I'm not sure if it's related to NAMICAN or not, but I bought it because I was curious about it. I'm not sure, but I was curious so I bought it 👛.
I was curious about it, so I bought it 👛. Apparently, the specs are secret (I only know it's junmai-shu), so I tried a blind tasting.
From the standing aroma, it smells like muscat and cucumber with sourness and freshness. The taste is also characterized by a beautiful acidity, and the umami of the rice can be felt later on, making it a good aperitif and aperitif 👍 and I can't stop drinking 😅😋😋😋😋😋😋.
Apparently, if you roll up the front etiquette, the specs are revealed, but here's what I expect.
Sake rice: Yamadanishiki
Polishing: Jun-odai level
Sake making: direct pumping, non-filtered, raw sake
