Slightly wine-like aroma Chirichiri, pear-like flavor Tastes like white wine Soft sweetness and calm taste As the day goes by, the sweetness increases↑ I have never had such a calm taste 🤔. The 70th anniversary of the birth of Kakiyoken's Hyou-chan! The one with the logo in the middle is the commemorative hyo-chan! I love Hyo-chan, but I only have shumai bento 😢. My husband brings me back the one he had with beer 🤔.

Sake aged at low temperature with Junmai Daiginjo Takumi 35 Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 14%. Sake-like aroma When you drink it, it is sweet based on the classic taste! It is sweet 😳‼️ As the temperature rises, the classic feeling is softened and the sweetness is even more 😆. I had the same feeling the next day! I was surprised because I've only had sweet and sour kijoshu lately 💦. As it says "extremely sweet", it was sweet even for me who likes sweet 😂! It was so sweet I thought it was sweet too 😂.

This way for a quick drink. Classic taste with sweetness. A little spicy afterwards It is OK on its own, but it is also delicious with hot soba noodles and strong side dishes. It is 100ml so it was gone in no time 😁. I sorted out the cups of sake that had accumulated. I made a tower of the leftover cups by copying Hirupeko 🗼.

The 8th Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix Part 2 The brewery owner, pleasantly poured and cheerfully treated us, and everyone seemed to be having a good time, happy time! The snacks of yodarechicken and chicken thighs grilled with sakekasu were also delicious at Izakaya Tanoshimisasan: ❣️ Too bad the sales are already low due to the rain 💧. Sanzen Sakura Sakura Sakura Nigori - my favorite! Chiebijin Shunyo, with a refreshing muscat flavor! Kamikawa Taisetsu Both were delicious! Tsushimaya Gaiden Nordwind Perlwein Like wine! The 8th Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix Part 1 I participated in the Sake-1 Grand Prix! When I got off at the station, it was pouring rain. ☔️ We put on our coats and went to the venue. Many people were already lined up and the doors opened early! Because of the rain, there were many people in the tasting tents 💦. We went around from the breweries we thought we could drink. One of the most memorable was Hagi no Tsuru Sakura Neko - fresh and easy to drink Eikun, first time drinking it in a long time and was surprised at how good it tasted! Tsuchida Hatsushiborichi - just like a banana! Kudokibe Jr. Sweet and to my liking Please forgive me for the brief review 💦. The only thing I liked about the rain. Usually my hands get sticky as I drink it, but the rain washed it off and it felt great🤣.

It was delicious with sashimi etc... Shinkai Shugyo Kikuhashi Sake degree -20, acidity 3.6, unique sake 😁. But dark sweet and sour, like a lactobacillus drink, delicious! It went well with stir-fried Omi beef with motsuki muchi Chouju Kinkame Spring Sake Pink label on the kinkame 😳. Two types of yeast are used: Shiga Prefecture yeast and a yeast jointly developed by Nagahama Institute of Bio-Science and Technology. Easy to drink with a classic base and a sour taste! Pair it with honmoroko (honmoroko with pickled vegetables) and other dishes. Matsu no Tsukasa Tokusyu This sake is sold only at the member stores of the Shiga/Kyoto small brewers' association. Refreshing, tasty and delicious. ❣️ We had a small sip with fig cheese at the end 😊.

The next day, the sweetness is up and the spiciness is down, like a melon. Well-balanced and super tasty 💕! The 3rd day, still sweet↑This is already melon🍈! The aftertaste is more bitter than pungent. Delicious on this day too💕! 4th day, still delicious though it is settling down! It's been 3 years since I drank Tasake at home! Found them at a local supermarket 👀. They were so cute and spring-like in a row, and they were only 208 yen, so I put them both in my basket 😁. 3% alcohol 5% fruit juice 200ml Strawberry🍓 Containing strawberry juice produced in Tochigi prefecture. It's like a strawberry-flavored, low-sweetness juice. It's sweet for a sake and you can't tell it's sake. It's not carbonated and it tastes different from chu-hi, so I guess that's what sake is 🤔. It might be good for those who drink chu-hi but not sake.... Momo🍑 A little yellow This one has a stronger flavor. I prefer this one. I drank both with pasta but it wasn't good 💦. I drank it with something sweet and a country mam, but it didn't go well with it 🤣. It was good with camembert cheese ❣️ I think it goes well with fruit... Maybe it's for stand-alone

I drank it at home because I enjoyed it so much after drinking it at an offline meeting. 100% Yamadanishiki from District A Alcohol 14%. It has a very smooth texture on the tongue. Sweetness, umami, and bitterness. It's very tasty and not too heavy, so you can drink it easily. ❣️ It is so easy to drink that it reminds me of the nigori that I had sealed up 😂. The next day, it tastes even better with sweetness↑bitterness↓❣️ I searched and found that the rice is 70% polished, but I think it's a good price for 1100 yen including tax with this rice and this taste 👍 Yes, I was told that nigori and curry go well together, so I tried it with curry flavored spaghetti! I also paired it with camembert cheese and it was fantastic 😊. I was also told that nigori tastes great warmed up, so I warmed it up to lukewarm and.... Oh! The sweetness is up and the spiciness comes at the end! This is also good... Thanks to Sake-no-wa, I enjoy it in many ways 😊🙏🙏🙏.

We're trying a lot of things this year... ♪ <Matsuno-no-Masa> (top left) It is easy to cook because of the soggy lees. It has a pungent taste if you eat it as it is, but if you make amazake with it, you don't mind. It's also delicious with a little coffee added to amazake 😁. The most neutral taste in both amazake and sake lees soup. Monsoon (top right) Sake lees from kijoshu (sake made with sake), even as it is, tastes sweet and tasty without being overpowering. It goes well with amazake (sweet sake) and Japanese dishes, and the sake lees soup is not enough. The picture is with tomatoes, the sourness of the 🍅 and the sweet sake lees went well together. ❣️ bottom left I didn't recognize this one until the label. It is lighter than "Monsoon" and goes well with amazake and Japanese food. The photo shows it with kinpira gobo (burdock root). The dark kinpira matched well with the fruity sake lees. ❣️ Furozumi (bottom right) Because it is pressed by a balance, there is still some sake left in the sake, so it goes well with sake lees soup. Cocky finish 😌. Amazake also has a robust taste, a little twangy I mixed it with cream cheese and served it with spinach, but I think it tastes better made with fruity sake lees🤔.

I couldn't find the active nigori that everyone was drinking, but I found this one and got it right away! Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol 17%. Classic aroma, fresh and crisp! The taste is also classic, but it is half modern and half sour, making it easy to drink. There is a slight bitterness at the end and a nice spiciness. The next day, it has a good balance of sweetness, flavor and acidity, and is very drinkable and delicious. ❣️ After that, it tasted juicy and easy to drink. Lomang is of course delicious as well 😊. Thanks to you, I can live my life as usual 🙏. I just wanted to drink it as soon as I got better and ended up not drinking it for 5 days 🤣.

We received two bottles of New Year's labels from a person who gives them to us every year 🙏. 100% Hachitan-Nishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. Classic aroma, chirichiri-yaki It tastes like a child between classic and modern. It has a sour taste and is easy to drink! The next day, it tastes sweet and almost like a white wine! It's so good. ❣️ After that, it tastes classic, calm and easy to drink! I've had this sake from this brewery, Ryusei, and Yoru no Teio, but so far this one is my favorite.

I was going to drink it all up on Feb 22, but I got home from the off day and couldn't drink anymore 😂. 100% Akita Sake Komachi Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 13%. Aroma like white wine, chili with a strong acidity. Slightly bitter aftertaste. The next day, the acidity has settled down and the taste is well-balanced. The bitterness is almost gone and it tastes good. ❣️ After that, the sweetness settles down and the curd is rounded off. It was my first time to drink clear sake at home. I'm not good at strong carbonation, so I might like it better than Spark.
