This holiday weekend was a fulfilling one, as I woke up early in the morning to go to the morning market 🚶‍➡️ and participate in an online discussion group for a course I am currently taking. But I guess the last one will be 💁‍♂️😆.  Let's start with the standing aroma. The aroma is faintly apple-like. In the mouth, it is soft and smooth, with a light fruity acidity and sweetness that is not too sweet.  With chicken thigh & breast Kentucky style. The spiced Kentucky style with this sake increases the acidity and umami of this sake and gives it an overall mellow aftertaste. I thought 🤔 what would be good to pair with fried bean sprouts with hormone and bought this one.  The label also has a nice coloring with a traditional austere look with the large cups and the expertly written mustache 😊.  Let's start with the standing aroma. The color is yellowish and there is a hint of lactic acid aroma like pickles. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of the rice and the sourness that reminds you of lactic acidity, along with the alcohol and umami that are unique to sake, spread out. It is sweeter than expected and easy to drink. The last taste is slightly bitter.  Serve with fried hormone with bean sprouts. My health checkup is over 🙌 so I paired my eel with this one today 😁.  Let's start with the standing aroma. Fruity sweet aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet flavor spreads with a sense of gas. It has a good bitterness at the end and is less sweet and smoother than expected.  Serve with broiled eel. Perhaps because of the strong flavor of the eel and the sweetness of the sauce, the cloudy and bitter taste of this sake increases, giving it a unique accent. Spending a relaxing day ⛱️ today, I picked up some seafood that I bought in Miyako yesterday and had a drink.  Let's start with the standing aroma. I smelled apple, a little ear of rice, and a touch of alcohol.  When you take a sip, there is a bit of a sharp acidity at first, followed by a juicy, refreshing mouthfeel with umami and a sharpness that is perfect for hot summer days.  First, it is served with grilled dried flounder with butter. The concentrated flavor of the flounder and the light saltiness and richness of the butter further enhances the flavor and goes well with this sake 😁👍.  Next, we served it with stir-fried squid with garlic mayonnaise. I think the Yamagata Masamune goes better with dried flounder🙆It is delicious with squid, but I think the flavor of the sake comes out a little too much. It's just a matter of balance 😄. This time I went to Jodogahama and took the Sanriku Railway 🚃. Jodogahama was a really beautiful beach and sea 🌊I paired this with some Miyako fish I bought there: 💁‍♂️  Let's start with the nose. It has the aroma of rice ears, which is typical of sake, and the sweetness and acidity of rice. It has a dry, crisp, umami taste that goes down your throat nicely.  First, it is served with sashimi. I paired it with aburame, sui, and octopus, respectively. Aburame and octopus went well together. I think the sui is too elegant and is slightly overpowered by this sake.  Next, I paired it with dried sardines. The large, fatty sardine and the pickled radish increased the deliciousness of the sake. The more the cups of Chochin are piled up, the better the chemistry will be👍. Rice] Yamadanishiki produced in Awa Polishing ratio】65%. The rainy season started in Tohoku yesterday☔️ and the humidity started today as soon as possible...😔To refresh your mind, open this bottle💁‍♂️ Let's start with the nose. The aroma reminds me of fresh and sweet fruits. The mouthfeel is juicy and fruity with a good balance of sweet and tasty flavor, moderate acidity and bitterness.  Serve with yakisoba. The sweetness of the pork, combined with the sweet flavor of the pork, makes this sake even richer and gives it a tropical 🏝️ flavor reminiscent of summer.  Next, I served it with fresh ginger, myoga, and cucumber in ponzu sauce. The fresh, tangy bitterness and the sourness of the ponzu vinegar only brings out the sweetness of the Suitama rice and goes well with it 😳 It will be gone in no time 😁. Opened a bottle of this one 💁‍♂️ that I was saving for the wife's birthday 🎂🍾.  Let's start with the aroma. The slight sweetness, acidity, and fermentation make it seem like a natural wine. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gasiness, richness, and umami, and the fresh taste spreads. Overall, this sparkling wine is a bit sweet. The taste is delicious, though 😋.  With steak 🥩. Among the sirloin, ribeye, and ichibo, the ichibo was the best, as it combined well with the rice flavor of this sake, and I could taste it with the deliciousness that is typical of sake👍😁. Jade from Akamu ran out early, so here's another bottle to open: 💁‍♂️  The aroma is sweet with a hint of ear of rice. It is juicy, slightly sweet, rich, and has a strong umami flavor. Maybe it's because I drank the Jade 🤔.  I had it with baked yam with butter & campagne. The combination of bread wheat and baked yam with butter makes the flavor of this sake stronger. This goes well with 👍By the way, corned beef went well with Hana Oup 😁It might be easier to understand if you think of it as a pairing with rice 🍚. Maybe jade is similar to wine🍷. The aroma is reminiscent of cider with a hint of malted rice. The taste of apple with a touch of gas and sweetness in the mouth spreads, and the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing.
