My first Kiho crane! And 444 reviews, thank you very much! This is definitely a jacket purchase for sure! I'm looking forward to it, however, as I've heard from an acquaintance that the brewery has been having a lot of fun lately! It is quite sweet with a clear acidity and a dry finish with not so much bitterness. The aftertaste is a bitterness with a light sweetness that lingers for a rather long time. Although I can feel some peculiarity in the aftertaste, it seems to be in line with the recent trend. Personally, I wouldn't repeat it...it's a little heavy and the aftertaste doesn't suit me...well, everyone has their own taste preferences. I wonder how it will change over the next few days!

Looking around the cellar, I found that we still have some winter sake left, so I'm going to enjoy a glass at the end of winter 🍶. Kibotsuru Gaba Nigori. I was very lucky to get a bottle of this sake, which was also drunk by bouken a while ago and was very well received 🥰. The ratio of nigori (rice cake) precipitated in the bottom half of the bottle is amazing.
