I found some autumnal sake at the liquor store 👀👀👀.
I only saw it in a bottle last year, so I didn't buy it,
I went to Asano Sake Shop and bought a four-pack of Kihotsuru which was delicious 👀😍.
These were the last two bottles.
The aroma is subdued and the label on the back says it smells like bananas!
Is the banana subtle? The sweetness is subdued and the matured flavor and orange peel-like bitterness makes me want another glass 😅.

It seems that the specs are still different from the Meimon Sake Kai ver.
The aroma is not so strong?
When you drink it, it's like a chili, citrus-flavored, sugar-free, slightly carbonated beer. Personally, I don't dislike it, but I think it would be better to raise the temperature a little.
When I raised the temperature, I got a little grapefruit-like sweetness. Overall, dry.
Maybe unusual in the image of hiyaoroshi. But I like it!

It's refreshing, but not too sharp or strong, but dry. It has a slight citrus sweetness and umami.

Following last year, I paid my hometown tax in Kiyama-cho, Saga Prefecture, again this year and received a set of two bottles of Motomine Tsuru as a tax return gift 😀 I was overwhelmed by the mouth-watering flavor of Jungin Oumachi last year.
Last year, we were overwhelmed by the mouth-watering flavor of the Jungin no Omachi... and we enjoyed it again this year 😇.
