A colleague of mine has shared another good sake with me. A very limited edition that is brewed only once a year! Occasional series "Densho-Kiku"! From the moment you put it in your mouth, it is full of umami, bitterness, and fruity flavors! It's too good to be true!

I met Mutsu Hachisen with a sharp taste! Mutsu Hachisen has an image of sweetness, but "Koji no Chikara" has a bitterness that spreads in the mouth. It is delicious!

I found another delicious sake... I thought it would be fruity because it is Junmai Daiginjo in my opinion, but it has a delicious acidity first, followed by a delicious umami taste at the end.
