Last weekend, Nobby went to his son's house for cleaning 🧹 and Jay went to Utsunomiya to take care of some business 😑.
This time, Nobby was worried about his room because he hadn't seen it in 8 months 😰 He asked his son how it was doing and his son offered to clean up the biggest mess ever 😫 "You should clean up a little bit," said Nobby 🥺.
He replied "I haven't looked at the floor in a long time😅"....
So we decided to have a drink on Thursday night since we were going out early in the morning on Saturday 🤗.
The chosen drinker was one of the 4 brothers I brought from a liquor store in Chiba, Motomine Tsuru, who I became a fan of at once after receiving a bottle of Autumn Sake about a year and a half ago 🤩.

I bought it because it was the first time I'd seen it in Kifeng Tsuru and it looked rare.
It seems that only Takashimaya in Namba and Ikoma have it in stock in the Kansai area.

The sweetness and umami spread out and the end is tightened up by the bitterness that is typical of Kibotsuru.

I bought it at Ikoma Sake Shop.
There was a small amount of air bubbles in the glass. Fresh, sweet and tasty, but a little bitter in the second half, which is a nice accent.
Bitter, but the lingering sweetness gives the impression of being long-lasting.
