When I hear the name Velvet, I am reminded of the theme song of Ikebukuro West Gate Park and SADS' Forgotten Sky from my generation😌.
Slightly effervescent.
It's firm, dark and sweet, but a little dry. It also has a unique taste of Kiho Tsuru like muscat.
It is easy to drink low in alcohol, but not light and very drinkable.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo in terms of specifications, but Kibotsuru's Jundai is made with a lot of polished rice.

Sweet aroma like melon and peach. I think it might attract 🐝 if I leave it open 😆.
Just like the aroma, it has a sugary sweetness. There is a light acidity and a moderate bitterness that is typical of Kibotsukuru.
Oh, it's delicious.
I think I like it every time I drink it.
