It's a summer sake, but Omine-san has my favorite taste 😋 It has a slight hint of oji, but the sweetness is just right too👍Omine-san is a bottle of sake👍 We drank it with 4 of us, and we will drink it all 😅.

This is the wrong brand it’s from Tochigi from Hokkan. The cheapest sake in Donquixote in Bangkok and so very smooth and balanced at medium chill. It’s actually very close to water.

Purchased at Mekada Sake Shop in Utsunomiya City A store that I stop by on my way home from a recent trip to the Tohoku region. I saw it wrapped in newspaper in the Tochigi Prefecture's local sake corner and bought it, believing the pop-up sign! It goes great with oden or anything with a Japanese broth! It made the sake taste much better. It was the most delicious sake I have ever had in the sake brewery in Tochigi Prefecture.

Good evening, again for our first series, this time from Nara Prefecture, this brewery 💁‍♂️ KURAMOTO Ym64 SAKE-TEN 2022BY✨ This is a historical sake brewery, but they have changed their production in recent years to create a more modern lineup. They were recently featured on "Wakate no Yoake" (Dawn of the Young 🙌). This is the latter of the two lines, STANDARD LINE and BIT LINE.
