The mouthfeel is quite refreshing, and the bitterness precedes the taste. The bitterness and the ginjo taste precede it, so I guess it's not my favorite type...
When opened, it has a mild aroma derived from rice, but as it settles down, it reveals a gorgeous aroma.
The light, carbonated mouthfeel is followed by the plump, juicy rice flavor and sweetness that is typical of orikarami.
The nights are filled with the fall holiday season.
However, I am busy with my business and this month is a parade of field work and night shifts 😅.
On such consecutive holidays including Respect for the Aged Day, my daughters went out with my parents-in-law 🚙 and I went back to my parents-in-law's house.
I'm exhausted from the consecutive night shifts that occur once a year, so I'm going home to take a nap and have a drink to adjust my time 🍶.
Kibotsuru Junmai Hiyoroshi (Hiyoroshi)
I bought this seasonal Hiyoroshi at a recent visit to a sake shop in Kusatsu, Shiga Prefecture.
We have a stock of sake from the Hanpukai, but every once in a while we'll open a bottle of seasonal sake.
[Glass.]
As soon as it's poured, you can smell the banana-like aroma.
After pouring, the aroma is like the banana flavor of Look chocolate, the bitterness behind the robust umami, and the fruity aroma escapes through the nose and finishes with a lingering banana-like taste and aroma, and finally the bitterness that lingers in the back of the throat.
[Mokkiri]
Yellow banana-like aroma, round and rounded flavor, banana-like aroma on the nose, and a refreshing aftertaste.
The banana flavor is more pronounced as the temperature rises, so it may be best not to chill it too much.
The entrées are Wakayama tuna and Okayama sea bream.
For the fourth one, I went to a ramen store for the first time in my life along with a visit to a liquor store 🚙.
Since it was my first time, I went to the famous "Negi Chashu Noodle" topped with the characteristic "Bara Nori" (seaweed) 🍜.
I see... it's a salty pork bone broth type noodle, I might like it a lot 😋.
Hi Jive, good evening.
Thanks for working consecutive night shifts 🍀.
On days like that, it's a gap day and a sake lish 🎵.
Is it a pronounced banana feeling 😲.
Ki Mine Tsuru is another representative sake I would like to try 😋.
It's good to explore new rah-rah activities too!
Good morning, Mr. Jive. I haven't had Kiho Tsuru for a long time. I'm curious about it since it has a good reputation these days. Rasho is totally different depending on the restaurant, so please enjoy it in a variety of ways!
Hi Gyve 🐦.
I see you drank it right away! I was quite curious about this one too😊I haven't had the classic label and would love to taste it🎶.
I'm sorry you're working so hard all the time💦Take care of yourself🙏.
Hi Jive 😃Good job!
This is my first time at a ramen store! That's a bit surprising 😆 funny because everyone asks for Negi Chashu Noodles 🤣I like Miso so I don't go to Rasho very often 😅.
Hi Gyve 😃.
We also often go to sakesho🍶 but never to rahsho🍜🥲 or maybe I don't know the definition of rahsho🧐 but I know that Kiho Tsuru is very good 🤗.
Good evening, Gyve 😃.
You are in hard work mode, let's refresh and get through it 🍶☺️
Rasho, I don't think you can find it in Kansai 🤔.
I think it would be good to visit different stores 🤔 as each store has a different image.
Good morning, ma-ki-!
I actually have one more consecutive night shift this month, which has a probability of once a year, so there is a serious shortage of staff in my department 😅.
I'm a drink lish for stress generation, but I also feel a sense of crisis that I'm drinking more and more these days 🤣.
Good morning, Nochi-san!
I also learned about "Kiho Tsuru" for the first time last year, but the probability of finding it is low, so I try to secure it when I find it 🥰.
I found three places in the Nagoya area that have it, so I'll have to compare the tastes 🤣.
Good morning, Pon-chan!
I wanted to drink "Hiyoroshi" by the end of September, so I made an early appearance 🥰.
We are updating the equipment in our department in the aftermath of the three-year plan and also updating my own equipment during the year-end and New Year's holidays, so it's time to work hard!
Good morning, HinaHanaMama!
Hokuriku is a barren land with no "Rasho", instead "Hachiban" or "8-ban Ramen" is the largest ramen restaurant in Hokuriku 🍜.
Please try Hachiban's "Vegetable Ramen Miso Flavor" 🤣.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby!
[Sakeshop is a regular target of your reconnaissance, or at worst, a free visit 🤣.
[I went there because it is not in Hokuriku 🥰.
Good morning, Aladdin ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I've been refresh drinking, but I feel more and more threatened by the increasing number of empty bottles 🤣.
I think the only one in the Kinki area is the Aisho store in Shiga prefecture where I went 🤔.
I'm going to go there together with a liquor store in Nagoya.
The label is austere, and before drinking it, the image one has is that of a Japanese sake!
In fact, it is fresh, crisp, and easy to drink.
It is said to be dry, but I did not find it dry at all, but rather fruity. I still need to work on my palate. I don't know if this kind of wine counts as dry!
However, I can honestly say that I think it is delicious. If I find it, I will buy it immediately. Thank you very much.
Hello, Kabuku 😃
Mr. Kifengaku! The austere labels are also delicious 😋.
I only see it occasionally at the liquor store I usually go to 🥲 but I always pick it up if they have it: ‼️
Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby. Did you also know about the austere label Kifeng Tsuru? I am impressed.
This time my colleague brought it to the company and we drank it together. I asked him where he bought it in detail, because I was attracted by its cosy and austere label.
Purchased in June when I visited Higashitsuru Sake Brewery and Motoyama Shoten with the owner of a liquor store in Saga.
Saga no Hana flat polished rice.
At room temperature
Mild aroma
Smart mouthfeel with a core and gentle flavor.
Aftertaste disappears quickly

After the talk event, we went to the Motomine Tsuru booth where Eiji-san had visited the brewery when he was in Fukuoka.
The owner of the brewery, her daughter, and the president of the company were there this time as well.
It seemed that Mr. Iji-san was already familiar with the proprietress, and I was surprised to see how well he communicates with her.
◉Mine Tsuru Rakes Orikarami Nama Sake
Fresh, sweet and sour, but more on the sour side.
Kihotsuru Rakes
This one is juicy, but also has a more relaxed quality that I prefer.
◉greeting
This is a very light and refreshing sake made with Yamadanishiki. The pleasant acidity is impressive and light on the palate.
◉Toutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutout
I was curious about the label of this sake. It is a mizu-hashiroshi, but not mizu-hashiroshi-like. It has a refreshingly strong acidity.
Hiyoroshi
Another sake that does not taste like hiyaoroshi. It has a slightly acidic taste with an astringent and dry aftertaste.
Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku
This is a very clear, mineral, and sharp sake. It used to have a fuller taste than Yamadanishiki a few years ago, but recently it seems to be less full.
◉ Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
Mineral and voluptuous, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
After taking two shots of Iji-san and the proprietress, we moved on.
Good morning, Nemuchi-san. When I visited the Saga Prefectural Museum of Art, this brand was one of several recommended. I chose Ko-Imari Shuzo at that time, but I was curious about it, so I will try Kihotsuru next time.
Nemuchi-san, sorry for the late hour. It might have been a nuisance. 😅 My brother-in-law used to work in Imari city until recently, and I learned about the taste of Saga's sake. I've had a lot of great ones, like Nabeshima's Omachi Junmai Ginjo. It's good, isn't it?
AAJI, good evening, 🌜️ I'm totally fine with the time 😊I'm late too 🙇 My father-in-law is from Saga, so we buy and enjoy Saga sake together 😄Nabeshima is also good, and smaller breweries make good sake too 😉.
Motomine Tsuru, which I drank for the first time this year and liked, the third bottle this year is a super dry type.
It is made from a Nagasaki sake rice called reihou, and has a moderate sweetness and sour fruitiness. It has a slight gassy taste and is not so dry as to be called super dry, but it has a unique flavor that I also liked. There is also an autumn sake available, so I am looking forward to that as well.
The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival (3)
Kibotsuru, which Icoma-san has started to handle and I have more chances to drink.
Thanks to Uma-san, I was able to drink it smoothly 🙇.
We drank
Velvet Fire-brewed
I drank Velvet raw before, but unlike the raw, it had a calmer taste.
Toutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutout
Mizuhashiro sake. It has been 2 years since the last mizu-hashiroshi.
It was delicious, with no peculiar taste, and the mizu-hashiroshi sake had a Kibotsukuru-like flavor.
Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
Polishing rice 35%, the one Maru-san drank before.
Gorgeous, beautiful and luxurious taste.
Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku
Polishing rice 40% Maru-san drank this one too 😁.
This one is sweeter than Yamadanishiki, which I prefer 🤔.
Greetings
Gentle sweetness 😋I think he said it goes well with sweets
Hiyoroshi
I forgot to take a picture💦I bought it last year and drank it, but it's still delicious!
Super dry, fire-brewed
Forgot to take a picture💦It's not that spicy and easy to drink
The owner and her daughter? and daughter? and the managing director? and the managing director?
I thought the tote bag was a little nice😃.
drinking outside
I asked for a dry sake to go with my sashimi.
He recommended this one 😊.
It was my first 🍶.
It was sharp and delicious!
Probably even better lukewarm 👍!
Saga has Nabeshima, Shichida, etc,
I'm sure there are many delicious 🍶.
The sake was named after the graceful figure of a crane soaring gracefully over the mountainside of Kiyama, where the Kiara Castle, a national historic site, is located.
The nose is melon, but the attack is sweet and sour and pineapple, with fine bubbles in the glass. It has a full-bodied sweet and sour taste. The liquid is almost colorless, and there are some fine but distinct streaks of legs.
It is gorgeous but not too flashy, with a slightly sour umami flavor, but it finishes crisp and clean without being dull.
It is not so much spicy as super-hot, but rather umami-guchi with just enough to tighten up the finish.
It does not have the sukittiness typical of Saga sake, but it is well-balanced and easy to drink.
