This one was recommended as a limited winter sake at our favorite izakaya. It has a sweet taste and is easy to drink. Of course, it goes well with purines. ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎

Last one is my preference. Definitely the cel24! I drank a Kaygetsu cel24 in Morioka the other day and it was pineapple, I could feel it! We enjoyed a year-end party with 15 kinds of sake that day! Mr. and Mrs. J&N suggested going to Yamagata, so I introduced Shoei here! We told the master that some of the people we met at Sake-no-wa might be coming too 🤫. The rice cooked with sake rice produced in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture was also delicious! our vast store of knowledge Rice polishing ratio/50 Alcohol / 14 Sake degree/-12 Acidity/1.8, Amino acidity/0.9 Yeast used/Kochi yeast (CEL-24)

Kameizumi not a cell🐢. First one that isn't a cell ❗️ My boss was going to Kochi, so I jokingly asked him to buy me a nice bottle of sake as a souvenir 🤣. It has almost no aroma 😳. The cell is highly aromatic so there is quite a contrast! It has a sweetness like baked apples and a full rice flavor 🌾. It's sharp but not spicy. But this is good 🤣. I think I like this better than cell 😊. I prefer it at room temperature because the flavor obviously opens up more at room temperature than cold sake 🫡. I'd like to get a copy of this one: ❤️ The 3rd and 4th pictures are of a sweet potato shochu called Yachiyoden. It's really delicious 😋I hope people who like sweetpotatoes will try it!

It's been a while since I drank CEL-24 Kameizumi. I don't remember it being this pineapple🍍. It was so pineapple-like that I thought it was a pineapple. The sake degree of -14 is not a joke. It is a sake like a dessert. It was delicious. Thank you very much.

First of all, it has a sweet taste and is very easy to drink from the moment it is opened. When you drink it the next day after some time has passed, it becomes even mellower and you can drink it all the way through from the time you first opened it. It is so tasty and easy to drink that I finished it in about 3 days after opening it. If it is still available, I would like to repeat and keep it.
