I bought this bottle when I was touring the liquor stores in Chita Peninsula, Aichi Prefecture. It had been sitting for a while, but I wanted to open a new one, and in the vein of Shizuoka local sake. 1,639 yen including tax. Polishing ratio 55%. Fruity aroma. When I drank it...ah, it was sweet...! On top of that, it's insanely easy to drink! Too cosy! They sold quite a variety of Kaiun on my trip to Shizuoka. I would love to drink the others. At least the unfiltered Junmai Kaiun is my favorite. I hope you will too.

Purchased during a trip to Shizuoka. Purchased at Omura Sake Shop in Hamanako. 1,980 yen including tax for 720ml. Polishing ratio 60 Sparkling sake made with white wine yeast (Bourgogne yeast), with a hint of Champagne. The black bottle with a directly printed label is also quite stylish. Expectations are high. First, the smell. Compared to the normal Abyss, it is a normal sake. In the mouth...! Oh, this is... very grapefruity! This is... very grapefruit lol. Strong carbonation, bitterness, fruity feeling. Is it a carbonated version of the normal? I expected it to be, but it's not at all! No hint of sweetness of the normal, but sour, bitter, carbonated, and reminiscent of grapefruit champagne. (I used "Mio," the pioneer of sparkling sake, as a benchmark, but it is totally different. The carbonation is also quite strong. To put it "simply," it's a high alcohol content grapefruit sour.) However, at the end, you can feel the sake+alcoholic taste. I have the impression that this is quite aggressive. I like citrus fruits, so I think it's a good choice for me. I wonder if it goes well with western cuisine. Of course, following the normal one, it is my favorite! I found it not only at a local sake shop but also at a local supermarket. If you are ever in Shizuoka, you should definitely try it!

Purchased during a trip to Shizuoka. Slightly more expensive because it was purchased at the Well Season Hamanako store. (I had done some preliminary research on local sake before the trip and was going to buy some lol) 300 ml for 780 yen including tax. Polishing ratio 60%. It is said to be sake made with white wine yeast (Burgundy yeast). The black bottle with a directly printed label is also very stylish. Expectations are high. First of all, the smell was gorgeous. The aroma reminded me of white wine. Then, when I put it in my mouth, it was very much like a white wine! But it is definitely sake! It has a moderate acidity, a slight astringency at the end (in a good way), and a sense of alcohol. I made a carpaccio of sea bream with it, and it went well with it. It went with everything. (According to the official recipe, it was made as a food wine. (According to the official description, it was made as a food wine.) I bought a bottle of Abyss sparkling as well to compare, so I'll be drinking it right after this post! Of course, it's my favorite! I found it not only at a local sake shop but also at a local supermarket. If you are ever in Shizuoka, you should definitely try it!

At the all-you-can-eat eel buffet at Lake Hamana. Polishing ratio 50%. (At the kiosk it was 3,200 yen for 720 ml.) Smell is very fruity! Expectations are high! I'm going to drink it! Mmmm, sweet! It's a little thin, but not so much that it's watery! I drank a glass in no time! I would definitely like to try other types of sake! I will definitely keep an eye on this sake in the future! (I will definitely keep an eye on this sake!)

At the all-you-can-eat eel buffet at Lake Hamana. Shizuoka's local sake. Polishing ratio 50%. Sake degree +3 Refreshing and refreshing aroma. From the first sip! A big sigh of umami and dryness! The first sip has a strong umami flavor and dry taste! But the aftertaste is light...? Hmmm...I think it is a new taste that I have never had before. Personally, I did not like it very much... (sorry)

As a gift for passing my certification, my wife, who doesn't know much about alcohol at all (more than I do), bought this for me! She asked the owner of the liquor store to make it sweeter! I was wondering about this sake. It costs about 3,100 yen for 720ml (don't ask me the price lol). Polishing ratio 45%. The alcohol content is a little high at 17%. Well, the aroma of rice, tremendous thickening, and tremendous sweetness. And after the tremendous sweetness, you feel a little stronger alcohol. It is very easy to drink. I have been drinking a lot of Houraisen lately, but the taste is totally different depending on the type! Some I don't like at all, some I prefer... This is the real pleasure of sake. Thanks for the treat! It's my favorite registration (^^)

Nanasho is a sake from Nagano, Japan. I had seen a friend of mine buying it and wanted to try it, so I happened to find it! I bought it immediately. (I have already confirmed that other types of Nanasho are delicious.) Price: 1,760 yen including tax. Polishing ratio 60 First, the smell. As the label says, it smells like apples (not bananas). Drink it. ...! This is it! The banana feeling is amazing! The banana feeling that comes at you along with the trompe l'oeil. It's sweet, but it's not a sweet taste! It has a slightly dry aftertaste, but not dry. But it's not dry, but rather, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm.... If you are looking for a clean and refreshing aftertaste, you may not necessarily be into it. Perhaps it's the low alcohol content, but my wife and mother, who are not strong drinkers, both praised it as being easy to drink. I think this sake is easy to drink even for those who do not usually drink sake. I will add it to my favorites. I will add it to my favorites.

My friend brought it to me. It is said to be about 600 yen for 720ml (yasssss). Sake degree -2 Hmmm... It was a thin sweet taste, followed by an alcoholic taste. I didn't like it much. (Sorry to sound so arrogant...)

My friend bought it at a convenience store. The price was 990 yen for 720ml including tax. Polishing ratio 60 The label said it was recommended to be heated, so I heated it up. Hmmm... I couldn't taste the flavor at all... It's dry, but I can't taste the umami... (I'm really sorry...) Can anyone give me a recommendation for a good hot sake?

Summer liquor to buy in December. LOL. 2,365 yen for 720ml. Polishing ratio 45 Bought it because of the bottle design. According to the store's pop-up description, it has a crisp flavor with a pineapple aroma. The smell is indeed faintly pineapple. I drank it. For a moment, I thought it would be sweet, but it is dry with a delicious flavor and a slight bitterness comes at the end. This bitterness is not bad; it is an addictive bitterness. I would definitely like to try other kinds of sake. It was delicious.

One of the alcoholic beverages I was curious about. I bought it because I found it at a feeler. The price was 1,518 yen including tax. Polishing ratio 55 Not much of an aroma, but if you sniff it well, you can smell the rice. When I drank it, well, it was not very clear. It seems sweet, but the aftertaste is a bit dry? However, it seems light and watery...or thin...at best, it is easy to drink. Personally, I don't think I would repeat it... I'm really sorry for my big words...

The major place of Jikin. Polishing ratio 60 1,400 yen for a single brew (expensive indeed!!!) I drank it for the first time! This is...u, yummy...!!!! This is the Jikkai I've heard so much about...! I can drink any amount of it! As expected of a famous sake.... I've compared it with other sake, but it's a cut above the rest. No wonder it is resold at a high price. You should buy it as soon as you find it. I hope you will too.

We received Jikon's Aizan. Polishing ratio 50%. A single batch probably costs about 2,000 yen (as expected, it is expensive). Too good... I guess you can't buy it in the first place, but if you have the chance to buy it, this is the one to buy. Like Jikin's default, it has a sharp corner. But it is sweet and delicious. I compared it with both of them, but I can't decide which one is better. If you have a chance to drink it, please do!

Yakitori Izakaya Kintoki. A famous restaurant in Nagoya. I drank Hanaabi for the first time. The price was 1,400 yen for a single brew. Polishing ratio of 48% (halfway through the bottle, lol). Ugh, it's so good! It's called "pineapple sake" for a reason! This is so good! I've heard rumors about Hana-yosu... It's delicious, tasty, and easy to drink. The aftertaste is not as refreshing as Shinmasa or Jyushiyo, but there is nothing to compare it to... in the first place. It's hard to buy in the first place, so it's understandable why it's so hard to find. I will add it to my favorite list.

900 yen for 45ml at an underground corner bar in Hisaya-odori Central Park. (expensive! LOL) Polishing ratio 55 This sake is made by Sekiya Shuzo. It is said to be called Kuonji. I looked it up on the net but couldn't find anything lol It has a fruity acidity with a hint of sweetness and umami. It seems to be a very rare sake, but I would like to try it again if I come across it.

I have been buying various kinds of alcohol lately, but the pace at which I buy them outstrips the pace at which I drink them, and they just keep piling up. However, I think it is a good thing that I have a collection of them. I read my own evaluation of each sake and compare them. It was hard to rank them, but I thought they were all delicious in the end. My only concern is that I have to work tomorrow... (I'm paid to renew my driver's license today). But oh well, now that I've had some good sake, let's get back to work tomorrow!

998 yen including tax for 720ml. Inexpensive. Purchased on the recommendation of Sake Ojiro. Polishing ratio 50%. I drank it with no prior knowledge. Well, I tried it with no prior knowledge...! It's so bitter! LOL! What's more, it's spicy with umami! It is different from the dry, light, dry taste. I like sweet sake, but it's been a long time since I've had a level of dryness like this. To be honest, I wasn't sure if it was delicious or not. LOL! But I don't dislike it. The price is very cheap, so I would recommend it to anyone who likes dry! I'm curious about some of the sake levels... No repeats so far, but if you've had it and know of any sake or recommendations on how to drink it, please let me know!
