I finally found Miyoshigiku 🍶, a sake that goes well with the specialty of Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture. I had a chance to drink some sake from a new brewery in Kochi, and I bought it because it was my favorite strain. Personally, I had high expectations for this sake because it comes from Kameizumi. When cold, the aroma was rather subdued, and as the temperature rose, I could detect a pineapple-like aroma, which is typical of Seru. It is a sweet and sour type of sake with both sweetness and sourness coming out strongly, and the sourness leaves a stronger impression than the very sweet type. The sourness that lingers in the mouth leaves a strong impression, and the sake finishes relatively nicely, giving the impression of a dry sake. 720, about 2400 yen

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka - A Spectacle of Sake and Food in Shikoku ⑭ Kawazawa Sake Brewery has been on my radar ever since I saw the news about the brewery's birth. We drank Clouds on the mountain Zaagusaag Special Junmai Gohyakumangoku, 60% polished rice I got the impression that it was a dry sake with a good sweetness and umami.
