🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Tosatosa in KITE. It is a normal sake with a pleasant lightness, not in a bad way. Pair it with fish for dinner.

My first Kameizumi, my first CEL-24!
It really smells like pineapple and tastes like pineapple too. It is really sweet and delicious with a sake degree of -14.
The yeast used is CEL-24, which was developed in 1993 at the Kochi Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. This yeast for ginjo-shu is rich in ethyl caproate, which is characterized by its apple and pineapple-like aroma.
Well, it certainly has a pineapple aroma. It can be said to be a representative of sweet and fruity.
However, I personally don't like it that much.
I don't know if I like it that much personally.
I've been a Kameizumi youngster for two years now, but I've been impressed by the various gaps in the market. I bought it immediately! The aroma, sweetness, and lingering aftertaste are superb! I was shocked by the difference in rice!
