Motomine Tsuru, which I drank for the first time this year and liked, the third bottle this year is a super dry type.
It is made from a Nagasaki sake rice called reihou, and has a moderate sweetness and sour fruitiness. It has a slight gassy taste and is not so dry as to be called super dry, but it has a unique flavor that I also liked. There is also an autumn sake available, so I am looking forward to that as well.
The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival (3)
Kibotsuru, which Icoma-san has started to handle and I have more chances to drink.
Thanks to Uma-san, I was able to drink it smoothly 🙇.
We drank
Velvet Fire-brewed
I drank Velvet raw before, but unlike the raw, it had a calmer taste.

Mizuhashiro sake. It has been 2 years since the last mizu-hashiroshi.
It was delicious, with no peculiar taste, and the mizu-hashiroshi sake had a Kibotsukuru-like flavor.
Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
Polishing rice 35%, the one Maru-san drank before.
Gorgeous, beautiful and luxurious taste.
Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku
Polishing rice 40% Maru-san drank this one too 😁.
This one is sweeter than Yamadanishiki, which I prefer 🤔.
Greetings
Gentle sweetness 😋I think he said it goes well with sweets
Hiyoroshi
I forgot to take a picture💦I bought it last year and drank it, but it's still delicious!
Super dry, fire-brewed
Forgot to take a picture💦It's not that spicy and easy to drink
The owner and her daughter? and daughter? and the managing director? and the managing director?
I thought the tote bag was a little nice😃.
drinking outside
I asked for a dry sake to go with my sashimi.
He recommended this one 😊.
It was my first 🍶.
It was sharp and delicious!
Probably even better lukewarm 👍!
Saga has Nabeshima, Shichida, etc,
I'm sure there are many delicious 🍶.
The sake was named after the graceful figure of a crane soaring gracefully over the mountainside of Kiyama, where the Kiara Castle, a national historic site, is located.
The nose is melon, but the attack is sweet and sour and pineapple, with fine bubbles in the glass. It has a full-bodied sweet and sour taste. The liquid is almost colorless, and there are some fine but distinct streaks of legs.
It is gorgeous but not too flashy, with a slightly sour umami flavor, but it finishes crisp and clean without being dull.
It is not so much spicy as super-hot, but rather umami-guchi with just enough to tighten up the finish.
It does not have the sukittiness typical of Saga sake, but it is well-balanced and easy to drink.
The first drink after returning to Hiroshima for the Bon Festival was a sake from Saga.
The aroma is a bit weak, but the mouthfeel is sweet and sour, like muscat, and the nose is full of sweet and sour notes.
The soft gasiness of the sake relaxes in the mouth, and the taste of the rice is firm and refreshing.
We enjoyed it with homemade roast beef and potato salad.
Sakai Branch BBQ (2)
Locally distributed sake purchased in Saga by Maru-san
Sefuri Yuusui. He reads it as "Sefuri Yuusui".
It is a classic sake, but with a strong Kibotsukuru flavor.
Beautiful and delicious!
It was the only classic type of wine we had this time, so we all said it went well with Heshiko 😁.
All the dishes prepared this time were delicious and excellent 😋No pictures though 🙄.
Good evening, bouken🌖.
It was fun, wasn't it? I was so happy to be able to have such an amazing food as a snack with you 🧐. I was happy to have something amazing to snack on 😊Please come to Sakai again!
Hi Maru, Hello ☀.
Thanks for your help the other day 😊
It seems that only licensed vendors can manufacture it and the detoxification mechanism is not understood 😳.
I was happy to be able to eat something so precious 🥺.
