The sake is made in a wooden vat and yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. It has more maturity and minerality than that, giving it uniqueness. A delicious saké at room temperature. ★★★★

The latter half of the wine is clear and rounded, and it finishes quickly. Purchased at Yamada, a sake merchant in Hiroshima. Among the impressive selection, we chose Akabu, which is hard to find in Okayama. ★★★★★
