Tasake Tokubetsu Junmai Shu Yamahai Brewing From cold to hot, if you are told it is a winter-only product, you have no choice but to buy it. It is delicious. It is sweet and fruity. The label and appearance are classic, but the taste is modern. I'll keep drinking it. I was told that it is also good warmed up, so on the second day I warmed it up to lukewarm. It was easy to drink and sweet and delicious. I like my sake crisp and chilled, but this one is incredibly good both cold and warmed. You can still enjoy it in a bottle. I am very happy.

Shinsei PRIVATE LAB Flax cat. It's 600 CI, so it's 6 connections and it's Shinsei. It's not easy to welcome him in our house 😖. Refreshing aroma. Characteristic acidity in the mouth. Complex umami from the wooden vat. The thickening is also good ✨. It's not something you can drink right away when you want to, so I sometimes sulk and say things like "what the heck is Shinmasa?" but it's still delicious 😆. My wife, my oldest son, and I enjoyed it together. My eldest daughter licked it off her finger and giggled 😅.

Tatenogawa Seiryu Junmai Daiginjo Easy to drink, perhaps because it is 14 degrees Celsius, it is very light. As the temperature rises, the umami and spiciness increase dramatically. Excellent as a food sake. Tonight we had senmaizuke (pickled radish) and ginger yaki (grilled ginger). Fukuwagura Junmai Daiginjo This is my first visit to Imuraya. Imuraya is known for its meat buns, bean-jam buns, and adzuki bean paste bars. They also make sake. The aroma is fruity and gorgeous. It has a bubbly taste with just the right amount of sweetness. I think it's a royal taste. It has little bitterness and finishes with a beautiful sweetness. Oishiiiiiiiii😍! My second son started his exams today and things started to get tense in the house, but I couldn't stop my drinking 😅. Praying that we'll get through this happily ✨

We were able to drink it again this year. The supernatant has a strong effervescence and is dry with a moderate sweetness. After the tangy sensation on the tip of the tongue, the sweetness gradually lingers. It is still delicious. I love it 😍. As the temperature rises, the clear sweetness increases. Then carefully mix the Ori and enjoy. The taste makes the corners of your mouth rise involuntarily. The slightly carbonated, delicious drink stimulates the tongue and falls down the throat, leaving a clear, gentle sweetness, followed by a slight bitterness on the tongue. It's so good 😆.

Hououmida Akaban Junmai Daiginjo-shu Kasumi Unfiltered Hon Nama Here is the first bottle of the New Year. The color may look like Christmas 🎄, but it is a limited edition sake for the year-end and New Year's holidays. The first sip of the supernatant, served cold in the snow, is smooth and smooth. It has a light sweetness. The first sip of the top clear sake served in snow-cooled water has a light sweetness, but after a short delay, a gorgeous flavor with a hint of bitterness spreads. Gorgeous! I was surprised that the cork blew off on its own as the temperature rose😅. The flavor is even more complex and thicker when you mix in the oli. Yoshinogawa Minamo Sousai Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake My wife's selection. I still have a weakness for the word "Unfiltered Nama Sake" 😆. Refreshing and crisp. Mild sweetness. It is fresh but also has a deep flavor and deliciousness. It has a sharpness that makes it easy to drink. Tenmei Nakadori Zero-go Junmai Namaishu Last year, I was able to drink Zero to Corporal and Leap No. 1, so I thought I would not go through with it this year, but.... I noticed that it was living in the cellar of my house. I know it is delicious 😣. Sweet aroma. Slight fizziness that lightly stimulates the tip of the tongue when you drink it. A clear sweetness precedes, followed by a gentle umami bitterness that disappears. Oh man, it's pretty much reduced to just the supernatant 😖. When mixing in the oli, the lactic acidity can be felt, and the umami taste is enhanced. It is delicious.

Saku NOUVEAU Shinshu Junmai Daiginjo The flavor spreads from the first sip. It is fresh, yet clean and smooth. It must be hi-ire. It's amazing that it is made by Saku. I remember a few years ago, when I had no idea what brand of sake it was, I was shocked by how delicious it was when I drank it just for fun, as a Gundam→Zaku reference. It's still delicious, isn't it😋.

Koei Kiku Ikubou Unfiltered Nama Sake I love this one. Of course, I took home a bottle. It's delicious! It has a sourness and sweetness like a sake yeast yeast, and you can feel the range of flavors. I remember that I was happy to drink it slowly, though it went down very fast. I'll do my best to keep it 💦. ...I managed to enjoy it little by little over the next 3 weeks. Sake-Sumo Mori Junmai Daiginjo This is the first KAISUMORI produced in September before the name change. It is slightly carbonated. It has a sweet and sour taste with a touch of bitterness. The first time I drank it, I was shocked at how good it tasted, but it is still delicious 😆.
