The moonlit kihotsule has been talked about a lot here in the Sake-no-wa area for a while. In fact, my family secretly joined in on the fad💦. I know I don't have to tell you this, since many of you have reviewed it here, but what I remember even after two months is the gentle sweetness and long aftertaste. I liked the discreet tropical sweetness and bitterness that lingered loosely: ❤️ Along with the coelacanth monaca my husband got for me 🥰. This Coelacanth Monaka was talked about by skater Yuzuru Hanyu, who recommended it. Monaka with red bean paste and butter. It was the best 🥰.

I'm drinking at home 🎵🎶 I wanted to drink at home 👀 at the liquor store 👀 4 different kinds 😅 3 of them are marked as available for tasting so we tasted them 😊. Omachi, Super Dry, Sode Series, and the best tasting Omachi of all the ones we tasted 😍 Sake shops open their bottles at different times of the year, so what is the taste of the tasting? I'm not sure what the tasting tastes like😅. I bought all but the sleeve series even though they only had one bottle in stock. Now for the first home drinking of Ki Mine Tsuru 🔰. I caught 🎣🐙🎣🐙 in Akashi last week and boiled it softly with sake! Kihotsuru's Omachi is also fruity and sweet with almost no bitterness 😍 A successful choice! Recommended drinking temperature 5 degrees Celsius 😅, the higher the temperature, the stronger the sweetness 😅. I'm looking forward to see how the taste changes since it's a bottle.

It is a super dry junmai sake from Kihotsuru 🍶. The nose has a sweet aroma with a hint of banana. In the mouth, it has a slight acidity, a firm umami, and a slight sweetness that is typical of Kihotsuru, and it finishes with a refreshing crispness. It is quite delicious with a flavor that does not make you feel the sake degree of +10 🍶✨️

The second drink at Kunizakeya was the Motomine Tsuru, which I was curious about in the review of nigori sake, so I ordered it ✨. I couldn't detect any aroma. It has a light mouthfeel with a clean, understated sweet umami flavor 😍and a gentle acidity that disappears as it goes down. Well balanced and delicious ✨ I would like to try other types of Kifotsuru.
