I'll make love to you ♬
The mornings and evenings are getting a little chilly🍁.
I found some autumnal sake at the liquor store 👀👀👀.
I only saw it in a bottle last year, so I didn't buy it,
I went to Asano Sake Shop and bought a four-pack of Kihotsuru which was delicious 👀😍.
These were the last two bottles.
The aroma is subdued and the label on the back says it smells like bananas!
Is the banana subtle? The sweetness is subdued and the matured flavor and orange peel-like bitterness makes me want another glass 😅.
Let me know what you guys think 😊.
Good morning, Ao 😃.
Although the label is different 😅Kimotsuru's hiyayoshi was the No.1 J&N autumn sake 2 years ago 😋 and it was the No.1 J&N autumn sake at that time ‼️
Jay & Nobby, good evening...
I see they have different labels 😊.
I've started to appreciate the taste of fall sake in the last year or so 😅 this was delicious 😊.
It's ummai 😍.
The label is fashionable. We received a set of 1 and 2.
Here is a quote
Challenging apple acid yeast!
Aroma reminiscent of green apple and gentle sweetness,
Complex acidity with a moderate sweetness and 13% alcohol by volume.
The refreshing sourness stands out in this bottle.
Enjoy it cooled down in the hot summer.
The label is fashionable. We received a set of 1 and 2.

The Toji's Challenge Series draws various clues from the history accumulated over more than 100 years since the company's founding, and carefully crafts each one. This time, the challenge is to use Saga's sake rice "Saga no Hana" with flat rice polishing. The result is a refreshing, crisp, dry, food-friendly sake.
I wanted to drink Kibotsuru Hiyoroshi🍂.
It seems that the specs are still different from the Meimon Sake Kai ver.
The aroma is not so strong?
When you drink it, it's like a chili, citrus-flavored, sugar-free, slightly carbonated beer. Personally, I don't dislike it, but I think it would be better to raise the temperature a little.
When I raised the temperature, I got a little grapefruit-like sweetness. Overall, dry.
Maybe unusual in the image of hiyaoroshi. But I like it!
I can drink it easily.
It's refreshing, but not too sharp or strong, but dry. It has a slight citrus sweetness and umami.
It's a delicious sake to savor as you chew the rice 🍶 It would be great with kabosu-squeezed autumn fish👍.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
I'm sure you two loved it too 🥰 It's still delicious here!
Kabosu is especially useful this season ✨It is indeed a great supporting player 😉.
Following last year, I paid my hometown tax in Kiyama-cho, Saga Prefecture, again this year and received a set of two bottles of Motomine Tsuru as a tax return gift 😀 I was overwhelmed by the mouth-watering flavor of Jungin Oumachi last year.
Last year, we were overwhelmed by the mouth-watering flavor of the Jungin no Omachi... and we enjoyed it again this year 😇.
Today's set was a great combination for our family to compare and enjoy 😇.
Good morning, Yasbay 😃.
Mr. Kifeng Crane! It's so good 🤗
I want to feel the happiness😊 that spreads in my mouth 😋.
I'll try sake 🍶 next time I pay my hometown tax!
Hi Yasubeyesan 🐦.
I'm not sure if it's slowly becoming popular 😻I've been to a few stores that carry it but I've never seen it 💦Maybe I'll try to get some from my hometown 🤔.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
Yes... we received the same sake two years in a row and it was delicious 😀.
It's fun to search your hometown tax return for sake returns, because sometimes you can find sake that is not available in your hometown 😇.
Hi Pon-chan 😀
There is not much industry or tourist attractions around Kiyama-cho in Saga Prefecture, so please help the local people and get delicious sake by paying your hometown tax on Kibotsu Tsuru😇!
Purchased at the "Sake Festival" sake event at Osaka Takashimaya.
White grape flavor with a lot of carbonation!
A lingering aftertaste that lingers on and on😄.
This is the type of sake to drink slowly on a long autumn night 🍶.
