Looking back, 500 CI was at the end of May last year, and I consumed 100 bottles until 600 CI in about 8 months...so 12 bottles per month! I've been taking a good rest on weekdays and concentrating all my efforts on weekends 😋.
From now on, I would like to be mature enough to savor sake while savoring it slowly 😌 and to share the taste with you by putting it into words.
I've seen some reports of spills and such, but I'm a grown-up and opened the bottle without any difficulty👍The good citrus aroma wafting around tickles my nostrils. ☺️

If I had to describe it in one word...
