance is maintained and it is not simply sour, but combined with the sweetness of the rice, it has depth and a three-dimensional quality, and it naturally slurps and slurps in an endless loop ♾️😋🐴. I'd like to make it a regular stock sake in our house, but well, it's hard to find 😅.

Tonight, it's been a little while since I opened a bottle of Okamo-san 💁. Kamo Nishiki Shagafuda Shu Tsukihaku Shiboritate 2024BY🌙 Surprisingly, this is my first time drinking Tsukishiro 😆. From the aroma. It's made with Yamadanishiki, so it has a fresh uri or herbal flavor. I like the first sip of the direct pumping? I like the pleasant gasiness and the acidity that stands out 😊 I can feel the umami of the rice and the dryness is not so strong but the light and modern sake quality makes it easy to drink 😋😋😋😋😋😋. I'll try Hwang Suisen and Beni Kikyo since I haven't had a chance to try them at home 🤗.

Tonight, we are in full-blown heat wave days 🥵 Really, where is the rainy season ☔️ 😅 I chose this one to blow off those tropical nights 💁. Takachiyo GRAPE label SPARK Rich mellow uncapped Flat polished rice, unadjusted, active light nigori, raw sake, 2024BY GRAPE label SPARK It's been a while since I've had a Hiragana Takachiyo. I have been drinking a lot of Kanji Takachiyo or Takagami recently, but this GRAPE is my personal favorite, so I will have it again this year as a tradition. The bottle was cold when I opened it, so I opened it quietly and easily. The aroma was dry and clean, with a hint of 🍇. It is fruity and juicy and easy to drink, with a tangy gas that pops in the mouth. ‼️ However, there is a bitter and spicy accent in the second half, and it has a catchy but mature taste that is delicious 😋😋😋😋.

Tonight, I opened this bottle because I wanted to drink Shinshu sake for the first time in a while since I felt like the first bottle of Kisupa was going to run out soon 💁. Iraka Gin-Mori Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Unrefined Harajuku 2024BY🌳✨ It's been a little while since I've had an Iraka. The 4th edition has a dazzling dark green etching, and since it's Yamahai Junmai, my expectations are high. ⤴️ The opening of the bottle was a nice gas release sound 😊. The aroma has a refreshing pleasantness of green herb 🌿, green apple 🍏, and muscat, which is typical of Shinshu sake 👍 The taste has a light acidity and the sweetness of rice, while the aftertaste has a nice sharpness that is typical of Yamahai junmai. Overall, it has a light and modern sake quality with a spodoli-ish flavor, and this was one of my favorite bottles of the first half of the year, so delicious and so high on my list 😋🐴🎠💮.

Ki Junmai Honmai Sparkling 2024BY🫧✨ Here's Changshu Sake after Choyo 💁. The bottle opens quietly ☺️ without any violence. When poured into the sake cup, there is a good amount of bubbles, but from the fresh uliiness of Yamada Nishiki, it is a standing aroma like undiluted Calpis as the temperature rises. The taste is also very pleasant as the gas wraps around the soft melon sweetness and goes down your throat, so you are in trouble with the gubigubi type 😋😋😋😋 The aftertaste is a firm bitter spiciness. Bottom line, perfect for a hot summer day 🙌!

Tonight, the first bottle of Pukupuku is going to be gone in no time, so I switched to this one 💁. Choyo Fukumusume Yamadanishiki, special junmai-shu made from the oldest stock Limited direct pumping 2024BY✨ Sometimes I want to drink a legitimate classic type of sake, so I chose this one 😊. Yamada-Nishiki, special junmai, sake brewed from the original stock, unfiltered, limited direct pumping. and lots of intriguing meta info 😳 The nose has a fresh cucumber aroma for a moment, then a sweet bouquet like candy cherries or pudding with black honey. In the mouth, there is a momentary sweetness and deliciousness of rice, and then a dryness, chili gas, and acidity like a bitter, spicy, and astringent adult soda. But I like the complexity of the flavor and the three-dimensionality of the taste because it is a sake yeast. Dry Junmai sake is also delicious. ☺️

Tonight, I wanted to drink a craft saké once in a while, so I opened a bottle of this favorite 💁. Pukupuku Brewing # trail Hopped Nigori Sake - Hopped Nigori Sake - ✨ It's made with additive-free yeast x water yeast x flower base (Wild Yeast) 🥹. Somehow the standing aroma also has a dry hop gorgeous citrus aroma (lemon, greefru) with a rich bouquet as if bees made sweet honey in a flower field. In the mouth, the peach nectar and mead-like flavor is followed by a bitter spiciness like an adult lemonade, and the sourness and slightly gassy throat that rounds it all out is very delicious 😋😋😋😋. This is another kiken child to guzzle on a summer night: ⚠️🤣

Good evening, it's been hot every day, so I'm opening another refreshing bottle today 🥵. Wind Forest ALPHA 1 Summer Night Sky 2024 🌪️🌳🌌 I haven't had A1 in a very long time and haven't checked the difference between A1 and normal, but I wanted to drink it, so I bought it 👛. The top aroma is a fresh bouquet of pale lemon, spodris, and blue herbs. Not a lot of gas bubbles, but when I swallowed it in the mouth, it was chili-like and had a gorgeous uri flavor like A6, plus some spodoli-ness. The soft rice flavor is followed by a bitter and spicy aftertaste that is just right, and it has a very adult rummy feel that is unbearable. It's been a while since I've had A1, but I haven't compared it to the normal, but it's very tasty and I want to repeat it 😋😋😋😋😋. I just want it in 720ml instead of 500ml because I don't care if it's more expensive 😂.

La Jomon Junmai Shu Takumon Hi-iri 2024BY✨ At the beginning of this year, we had a bottle of Yamahai Junmai Namaishu (pure Yamahai Junmai sake) Shoumon, and this is the Junmai Hi-iri version. The aroma is a light greenish cucumber and herbs. The taste is smooth with a pleasant acidity, followed by a slightly soft rice sweetness and flavor, and finally a firm bitter dryness. It is a perfect embodiment of a modern classic with a nice balance of flavors that I like very much 😋😋😋😋. I hope to enjoy my favorite koji triple brewed hi-ire in the near future 🙌

The bottle was opened with a vigorous pusher and a gassing sound ♫. The aroma is peachy, pokari, and brown rice. The mouthfeel has the impact of acidity at the attack, sweet juicy peach, and the full flavor of rice. However, from the middle, the bitterness and spiciness can be felt and this year's Vesper has a mature and dry sake quality. For me, this one is more drinkable and addictive than the sweet and tasty one 😋😋😋😋.

Tonight, the classic Kame-no-o ran out very quickly, so I opened a bottle of this Nezake 💁. Jokei blue 2017 2025 special limited shipment 🔵. This is a long aged sake from the Jokei series by Oroku. It is a long-aged sake from the Jokei series by Wang Lu. The aroma is a sweet bouquet of refined caramel and chocolate. The mouthfeel is surprisingly smooth, but then the concentrated sweetness and richness spreads out, giving the sensation of drinking a caramel macchiato at Starbucks 🍨😋😋😋😋 It was not difficult to drink, but a beautiful matured bottle that has undergone beautiful aging😊.

Sentori Classic Sentori Kame no O 2023BY✨🐢✨ Yes, as usual, it's been laid up for a year, but now it's a valuable series that won't return to Edo 🤣. I was in a hurry to find the old lineup when the renewal of Edogari was announced, but I could only find this Kame no O. It was kept in ice temperature at the bottom of the stocker. ❄️ I opened the bottle and the fresh green banana aroma is still the same 😁 The taste has no sense of old age and the chili gas and strong acidity invites you into the world of Sentori, the sweet fruity taste of ripe banana, the umami of rice and the bitter spicy aftertaste are exquisite and I still love the taste 😋😋😋😋. I don't drink a lot of Edobari Classic, but the hard, mature appearance of this sake is as classic as its name suggests 💮. I'm going to say goodbye to the old modern and old classic, but I'm wondering if I should do a big release of the rest of the Edo kara no nai series or an Edo kara nai drinking comparison 🤔.

Tonight is my first post in a while, as the second half of the week was spent drinking out (never a day off 🤣) 🙌 This is Okini Kura, but it's been quite a while 💁. So-no-Kangiku Silver Lining So-no-Mai 29 2025 Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake ✨ I didn't capture this brand from Kangiku last year, so I picked it up this year. ☺️ This is the first time I've had a sake made from rice called Sounomai. And how extravagant to polish the rice to 29% 😳. Let's start with the aroma. The aroma is sweet, with a hint of smoked rice, white sugar, and stevia. The taste is full-blown with the sweetness of tropical juice with lots of sticky sugar that has an impact at the moment you take a sip, but soon after, the bitterness begins to dominate the taste as if to cancel out the sweetness, creating an interesting contrast of flavors. The contrast of flavors is interesting, but it has a delicious taste that will strangely keep you coming back for more 😋😋😋😋. It was one that expressed the characteristics of chrysanthemum cold 😊.

Tosa Shiragiku Concept Workers Selection Natur "Mizu" 2024BY Natur" is like Senkou, which makes me feel familiar with it 😊 From the standing aroma, it has a unique scent like brown rice or smoked rice, which I haven't smelled before. Houou Mita Mizubunjin Mikumari FLY HIGH 2nd Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake 2024BY ✨ Mikumari FH 2nd was released this year and of course I bought it 👛. Opened quietly with no problems. The aroma is sweet and citrusy, like grapefruit with white sugar. The taste is delicious with tingling and gas in the attack that pops on the tongue and later combined with the sweetness and flavor of the rice to enjoy it down the throat 😋😋😋😋. The finish is even better with just the right amount of bitterness and sharpness👍. It's just like an adult Mitsuya cider 😅🥤🐴😋😋😋🐴. I'm really wondering if I should buy a repeat 🤔.

Tonight, after a long time since I got sick, I did a workout at Gym 🏋️ and it was pretty tough, so I left early and came home and drank yesterday's Okame-san🐢 while making dinner, and opened this bottle as a stand-alone drink after dinner 💁. Maison Aoi Untitled 04, 2025✨ Aiyama, Yamada Nishiki Lot No: 25-L07P The fourth saké from Maison Aoi, which has become one of this year's hottest breweries, is brewed with Aiyama and Yamada Nishiki. From the aroma, this sake is characterized by a colorless and transparent-like aroma. Nuances of muscat and green apple that are far more dainty and delicate than white wine. However, in the mouth, it has a sweet and sour juicy attack that is the exact opposite of Tachika, a rice flavor with a strong sense of volume, and an excellent balance of adult bitter and spicy aftertaste with a wonderful lingering taste😋🐴🎠. This is my fourth bottle, and come to think of it, it's a very Sogape-esque approach 😊.

Shinsei PRIVATE LAB Nirvana Turtle 2023 🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢 Lot No: 23PNG-02 This is a low-polished junmai, sake yeast, wooden oke, about 1 year old 😅. From the first aroma, it has a fresh and sweet bouquet of elegant apricot and lemon. The taste is also surprisingly free of any cloying flavors, with a beautiful acidity and moderate sweetness and umami, and a bit of bitterness and spiciness in the aftertaste, very delicious 😋😋😋😋. I am very satisfied with the perfect result 💯.

Tonight, I'm opening a bottle of this one, which has also been laid up for a little over 2 years, following the other day's laid up metaphysical now 💁🤣. Abe Junmai Ginjo Hi-iri 2022BY🥈🥈🥈🥈 Stocking lot vol.3 This is the first time in a long time that we have had a lot of Abee Silver, but there is a reason why we have been waiting for this lot.., This lot was previously brewed with 55% polished rice, but this time the rice was polished to 60%! The reason is... Mr. Abe made a mistake in ordering the milled rice. 🤣. So although it is called Junmai Ginjo, it is designed to be almost Junmai. However, the yeast was changed from Association No. 901 to Niigata G9 yeast to match the rice polishing ratio, and the alcohol content has also settled down from 15 to the 13 degree range. By chance, this makes it a special model in a way 😳. Well, the opening is quiet and the standing aroma is no aroma to very little steamed rice and a thin lemon nuance. The taste has a beautiful acidity at first, followed by the sweetness of the rice, but the citrusy poppy taste is the winner 🥇. The aftertaste is even more delicious with a slightly aged, mellow volume and a sharp spiciness 😋😋😋😋😋😋. A rare silver psycho 🙌!
