(🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I had my first glass of Fumigiku from Fumigiku Shuzo, a well-known brewery in Haneya 😃. The label looks like Haneya's Shine that I've had before 🤔Pouring it into a cup, lots of fine bubbles on the rim 😘The aroma is gorgeous and fruity 😊The taste is fresh and crisp with a slight effervescence 😘The balance of refreshing sweetness and sourness is good👍The low alcohol content also makes me gobble it up ✨😚This is a very modern and trendy sake ✨🥳.

I bought it at Yajima Sake Shop together with Mimuro Sugi. I thought it was my first time to drink Toyama sake, but it wasn't, but when I checked it out, it was practically a first. It seems to be a draft sake, but it has a calm taste, not too sweet or gorgeous, and gives a refreshing impression. I like the fact that it can be enjoyed as is or with food. I would like to try another spec if I have a chance.

Good evening, Mr. Freelancer Ichiyo 😃. Haneya! I just went to the liquor store yesterday and we were talking about how we haven't had a drink for a while 🤔. I didn't end up buying it 😅but this one I haven't drank! Definitely looks good 😋I guess I'll have to buy it: ‼️

Fresh. Fresh green apple-like flavor. Pitchy. Aftertaste is refreshing and goes in easily. Not too assertive, but with a strong flavor.

Today's second bottle is... my first, a Haneya from Toyama ✨. When you open the bottle, it has a slightly fruity ginjo aroma 🍎. The first sip has a nice balance of sweetness and umami with a refreshing mouthfeel🙆. The aftertaste is also quite sharp ✨. I was expecting a little bit of piquancy since it was a draft sake, but... nothing at all 😅. This Haneya is delicious, but... if I wanted, I might want a little more character 😅. On the other hand, it can be drunk anywhere before, after, and during meals 😁 (strong fruity element, so not suitable for dishes with strong flavors). It's just my personal opinion, but I think this Haneya has a stronger fruity flavor than the Masakamiyo I drank in the past because it has more characteristics 🤔❓. I'm not sure if I'm making a dry comment because I've been drinking too much sake breweries with good costumers and my taste buds have simply become discerning 😓. ps...to all Sake-no-wa users, this is just my "personal" opinion...please understand. Day 2 note: 🗒️ The flavor is better than the first day ⤴️😏. At the same time, you may feel a little pungency in the aftertaste.... In general, I guess I'm a day 2 guy 🤔.

Haneya Kasumishu Junmai Ginjo Nama 1890 yen (4-pack bottle) Second day of the big feast 👀! Souvenirs on parade again today 😁. Today's snacks included 6 kinds of Satsuma-age from Kamakamaei, grilled Magis, Teppanyaki Kacho Caballo, etc. ‼️ The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma💜At first, the sweetness of the attack wasanbon sugar is followed by a spiciness and a sharp finish. This sake also goes well with the snacks we brought as gifts and we are very pleased with it.

Haneya is delicious after all. It is fragrant, sweet and juicy. But it is not too sweet, and the taste is elegant and beautiful. It is a brand that is not often talked about, but it is definitely a high quality sake.
