I thought it would come from sweetness because it is a light nigori, but the sweetness comes from sourness beyond my imagination! It finishes with a bitter taste! It is a delicious sake!

A friend of mine gave me a gift from Hiroshima... a bottle of "Tsuki after rain" that I've been wanting to drink! Oh...it comes from the bitterness! It starts with bitterness! The umami comes afterwards! It's a sake that goes well with all kinds of snacks.
