Tonight, the sake brewery collaborated with Tsuke-san for the first time in a long time here 💁. Hiraizumi x Tsukekuro Sake Brewery Yamahai Junmai Tokichifuku 2024BY✨ The shipment is in February this year, but it seems to be a matured sake. When poured into a sake cup, it has a golden hue 😳 The standing aroma is also matured aroma like whiskey 🥃. The attack of the taste is unexpected with a soft sweetness and umami of rice that is not typical of Yamahai Junmai. The second half is also alcoholic, but strangely enough, it can be drunk smoothly and is certainly delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Even if you are not a fan of matured sake, this one will not be a hurdle for you. It looks even better at room temperature or warmed up. ☺️

Tonight, I opened a bottle of this sweet and delicious sake because I forgot it was sitting here 💁. Chiyonohana Junmai Ginjo-shu Shiboritate Namazume 2024BY✨. This sake is distributed within the prefecture by Imi, but it is a junmai ginjo-type sake 🍶. The aroma is a loud ginjo aroma with a tropical pineapple aroma that is typical of Sugihara's production. The taste has a sweet and juicy impact, but the middle to bitter dryness makes it strangely light and easy to drink, which is Sugihara's magic🪄😋😋😋😋🪄😋. Really, the taste is almost the same as that of the Imi, so I am very grateful to be able to drink this one when I want to without having to fight in vain for the premium 😊.

Tonight, we'll start the week off with a collaboration between La Jomon and Spring Haze: ⤴️ La Jomon x Haruka IDEHA Direct Kumi Nama 2024BY✨ Continuing on from yesterday, this sake is made with Kame-no-o. I had given up on getting the straight draft due to the recent release of the hi-iri version, but luckily I was able to get it, so I'm going to try it right away. The aroma is a gentle and clear Uri aroma like No. 6 with a hint of smokiness from the rice. The taste is pleasant with the chirichiri-gas and acidity from direct pumping, the sweetness of the rice is potpourri-like, and the bitterness and spiciness in the back end are just right, delicious delicious delicious 😋😋😋😋. It was a very satisfying bottle as I was not able to drink the nama-shu type last season 💮.

Tonight, I ate dinner early at the end of Gym workout 🏋️ and dozed off a bit 💤 I woke up and started drinking slowly 🍶. Sentori Organic Naturals, draft 2025✨. This will be my first Naturals Nama after the return of Edo, so I was curious to buy it. When poured into a sake cup, there are quite a few gas bubbles rising to the rim and it has a light cloudy color. The aroma is complex and refreshing, with Sentori's typical blue banana, papaya, muscatel, nuts, and yogurt. When you take a sip, you can feel the tingling of gas on your tongue, followed by citrus sweetness and acidity, then bitterness and alcohol, with a pleasant finish. It is a masterpiece from the very beginning. One personal question. Is the difference from the Classic I drank the other day due to the different rice polishing ratio and the wood vat brewing? I only have a memory of it, but it tastes very similar to the Classic, so I thought they were the same 😅(sorry if I have a stupid tongue, but)

Good evening, I'm dropping my first series. I'm looking forward to it since I haven't had much luck with Fukui sake 😊. Mai-bijin sanQ Yamahai Junmai Nigori Nama Sake, pressed in a wooden tank 2024BY✨ I didn't have much prior information and couldn't picture what kind of sake it was from the back etiquette alone, so I looked at the web additionally and understood. So it's a perverted sake in a good and respectful way! 🤨 san = acid, Q = quest, sanQ = thank you, so first of all it has an acidity of 9.5, 😅. Pouring the top clear liquid into the sake cup and smelling the aroma, I could smell the very pungent acid aroma. It has a sour yogurt aroma of ground rice, citrus lemon and greffle nuance. The first sip is very refreshing, but the strong bitterness and acidity are stimulating, as if you have just taken a bite of citrus fruits (Hassaku, lemon, grenfre, and lime). However, in the second half, it seems to disappear without a hitch. It is more like a craft saké than a sake. Personally, I like it very much and it is very tasty 😋😋😋, but it is a unique sake that will not be popular with the general public at all 🤣.

Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Akaban Omachi Namaishu 2024BY✨ Nabeshima, the king of Saga sake. It's been a while so I'm looking forward to it 😊 It's from the standing aroma, clear light orange and chemically like Omachi. Like an adult fanta orange 🍊 with the chilli and fresh acidity of the raw sake. The bitterness on the back end is pleasant and makes the saké go down smoothly 😄.

Tonight, as it is the last day of GW, I would like to bathe in this sweet and tasty sake for the first time in a while as a source of energy for tomorrow 💁. HANAOYAKU Jyundai Ginpu ORIGARUMI Unfiltered Nama Sake 2023BY✨ It's a brand that is rarely seen in stores these days and extremely difficult to purchase, but for some reason, this Ginpu was mysteriously found in the back of the My warehouse 💤 It is a little over a year old, but the aroma is fresh and clear pineapple🍍🍍🍍 with a honey🍯 scent that is almost mead-like. It also smells like the liver oil I used to eat when I was little and it makes me feel nostalgic. ☺️ The taste is sweet and delicious on the attack in the upper part, but from the middle, the taste is generally calm and mature pineapple juice🍍🍹 with sharp bitter and dry sharpness, and the structure is delicious and I really like it. It has a sharp, sharp, bitter and dry taste, and I like it very much. The wine is translucent and slightly cloudy when on the lees. The bitter and dry taste in the latter half of the bottle gives the impression that it has become stronger and more mature 😊. Again, delicious 😃.

Good evening, GW is almost over 😢 I would like to get excited with this drink: ⤴️ Abe × Taketomi Seishukudo Namaisho Namaizume 2024BY🍶! I neglected last summer's release since it is a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast 😅 It is a strong sake with no aged aroma at all. Both the aroma and taste are clean and crisp clear Japanese pear and muscat. It has the typical Abe characteristics of acidity in the attack and sweetness of rice, but overall it has a modern light dry sake quality that is good for a smooth drinking Abe 😋😋😋😋 perfect as a mealtime sake 😊.

Good evening, and welcome to another installment of the "Firsts" series. We have had a few drinks at outside drinking events, but this is the first time we have had drinks at home 💁. SAKAYA Hachibei Yamadanishiki Namaishiki Namaishimo Junmai Namaeshu 2024BY✨ We're looking forward to opening this bottle of raw sake from Hachibei, a not-so-careless Hachibei in Mie: ☺️ First of all, the aroma is of lactic fermentation of yogurt, probably due to the yeast and yeast strain of the sake brewery. Personally, I like yogurt, so I don't mind it at all, but first-time drinkers may be a bit surprised 😳 The taste is surprisingly mild, with a creamy lactic acidity and a direct enjoyment of the delicious rice flavor. The aftertaste is not dry and is designed to be easy to drink, so you can enjoy it 😋😋😋😋😋. Hachibei, let's check out their other brands next time ✅.

Tonight, I'm opening a second bottle of Maison Aoi because I want to drink the first one slowly. This is the first in the series 💁. Raifuku X [red] straight pumped 2024BY🙅🙅‍♂️🙅‍♀️ I have often seen this impactful jacket, but I have never had a chance to see it. The "X" seems to be named after the undisclosed specs. The nose has a grain-like sawdust and nutty aroma. The attack has a tangy acidity with a hint of citrus freshness 😋😋😋😋 followed by the umami of the rice, and the sharpness of the finish is even better 👍 The sake goes down surprisingly smoothly 😊. The sake rice is Yamadanishiki? No, it is Omachi. I was expecting it to be Yamadanishiki or Omachi, but it tasted so good that I decided to go into drinking mode 👼.

Tonight is the first day of a four-day weekend in the second half of GW, but I'm not going to break my normal holiday routine and start drinking a little early 😊 Here's today's accompaniment 💁. Maison Aoi Untitled 03, 2025 Dewasansan Unfiltered Lot No. 25-L06N The third version of the same product uses Dewasanan as the rice for the sake and is an unfiltered light nigori type 🙌. The first one is Tachika 03, which has the same freshness of white wine-like muscat, Japanese pear, and green apple as the previous ones. It has a beautiful and lively acidity on the attack, fruitiness in the middle, some lactic acidity and rice flavor, and a bitter finish that disappears smoothly down the back of the throat. Perhaps because the sake itself is very gentle and transparent, and the volume has little impact, I found myself wanting to know more about this sake, to feel it, and to remember it, and found that my sake cup just kept getting fuller and fuller, At the end you realize it is very delicious 😋😋😋😋😋. This will be one of my top hits of the first half of this year 💮.

Tonight, I'd like to work GW as per the calendar and open this one for my evening drink to get excited 💁⤴️ Jikin Junmai Ginjo Omachi Hiiri 2022BY✨ Again, I let it sit for 2 years due to the "too good to waste" disease, but the etiquette design has recently been changed, so it has a retro feel to it👍! The aroma, I like the freshness of the orange 🍊 citrus and the chemi aroma, not the aged aroma from the Omachi Hiiryu 😊. The taste is also very delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 The back palate is dry with a volume of alcohol and a nice sharpness 🙌 Sieg JIKON 🫡

Good evening, it's early, the last day of April and I'm still working as usual in the middle of GW, but it's not bad because I feel I'm making progress in digesting my tasks. I finished work early and went to Gym to work out 🏋️🏋️‍♀️🏋️ and after sweating it out, I opened a bottle of this drink 💁. Hirotogawa Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Nama 2023BY✨ A junmai nigori raw version of the popular junmai nigori raw version that is very popular year after year, I forgot how I got it since I let it sit for a while, but I think it's a rare one 😅. I imagined it to be a rampaging horse when I opened the bottle, but I guess it was in a very cold environment, so it was quiet and easy 😌. The aroma is not at all old, but rather clear and herbal. The bitterness in the aftertaste is weak because it is pure Dai, but the alcohol is strong and lingers for a long time 😊. I heard there is also a Jungin Ver of this one but I haven't got it yet so I'd like to try it next time 🙌

I'm posting a very timely drink tonight: ☺️ Garakudai x UA - Tokiwa 2024BY✨ I bought two bottles of Masayo's and UA's first collaboration sake, and my savings mind collapsed 😅. The nose has a clear berry and herbal aroma. It tastes like rum and cider with a very slight effervescence in the mouth, very easy to drink, and it's the kind of thing that makes you drink more and more of it. It is also designed to be low in alcohol, but has a delicious aftertaste, accented with bitterness and spiciness that makes it a delicious sake 😋😋😋😋. Masayo's clean, light, modern sake is a good sake that will soak into your body and soul 🍶.

Tonight, I want to drink Senkou acid, so I opened this bottle 💁. SENKOKU MODERN 弐式 ORIGAMI 2024BY✨ The aroma, the lactic acidity of the yeast and the tropical banana🍌 flavor are always pleasant. The taste, the gas is so-so, and when it pops on the tongue, the juicy acidity follows, and finally the bitterness and sharpness pass through the nostrils, and the aftertaste spreads out. The final taste is bitter, sharp, and lingering through the nostrils. I am also looking forward to the third ceremony 🫡.

Tonight, it's GW, but this year's schedule is not good, so I'll be quiet and drink at home 🤣 It's been quite a while since I've been to the sake brewery 💁. Kafuda Sake Jun Dai Tankoba Kumi Tamarei Fresh 2024BY✨ I'm not quite complete with all of the varieties, and I feel like I'm drinking different vintages, but I don't care, I'm going to enjoy it 😊. The aroma is odorless to very thin and potassium-like. The mouthfeel is fresh and juicy, with a fresh acidity and a green apple or muscat-like flavor. From there, there is a full flavor of rice, followed by a clean, bitter, dry aftertaste. ☺️ As an approach, it is very similar to Masayo's in the same prefecture and very tasty 😋😋😋😋. It has a moderate alcohol content, so it is a versatile type of wine that can be used alone or with food in any situation 😎😋.

Tonight, we chose this one for our weekend dinner 💁. Wakanami NAMICAN Aru Sake 2024BY✨ I'm not sure if it's related to NAMICAN or not, but I bought it because I was curious about it. I'm not sure, but I was curious so I bought it 👛. I was curious about it, so I bought it 👛. Apparently, the specs are secret (I only know it's junmai-shu), so I tried a blind tasting. From the standing aroma, it smells like muscat and cucumber with sourness and freshness. The taste is also characterized by a beautiful acidity, and the umami of the rice can be felt later on, making it a good aperitif and aperitif 👍 and I can't stop drinking 😅😋😋😋😋😋😋. Apparently, if you roll up the front etiquette, the specs are revealed, but here's what I expect. 今晩は、またしても1年半弱の冬眠さんを目覚めさせてみました😅 冩楽 純米吟醸 おりがらみ 壱 生酒 2023BY✨ 大好きな純吟おりがらみ生のロット1です。 立香からですが、老ね香はほぼなく乳酸ぽさとメロン香が良きです😊 味わいもフレッシュな酸味とジューシーさと米の甘旨さが絶妙美味😋😋😋 フィニッシュがアルコール感とドライさが広がって呑み飽きないです😄 だんだんと、おりがらみにしてゆくとメロンフロートクリームソーダのような濃厚な味わいに変わって更に美味しくなりますねー🙌😋 とても満足できる1本です💮

Tonight, I couldn't go to CSW last weekend due to some business, so I opened a bottle of this one just to get a feel for the atmosphere at home 💁. SANCHI KAGO SHINNO Brewing 2024 ✨ This one is brewed with a sake rice called Kabashiko. The aroma is sour plum or lemon. The taste is also gassy and sour with the sweetness of rice to Japanese chestnut 🌰. The second half is astringent and dry dry and spicy and sharp and in demon repeat mode👹😋👹😋😋.

Tonight, I've been out drinking for the season and haven't posted much, but I opened this bottle for the first time in a while 💁 (Why don't you take a day off from drinking? ‼️🤣) La Jomon Kazan Zan Special Junmai Nama Sake 2024BY 🌪️⛰️🗡️ I think it's been a while since I've had a La Jomon. I'll try it as soon as I can. The aroma is a refreshing cucumber aroma with a hint of chemically, and I can also taste tropical flavors of mango and pineapple. The taste is like a potpourri with a strong acidity, with the umami of rice in the middle and a bitter and sharp aftertaste that is delicious 😋😋😋😋. It's a taste that convinced me to repeat for sure 😊.
