. This is the first Koei Chrysanthemum ✨ I've had at home. The aroma is slightly medicinal with a hint of sourness. The taste is juicy, sweet and sour, and may taste like orange 🍊 due to the preconceived notion of the name 😅If it's cold, it has an astringent aftertaste, almost like lime. As the day goes by, the acidity gets stronger and stronger, and you may start to get a strawberry 🍓 feeling. Very juicy 😋.

. Oumachi Gojuugo Mild Nigori Sparkling Nama It took me quite a while to open it😅. It has a sweet melon and awamori? The aroma is sweet like melon and alcoholic like awamori. The mouthfeel is naturally tingling with a hint of melon? I strongly feel the bitterness due to the carbonation. After the next day, the sparkle ⚡️ calmed down and the rice-umami feeling came out. I thought it might be melon on the first day, but I guess it tastes more like a carbonated grapefruit drink. It tastes like rice flavor, but carbonated and refreshing 😋.

. I bought it thinking that there was a chimera before. Chimera is 3 kinds, this time 4 kinds of koji and yeast, so 鵺. Narhodo🧐. The aroma is fresh and sweet with a slight rummy note. The taste is slightly sweet and sour like apple🍎 and pear🍐. The aftertaste has a hint of melon-like sweetness. I thought it was mildly acidic for a Shirokikyu, but the next day the acidity became stronger. However, after a few days, the sourness settles down again, so if you like sourness, drink it as soon as possible 😄.

I personally can't go wrong with Purple Space. First of all, it is very smooth on the palate. It has a refreshing sweetness like peach🍑 with a slight sourness. The aftertaste is slightly melon-like (with green flesh). The peachiness of a freshly opened bottle may become more apple-like as the day goes by. The longer you leave it in the bottle, the more complex the flavor becomes 😋.

We met again, Hanayuup in a 4-quart bottle. It was Rikuwada before, but this time it was Omachi. So I bought it immediately. The aroma is sweet with a hint of citrus like peach. Zodiac Sign Bottle 2024 DRAGON & RABBIT Junmai Ginjo Banzai Gojugo Shiboritate Nama Nama Sake It's already been more than a week this year, and the first bottle is the same as last year's, Ni-Usagi. The aroma is mild but has a refreshing sourness with a hint of peach and green apple. The taste is slightly astringent behind the green apple sweet and sourness. It may be less sweet than the Zodiac Bottle 2023. But after leaving it for about a week for various reasons, the sweetness exploded. The apple and pear type sweetness and the aftertaste after swallowing is amazing 😆. I'm happy to be able to drink good alcohol from the new year 😊 Thank you for your support this year 🌅.

The taste is sweet and sour like green apple and muscat, with a slight astringency in the aftertaste. The sweetness is not so strong. It is a bit plain when opened, but after a few days, the flavor and aftertaste gradually increase in acidity, which is a nice touch 😊.
