Late last year, Haneya finally landed in Tohoku!
I had asked the brewer about it, but they replied that they do not distribute in Tohoku, so I bought a bottle on my way back from a memorial service in Chiba.
The top aroma is softly fruity.
The mouthfeel is fruity, sweet and acidic, and has a strong umami. The acidity and bitterness at the end are mild, and it is nice enough on its own.
Don't abuse it, it's just a sake word.
〜The label with glitter is sure to be a good one.

It starts with a slight acidity and a strong flavor typical of Omachi.
However, it disappears in a flash, and the light finish makes it easy to gobble up!
It is amazing that Omachi can express such modernity!

As usual, Haneya never misses a beat.
I had never heard of Aiyama sake rice before.
Good aroma. Just a little bit of alcohol harshness...
Flavor and aroma not often seen. Sweet and bitter, with no lingering aftertaste...
But it tastes good.
I don't know what it is about this feeling of pretending to be interested in you, and then disappearing on a whim before you know it.
I don't know what I'm trying to say anymore.

Today we had Haneya Kouki.
It is an easy-drinking sake. I felt the sweetness, but it was not too strong, probably because the sake flavor tightened up right after the sweetness.
It felt like it was made with great care.
I tried it with some kinpei (flattened lotus root), which was just around the corner, and I think it went well with it. It was easy to feel the sweetness of the sparkling fire when I drank it after eating it.
I enjoy looking for sake and snacks, but please let me know if you have any snacks that go well with kouki.

Less acidic, not too sweet, not too spicy, well balanced.

Healing trip to Toyama Prefecture. Toyama has many favorite brands.
Among them, Haneya is Ai❤️it. It is my favorite.
Gorgeous, elegant sweetness and slight gasiness that is typical of Aiyama. This alone made the quality of the trip very satisfying.
