Well, it's definitely delicious!
I ordered the Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd sauce.
It made my sake go down the drain!

When you open the bottle, it has a mineral? The aroma is reminiscent of minerals 🙄.
Thin sweetness, distinct acidity, and ultra-fine carbonation🫧 mix together in a collaboration of balance that is hard to describe ⚖️
The ginjo aroma on the nose has a hint of minerality.
The aftertaste of unrefined sake is also typical of Haneya.
I would like to drink more of this brand to learn more about its character 🤗.

It is gorgeous and easy to drink. I think it is a type of wine that can be enjoyed by everyone.
