I ordered this at a bar I stopped by on a trip to Saga.
It is said to be super dry and refreshing, but you can also taste the umami of the rice, making it easy to drink.
Delicious with food!
First time drinking it.
Light sweetness and a little gas.
The flavor spreads in the mouth immediately.
It finishes nicely with a slight bitterness.
Good aftertaste, or maybe a little sweetness lingers?
I am looking forward to the change after tomorrow!
Purchased at a liquor store in Rokko-do after Yoohee-san and Yatagarasu Fair
When I hear the name Velvet, I am reminded of the theme song of Ikebukuro West Gate Park and SADS' Forgotten Sky from my generation😌.
Slightly effervescent.
It's firm, dark and sweet, but a little dry. It also has a unique taste of Kiho Tsuru like muscat.
It is easy to drink low in alcohol, but not light and very drinkable.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo in terms of specifications, but Kibotsuru's Jundai is made with a lot of polished rice.
I drink Ki Mine Tsuru, which I have never had before.
I was lucky to get it with the information provided by Yuki.
Thank you for all your help, Yuki 😊.
Kifotsuru Jun Dai 🥰.
Sweet aroma like melon and peach. I think it might attract 🐝 if I leave it open 😆.
Just like the aroma, it has a sugary sweetness. There is a light acidity and a moderate bitterness that is typical of Kibotsukuru.
Oh, it's delicious.
I think I like it every time I drink it.
Hi bouken😊
Even if it is, it's a bottle... and it's expensive 😅.
Not all people with 🌸🌺 heads like me would buy it just because it's called Kibotsu 🌸🌺 😭.
I'll bring it to you sometime if the timing is right!
I thought it tasted and smelled very much to my liking, and when I looked it up, I found that the aroma reminded me of a gorgeous melon, and I knew that my preference was for an aroma that could be described as melon.
It is a delicious sake that never gets old.
