I couldn't drink it last year, but this year I got it safe and sound: ❗️ I opened the bottle to see what the wolf in rabbit🐇s skin would be like. The aroma is faintly sweet and citrusy? The mouthfeel is smooth and peachy sweet. It has a smokiness like whiskey, with a zingy flavor. Umai😋. The next day, I felt the sourness like apples, but after a week or so, the sourness becomes less pronounced and the sweetness becomes more assertive. As you would expect from a wolf on the inside 😆.

The label is a jeans-like INDIGO Aki no Hijiri. It is said to be unfiltered and bottle-fired. When opened, it has a slightly citrusy aroma with a hint of alcohol. The aroma is a little citrusy. The taste is slightly astringent and has a sweet and sour taste like strawberries. After swallowing, the sweetness gradually fades away. The next day, the sourness gradually becomes stronger, but it is only noticeable when it is freshly refrigerated and cold, and when the temperature rises, the juicy strawberry sweetness is stronger. It's a nice, juicy taste 😋.

First Chokaisan🐓🌊🗻. When it is freshly opened cold, it has a strong sweet and sour taste like strawberries. As the temperature rises, the sweet and sourness is accompanied by a touch of astringency. The aftertaste is smooth, but the umami is gradually becoming more pronounced. The sweetness gradually fades after opening the bottle. Instead, you may start to feel the acidity more strongly. Personally, I found the sweetness, sourness, and aftertaste of the umami to be just right on the third day 😊.

It is said to be 77% Dewa Sanzan. I wondered what else it was, and opened the bottle. When opened, it tastes banana🍌 with a slight tingling and fizzy sensation. The banana taste is stronger after swallowing than when putting it in the mouth. After about 3 days, it tastes like whiskey, and after about 5 days, it tastes slightly sweet and sour like plums, making it a very fun and delicious drink. By the way, I drank it all up on the 5th day, so I don't know how it changes after that 😅.

As the day goes by, the acidity becomes milder (I think 😅) and the sweetness of the aftertaste increases. The strain may be similar to the Midsummer Fruit I drank the other day from Kabishin.

I've been wanting to drink it as a Southern music lover since I saw it at Sake no Wa and finally found it ❗️😄 I opened the bottle because I thought I had to drink it in midsummer because it is a midsummer fruit. My first impression is that it tastes sweet and refreshing. It has a plum-like acidity, followed by a slightly mellow sweetness, and then a slightly bitter aftertaste. After the next day, the acidity gradually becomes milder and the mild sweetness and astringency become stronger. It is a sake with a variety of flavors that can be enjoyed only with midsummer fruits.

I had given up buying HANA-UP because I saw it in a bottle and it wouldn't fit in my refrigerator at home. I found a four-pack bottle that I thought was a mirage, so I bought it immediately 🤗. The taste is sweet and juicy with a hint of strawberry. The aftertaste is light and refreshing, but the flavor is very good. As the day goes by, it tastes more like mandarin oranges, but the aftertaste is even more intense and delicious 😋. I thought it was called "Riku-haneda", but it is actually called "Riku-uden" 😅.

Junmai Ginjyo Once-fired Hajime Genshu. The previous one was Aikame, but this time it's Kame-only. I just realized that it is labeled "Kame" because it is brewed with Kame-no-o! I just realized 😅. The aroma is slightly melon? When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild taste, sourness, astringency, and sweetness with a melon flavor. After that, a little bit of alkali taste comes. As the temperature rises, the sweetness becomes the main flavor, and the astringency and the aftertaste of alcohol become less pronounced, and the umami is felt more strongly and gradually. That was my impression when I just opened it. As the days go by, the taste becomes more mellow and mellow, and the smokiness and umami aftertaste after swallowing become stronger. Personally, I think it is a good idea to drink it slowly and not finish it on the 5th day.

🎵Gakki 🎵Masamune 🎵aaiyama❤️ 🎶Junmai 🎶Ginjo 🎶Aiyama❤️ It's been a long time since I've been to Aiyama☺️ But Aiyama seems to be 83%. The aroma is astringent pineapple? The taste is strawberry-like with a strong sourness when cold, and the alcohol aftertaste may be strong. When the temperature rises, it seems to have a melon-like taste. As the day goes by, the strawberry and citrus flavors come out and the taste becomes smoother. The alcohol aftertaste is also tame. Personally, I like the taste after the fourth day after opening.

Now we have a Junmai Ginjo Tasake, 100% Red Comet. Let me show you. Let's see how well Tasake performs 😆. The aroma is mildly melon flavor? The taste is sweet with melon🍈 and banana🍌 feeling with a hint of sweet and sour apple🍎. The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing. The day after opening the bottle, the aroma and taste become more mature, and there is a slight astringency. After a little more time, you can feel a little bit of alcohol in your throat, but after that, the aroma and the flavor that goes into your nose are wonderful. I opened it after 5 days, but I think I can enjoy the taste change a little more 😊.

Kamikawa Taisetsu after a long time. Special pure rice made from 100% non-red comet. The aroma of the just-opened bottle is slightly sweet. The mouthfeel is slightly tingling. First brewing forest 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲. The bottle was brown, so I mixed it without realizing that it was a dry sake, so I could not drink only the supernatant 😓. The aroma of the just-opened bottle was slightly yogurt. The aroma when you open the bottle is slightly yogurt, with a slight tanginess and plum? The next day, the sweetness started to assert itself. The next day, the sweetness becomes more pronounced and the taste of juicy green apples may appear. The astringency is tame, but it is still subtle, and the balance of acidity, sweetness, and astringency is good and delicious.
