Hachitan-Nishiki 100 Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15.5 Gentle and nice aroma, chirichiri fruity Soft sweetness and umami The lightest taste I have ever had Second day, the taste is becoming clearer! Delicious with fruity sweet and tasty acidity 3rd-4th day, it has settled down but with sweetness, this is the time I like it best ❣️ I thought it wasn't my favorite Wakamusume when I first opened it, but it's still delicious! I still want to keep drinking it!

Even better when heated. ❣️ Omi rice no shizuku Jun Dai 2014 I thought it would be thicker like whiskey, but it was surprisingly tasty and calm! Another sake not on the list! We left when we ran out of sake! Then I ran into Aochan. We were tasting each other's drinks without realizing it.

Tasting at Okayama-san (3) Tomiou Jungin Hara YOAKE REBORN Well-balanced and easy to drink ❣️ Jungin Yamadanishiki (South) Sweet and fruity, slightly spicy and refreshing Minami Jungin Omachi Fruity and sour, a little spicy and refreshing, this one was my favorite! Ajigasawa Tokusyu Nama 4BY It has an apple-like flavor, sweet and sour, and a bit dry and refreshing. Flavor, sweet and sour, calm. Morimoto, Honorifuji, special pure aged draft 4BY. Chilli even after a year 😳 Sourness and umami The owner kept bringing us things that weren't on the list and heated up, which made us scream with joy 😂. Yamashiroya Jungin Naokumi-Artisan Fruity, moderate sweetness, refreshing with acidity Usuzakura 723 Jungin Nama Soft sweetness and rice flavor Jusui Tokusumizu Tokusumisho Watabune (Ame-dare Ishi wo Kiriatsu, ten-water brewed, special jungin) Unexpectedly light and umami We allowed people to bring in their own snacks, so some brought sushi for lunch 😳. It's a 3 hours drinking izakaya 😂.

Hyakuban Jungin Nama Nama Blue Label Soft, sweet, delicious, and refreshing! Amanoto Jungin Nama Nama, Land of Water. A little classic, sweet JOKIGEN Modern ultra-harsh junodai. Fruity, not sweet, very refreshing. Oze no Yukidoke Jun Dai Hiyoroshi Fruity, calm, a little spicy I was happy to see that Hanahoyo was not on the list 🎶.

Buy Abelia and also this one 100% Gohyakumangoku grown in Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16%. Melon-like aroma, chili freshness Melon-like fruity flavor. Soft sweetness, umami, bitterness and spiciness, with a nice aftertaste. On the second day, more melon! Less sweetness and freshness, more umami and a strong taste. The bitterness is softer and the aftertaste is better than yesterday. 4th and 5th day, the gassiness has subsided, but the taste is almost the same. The brewer of Okada Honke in Kakogawa is a classmate of the brewer at Tokyo University of Agriculture, and they made this wine using Gohyakumangoku from the same Hyogo Prefecture. Okada Honke's Morinori version has a yellow label with pink letters. I wish I could have compared the two!

Rairaku, which I enjoyed drinking outside last year On August 19, when I visited Akashi, I stopped by the brewery. I tasted and bought it! Sake brewed with Abelia flower yeast Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. Gorgeous unique aroma, is this from Abelia? 🤔 Pitchy and sweet 💕 Anyway, the sweetness comes! And delicious and slightly pungent! 2nd to 4th day, sweetness settles down and very nice balance! The spiciness is just right and delicious. ❣️ We tasted 3 kinds for 500 yen at the brewery! They are about 60ml each, so you can taste them well 😆. I drank the other ones I didn't buy, Yamadanishiki Ginjo 50〉(D〈Rakuraku Yamadanishiki Ginjo 50〉) Aroma is soft, flavor is soft, fresh and fruity. Sweet and delicious with good balance and aftertaste.

Using the last of the Seishun 18 Ticket to Akashi After visiting Akashi Castle, we went to Ibaraki Sake Brewery. Then, I went to "Tachinomi Tanaka" which was recommended to me for lunch! It is located behind the Tanaka Sake Shop in the Uonotana shopping street. We were told that they have a sake that is not on the menu, so we told them what we liked and left it to them! Saku Aizan! Sweet and full-flavored, delicious. ❣️ The classic potato salad and the other dishes were gone in no time at all! Hua Ba, Natural Selection Tropical. This was my first time to try this drink! The aroma is a little bit briney like Soda Pop. When you drink it, it tastes sweet and sour with a strong sourness. ❣️ It went well with dishes such as miso pork chashu with sakekasu and teriyaki hamburger steak with Kobe beef and pork! We had a great time with delicious food, drinks, the restaurant and customers 🎶!

Half-price grilled bonito with straw! I heard that a izakaya called "Tawaraya" has opened! I grabbed a flyer and went there 😁. I didn't get a shot of the sake bottles😅. Toyo Bijin Dai-Sarakuchi! More refreshing than spicy! It has a flavor reminiscent of the sweet fruity taste of Toyo Bijin. Goes well with straw grill! It was my favorite. ❣️ Kinkame Shiro 80 It has a strong umami and sweetness. It is easy to drink even though the rice polishing ratio is 80% because of its acidity. The taste is as good as bonito and amberjack. Kaze no Sasayaki Junmai Refreshing flavor and umami Refreshing and easy to drink Sake that they have on hand to go with the straw barbeque, mainly dry! For some reason, there was no Kochi sake. In addition to bonito, there were also yellowtail and salmon grilled on the straw! The smoky aroma was delicious. ❣️

After visiting the grave, I went to Isetan. I was looking to buy a cup of Tomiou-san's sake for the 16th when I was caught by the clerk 😆 Unfortunately, there were no cups available, but I bought this one which I tasted. Unfortunately, they didn't have any cups, but I bought this one that I tasted! Sandesi. Polishing ratio 68 Alcohol 13%. Not much aroma, but when you drink it, it is sweet and sour, like a white wine. It is very smooth and easy to drink. ❣️ It's low in alcohol and even people who don't like sake can enjoy it! The third picture is other tasting. Top left: Summer Limited Junodai, fresh but very refreshing and a little spicy! Top right: Jun-gin all Kyoto rice, soft sweetness, refreshing and spicy! Bottom left Jun Daiginrei, very clear and clean taste For some reason, I was recommended to drink only the clear type, saying "this is dry" 😂. The only sweet Premiere Amour I had to ask to taste 😆.

The spring SAKURA CUP was so good that I got it as soon as I saw it! I couldn't choose which one to get, so I bought all three. I ran out yesterday and when I went to the supermarket they were out 😱. The other one was also out 😱. I thought I'd eat some sticky rice, but I found it at the third supermarket: 😮‍💨 The shortage of rice is said to be one of the reasons for last year's poor harvest. Buy Sandesi at a souvenir shop in Himeji Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol 15 The aroma is subtle, and when you drink it, you can taste the muscat flavor of Banshu Issen! Then Junmai Rikuwada 100% Rikuwada Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 16%. The aroma is more subdued than that of junmai ginjo, but it has the aroma of junmai. Sweet but juicy with a lot of umami. It has just the right amount of spiciness. Delicious right out of the bottle! On the second to fourth day, the umami flavor expands even more. And the flavor is reminiscent of 🍑. Sake flavor gradually increases↑ Very drinkable: ❣️ This one was darker than last year's, and I liked this year's even better! Two bottles that make me happy, I hope I can drink them again next year 😊.

How is your Obon season going? It's still as hot as ever 💦. And I know some of you were affected by the earthquake and typhoon... please accept my best regards. I was able to drink these two bottles again this year. Purchased at Nishimura First, Junmai Ginjo Omachi 100% Omachi Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 16%. Fruity aroma as soon as it is opened. The taste is fruity like white peaches 🍑. It is delicious with a good balance of sweetness, umami, acidity and spiciness! It still has a soft sweetness, so I wonder if it will turn into something more tomorrow. On the second day, the sweetness has increased, but the taste is soft and beautiful. On the third day, the flavor is a little more pronounced. The flavor is more pronounced and very tasty. ❣️ On the 4th day, it is slightly fruity, but sweet and delicious! I wonder how long it will last! Overall taste is softer than last year's 🤔. I prefer last year's because I like it darker. But I would like to drink it again next year 😁.

T.KISO Mikawa again😁. I found Sandesi at Meitetsu Department Store where Nemuchi and bouken were drinking and bought it 🌈. 100% Yumesansui from Aichi Prefecture Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15%. Vinegar aroma! 😳 A unique rice vinegar-like flavor even after drinking. Classical sake with strong acidity I wonder if it will change if I let it sit for a day 🤔. On the second day, a little bit of sweetness and the sourness has been removed and it's softer But it still tastes like vinegar 😆. Named after the five flavors and two aromas of the seven 🌈. I went to Okazaki with a Seishun 18 ticket 🚃. The purpose of the trip was to see Okazaki Castle. And a tour of the Hatcho Miso factory. This is a great place for free research during summer vacation 😆. I had a set of chilled udon noodles for lunch because it was so hot! Hatcho miso sauce is very tasty ❣️ I wanted to go to Maruishi Brewery, but it was too hot and I gave up 🥵.

I opened this one 🫧🫧🫧. 100% Akita Sake Komachi Polishing ratio 60 11% alcohol by volume It took longer than expected to open the bottle this time! 10 minutes of struggle💦. The aroma is like white wine, and the taste is like a swish-whish-whish 🫧. Tastes like white wine and rice when you drink it. The bitter taste comes and finishes! Delicious 💕 On the 2nd to 4th day, the gaseous sensation is getting more stable, but the taste doesn't change that much and the deliciousness continues! So I think it's better to drink it on the first or second day when the gassiness is strong😅. I felt the sweetness and umami was more intense than the one I drank last year. I like it better this time ❣️ It was another Shinsei, but I heard it goes well with Chinese food, so I drank it with claypot meat and green pepper soup! Aochan, this one went well too 😊🙏🙏.

I bought this one at Kadoya too! I was curious about it because everyone said it was delicious! Polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol 15 1-2 days, almost no aroma, chili and fresh. Fruity and refreshing with a hint of acidity, sweetness and umami, and a nice sharpness. Well balanced, easy to drink and delicious. ❣️ 3rd-4th day, less fruity, but still well balanced. Other Wakanami is also good, but it's so good and affordable that I usually just drink this one 😂. I can see why they sold out of the sake bottles first! I wish there were more delicious Honjozo like this ✨ End of July💦.

First time in a year at Kadoya-san! It's my first time at Naraman✨ Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 17%. Sake-like aroma on the first day or two, chirpy and a little bit thick. Fruity flavor, sweetness, umami, and drinkability. It is firm but not heavy because of its fruity taste. Very tasty. ❣️ On the 3rd or 4th day, the fruity flavor fades and it gradually becomes more like sake. It was easy to drink even though it was more classic. It went well with dark foods such as eel on rice, salmon kama, and grilled mackerel! I would definitely like to try other specs!

It is the local brand of Kuroemon XVI. 100% Yamae-Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol 15 Fresh apple aroma, fruity even when chilled and drunk 🍏. Sweet, soft and refreshing. It is fire-ripened but fresh and delicious! On the second day, it has a clear 🍏 flavor. The sweetness is also increased and combined together, which is my favorite taste. ❣️ Day 3, fruity, more relaxed and sake-like. Fourth day, sake-like but modern, with an increased sweetness. Fruity, refreshing and drinkable. The change in taste is also enjoyable. Too bad we don't see this in the Kansai region💦. Helping out at YOMOYAMA NAGANO on the 17th Other Kuroemon Juroemon XVI, I missed taking a picture, but here they are Yamahai Junmai Miyamanishiki 13sei, low alcohol and refreshing 🍏. Junmai Kinmon-Nishiki Nama 🍈, sweet with a hint of 🍈. Yamahai Junmai Omachi Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama Nama I was able to learn a lot from the brewer, distributors, restaurants, and the general public from the opposite side of the table from usual! Thank you to Usagigoten for teaching me so much, Kyuzo, Yasube, Aladdin, and Nemuchi for coming 🙏 I was very happy and powerful 😊. It made me very happy and gave me a lot of strength😊.
