Purchased at a liquor store in Tokushige, Midori-ku, Nagoya. The price is about 2,500 yen for 750ml. They have a good selection of sake. This time, I bought Saku Hiyayogoshi, my friend's choice. It is a dry sake with a thick and umami flavor. We had it with sea bream and raw oysters purchased at Isshiki Sakana Market in Nishio. Mmmm. I've been drinking only sweet sake recently, but this is good. It made me think that dry sake is also possible. It is very tasty and goes well with sashimi! But maybe I still like the sweet taste. LOL!

At Mrs. Choice at Phyll Kyowa Ekimae store. 603 yen for 720ml. Too cheap, I'm so nervous... lol First of all, the smell...dry style aroma. And then the taste...dry and sweet with a touch of spiciness...? Well, it's not bad, but... I wonder if it is worth the price.

It costs about 1,000 yen for 720 ml. The label on the back says it has a fruity banana-like aroma. When I drank it... Too bananas! LOL. But it's also a little watery rather than thick. But it's good. It can be a choice. If you see it, please try it.

Buy a modern sake from Miyagi, Miyakanbai. The price was 1,761 yen for 720 ml. Cost performance is excellent. It is delicious. Umami, sweetness, and thickness, exquisite salted plum. This is a definite favorite. I bought it when I visited my friend's house and my friend and his wife didn't stop buying more. Too bad there is no liquor store near my house that sells it. I would definitely buy it again.

Purchased on the recommendation of a liquor store. Local companies often buy them as souvenirs for their clients. It seems to have been made in collaboration with a sake brewer. It seems to have been made in collaboration with a sake brewer. There was a five yen in the must-have bag. I believe it was around 2,500 yen for 720 ml. It seems that the brewery was inspired by its hometown, Kyowa, which has produced many gold medalists in wrestling at the famous Shigakukan and judo at the famous Oishi Dojo. The taste is...ummmm. It is sweet, but also a little watery and tender. I have the impression that it is a little expensive in terms of cost. If you have a chance, please try it.

I received this as a gift from a senior. Explanation from a senior ↓. This has been a long-selling product since it was first introduced in 1969 as a freshly pressed, unpasteurized sake. The sake is bottled straight from the tank without heat, dilution with water, or filtration. It is Shiraoi's standard sake with the fresh sweetness of new sake and the thick, rich taste of unfiltered sake. I see what you mean when I try it, it does indeed have the unique flavor and taste of nama-zake in its refreshing sweetness. Personally, it did not particularly sting me, but it was a delicious sake.

Urakasumi. A new major sake. Good taste. Cheap. As expected of a famous sake. About 1,500 yen for 720ml (I had them buy it for me). It is sweet, not too thick, but not watery. It's a great cost performance. At any rate, I found that Urakasumi is all I need for a satisfying drinking session. Naturally, I will make it my favorite.

At the all-you-can-drink Ginjo-Maguro Kanayama branch of the Hikarizo group of restaurants. I was lured by the name and tried it, but it tasted pretty good. If I had to say, I would say it was a little dry. I wouldn't buy it, but if they had it in the all-you-can-drink menu, it would be a good candidate. I'll have to try it,

Purchased at Liquor Mountain in Aeon Odaka. 720 ml for 1,078 yen including tax. It is labeled "Umakuchi". I wonder what it is. Well, I think I know what "Umakuchi" means. Not sweet, not dry, but "umakuchi". It seems to be good in terms of cost performance. If I had no other choice, I would choose this one. (Sorry, 🙇‍♂️)

Purchased at Liquor Mountain in Aeon Odaka. 1,140 yen for 720 ml, tax included. I was surprised. I wonder why it tastes sweet, but it tastes watery? It tastes like water. It tastes blurred. It is easy to drink, but not easy to drink. But it is easy to drink. It has no habits, so you can drink it all the time. It's cheap, but I don't think I'd dare to repeat it...? (Sorry 🙇‍♂️)

We tried a Junmai Daiginjo this time from Fukuwagura (brewed by Imuraya of Azuki Bar), which was delicious the last time we drank it! The 720ml bottle is 3,300 yen including tax. Melon-like aroma. The taste is a combination of the sweetness of the last junmai-daiginjo with a sharpness that I can't quite describe, but it is very clear. It's not just a sweet taste (it's like a combination of dry and sweet). Very tasty! I think this one would be easier to pair with other dishes. However, considering the cost-effectiveness, if I had to repeat, I would probably go for the Junmai Ginjo from last time!

I bought it because it was on sale at Costco. It was about 1,800 yen for 720 ml. I was excited to see that it is a sparkling sake. When I drank it...well, it was sweet. It was too sweet...too sweet...too sweet...too sweet...too sweet. I think it tastes almost the same as "Mio" which became famous as a sparkling sake. The fact that it is a bottle opener, so once you open it, you have to drink the whole bottle at once, is also a little negative. The name is also hard to read. If you look it up on the Internet, you will find the origin of the name. If you have sake this morning, you will be drunk this morning, and if you are sad tomorrow, you will be sad tomorrow. Meaning: If there is good sake, let's drink it today. Personally, it didn't really stick with me.

720ml Price unknown as it was given to me by my mother (she said she bought it but never drank it). I couldn't find the price on the net... I only got the information that it was jointly developed with liquor store Bic (I wonder if that's why it's a "limited edition" product). The taste is, for better or worse, not at all peculiar, and it's a light, refreshing sake that you can easily drink cold. It is definitely not sweet, but it is not so dry that it can be called dry... At best, anyone can drink it. At worst, it has no personality. That's how I feel about this sake.

First time drinking sake. 990 yen per glass at the store (tax included). Slightly "dry" and dry. Slightly fruity. I've been drinking a lot of sweet and fruity sakes lately, but now I've rediscovered the goodness of dry sakes. Goes well with sashimi!

Purchased on the recommendation of a local liquor store. 720 ml for 2,200 yen including tax. This sake is brewed at the brewery in Vison, Mie, which is owned by Imuraya, famous for its azuki bar. When I dropped by Vison a long time ago, I thought it was so stylish! I wondered whether I should buy it or not, but then I realized that I didn't buy it (laugh)! I was not sure if I wanted to buy it or not, so I bought it this time! Ummm, it's good... A fruity, refreshingly sweet sake with a slightly fizzy taste (my favorite). I drank it as a refill after finishing Mizutoki (directly pumped raw sake) on a full stomach, but it went down a treat. The label is also stylish. Apparently, they also have a draft sake. I really want to drink it. I will drink it with care.

A few years ago, during a trip to Sendai, I drank it at a famous seri-nabe restaurant and fell in love with it at first sight. The next day in Matsushima, I visited several liquor stores to get a bottle, but since then, I have been unable to get it because it is always SOLD OUT on the Internet. But then! I found it the other day at our Rakuten! I bought it immediately! 720ml for 1,760 yen plus 800 yen for shipping! Refreshingly sweet with a hint of dryness...yum! However, it didn't have the same impact on me as it did a few years ago, perhaps because I've been drinking a lot of great sake with Jija, who loves sake, lately. Still, it was so good that I would like to buy it again. Thank you very much! Postscript The above is my impression when I drank just sake (no snacks) before dinner. When I drank it today with Ienchu-hua (spicy), I felt it was very tasty. I could drink more and more. Is this what you call a food sake? I re-evaluated.

Purchased during a family trip to Karuizawa and Kusatsu Onsen. I found out about it at a store in Hotel Sakurai, and got it at a roadside station the next day. It was about 2,000 yen for 720 ml. It is just a drinkable yogurt. It was so refreshing, with a hint of sourness from the extra thick yogurt, that I drank it all up in an instant! If I have a chance to visit Asama again someday, I will definitely buy it. A sake that would be a great gift for women!
