Souvenirs from Saga trip. Is this a new brand of Kibotsu Tsuru? The bottle looks like a wine bottle. There are two types of bottles: CHAPTER 1 and CHAPTER 2... Fruity and light with a gentle sweetness. It has a clear taste and is delicious.

CWS🌕 of Kifeng Crane Is this the one that everyone in Kansai was talking about at the last time? Beautiful label too✨ The aroma is soft rice sweetness and sourness. When you include it, chili shuwa🫧 fruity sweetness and sourness like mandarin oranges, pears, grapefruit, and just a hint of bitterness. As you mix it, it becomes more rice-like and softly sweet. Tasty enough, but a bit cattier on the first day. After a few days, the slightly tartness seems to have rounded out. There is a slight effervescence, but it is mellowed out and I like it more! The mild fruity sweetness of the rice, with a nice aftertaste and a little bit of a shwash, was a delicious sake that I could drink more and more of 🍶.

Kyushu Sake, Now Saga Sake The jacket looks nice. I thought it was my first time, but I drank it here in the spring of this year. My memory is still a bit fuzzy. Recently, I have been drinking a lot of Saga sake. Saga is a rice-producing region, and there are many really good sakes. Today, I had a cup of pure rice sake from Kibotsuru. This sake is certified by Saga Prefecture as a sake with a designation of controlled origin. It seems that Saga Prefecture has its own standard for junmai sake and authentic shochu, in order to deliver to consumers products of excellent quality made from 100% Saga Prefecture-grown raw materials. This is a bottle that Saga Prefecture people can't get enough of!

We received this in November exactly one year ago from Kiho Velvet in Saga 😀. This year, I was able to enjoy it again with the tax payment from my hometown in Kiyama-cho, Saga Prefecture 😇. The flavor is just amazing and comes to the forefront with full force 😀. The sweetness comes with a citrus-like acidity and finishes off nicely 😀. I was happy to be able to enjoy it for the first time in a year😇.
