Nabeshima Aiyama Junmai Ginjo Long time no see for Nabeshima. Gentle and smooth umami. It has sweetness, but it is not too assertive. The end of the bottle is also fleeting. The short but captivating aftertaste makes me want another sip right away. I'm already melting 😍.

Tasake Tokubetsu Junmai Shu Yamahai Brewing This rice wine is so delicious that we had to have another batch. It is still delicious😍. It's refreshing and fruity, with a bitter aftertaste and a touch of alcohol. I can't get enough of it. I thought I would enjoy it heated since it was so good last time, but in no time at all there was only one bottle left 😓 It's so good. I managed to warm it up to lukewarm. It's also delicious.

Amami Junmai Ginjo This is Amami by Fujioka Touji. It is fire-aged, so it has a calm flavor. It is fruity and delicious, but a little alcoholic. Second day. It's so much better 😍. Mellow, grape-like sweetness and fruitiness. The new Amami is delicious, but I think I felt this grape-like taste more when it was made by Fujioka Toji. I like them both though 😋.

Gagakuyo -Hana Akari- Nama Shu The meaning of Hana Akari is said to be "the brightness of flowers illuminating the night". I had this sake because of the lively plum blossoms in my garden. It has a light texture on the tongue. It is light. Slightly fizzy. Gentle citrus sweetness. It has been cold, but spring flowers are starting to bloom. Spring is almost here.

Tamagawa Junmai-shu (Yamahai) Omachi Unfiltered Nama-shu It was really cold and I really wanted to drink heated sake, so I stopped by the liquor store to take some home. My wife prefers cold sake, so we went with this one. I quickly warmed it up to lukewarm. The acidity is very strong. The umami comes through in a flash and passes through the nose. It has a mild, heavy sweet umami. The liquor store told me that it would be delicious even if I added water because of its high alcohol content, but I am a poor person and could not add water to the original sake. I was able to fully enjoy the rich flavor of Omachi. Thank you very much.

Otters Junmai Junmai Daiginjo Polishing 20% Sanbu My oldest son and I went to see GQuuuuuuuX, and because of the studio color connection, I had a nice bottle of Otter. Gorgeous and clean taste. Fruity, refined and sweet. It is delicious. My wife says it's too beautiful😅. Costco salmon with Chirashi Sushi. Well, let's work hard from tomorrow!

Yunoka Akatake NEWBORN It has been a long time since I have tasted Akabu. We took this one home after hesitating between this and Yamada-Nishiki. The aroma is fresh and mild. The sweetness is moderate and refreshing. The deliciousness of the rice can be felt well. It is refreshing and delicious. Thank you for the treat.

Senkori Organic Natur <0.0:Dobrok Chilled to a crisp, and not stirred, from the supernatant. Complex and tasty with a strong acidity. Slightly carbonated and dry. I'm excited to see the oriels mixed in... Stir well and enjoy. The texture is rough and thick. The complexity and sweetness is increased. ⤴️ It's low in alcohol content, so it's very easy to drink. Delicious 😍.

Urasato Light nigori 2nd It is delicious, isn't it? I saw it and caught it immediately. The supernatant is a little bit sweet. Dry and delicious😍. Even after mixing in the oli, the dryness remains the same. The higher the temperature, the sweeter and tastier it gets ✨. I can drink it all the time. It's so good!

Hanaoyukyu Ginpu Orikagarami Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu My second son's entrance exam is over. Today, he received a notice from his school of choice that he has been accepted. I drank only Kachikoma and Kachikoma (hiragana) to make a wish. Also, Kikusui Funaguchi Ichiban Shibori (this is a jinx). Okay, I'm going to drink Hanayo today because the flowers are blooming 😋. The aroma is gorgeous and typical of hanahiyo-yu. The pineapple flavor is very strong and sweet, but not too sweet. There may be a little bitterness and bitterness that is typical of Huayoukuso. It's still delicious. I'm so happy 😍.

Dewazakura Yuki Meishin Junmai Daiginjo Polishing ratio 30%5 The aroma is clear and sweet.... .......oh my 😳 this is juice ❗️ Perhaps it is because the rice is polished to 35%, but the clean, uncluttered sweetness spreads across the palate. After it goes down your throat, you can gradually feel the sake-like flavor. Even though it is so sweet, I don't feel any bitterness at all even when the temperature rises to room temperature. Amazing 😍! Thank you for the treat!

Kachikoma Shiboritate Honkai Hiragana Kachikoma, this is the first time I have had it. It is freshly pressed sake. It is al-soaked, isn't it? Rough mouthfeel. It has a strong umami flavor, and the alcoholiness on the nose is nice👍. The moderate sweetness and the crisp finish are pleasant and keep you drinking. The second and third days, the umami seems to become more refined. The sweetness is not too assertive and the alcohol is felt on the tip of the tongue. Delicious😍.

Saku Z Junmai Ginjo It has a gorgeous aroma. When you drink it, the deliciousness spreads. It has a sweet taste, but it is not clingy and clean. It has a nice sharpness, and you can drink it smoothly. This is fire-roasted, after all. After all, 300ml is not enough! It makes you want to drink more.

Daimine 3 grains unfiltered unpasteurized sake Dewasanbana Refreshing and nice aroma. Tangy alcohol feeling on the tip of the tongue. Juicy sweet flavor. Beautiful and thick flavor. Delicious😍. I would pick up a bottle of Daimine too if I saw it. And if it says unfiltered raw sake, I can't help but take you with me 😆. Thank you for the happy time!

Tenranzan DOVE Memorandum This sake must be drunk when the season arrives. It used to take quite a long time to open the bottle when it was stored in a regular refrigerator, but now that we have a cellar that can store at -5°C, we can open the bottle smoothly. It is a little sad, though. Creamy and mild. The low alcohol content makes it easy to gobble up. It is still delicious.

Senkin Snowman Memorandum The supernatant is a fruit juice with strong carbonation. Sweet and sour. After opening the bottle, bubbles start to rise from the bottom. When a generous amount of oli is mixed in, it becomes cloudy at once. The schwartziness remains, but it mellows out. The lactic acidity and bitterness are enhanced and it is delicious.
