Clear aroma, slightly carbonated but mild on the palate, slightly dry, alcoholic, not very mellow, good acidity, goes well with light sashimi such as sea bream, trout salmon, yellowtail (and more specifically, tsuma (radish)).

Aroma is subdued.
When you drink it, it is refreshing and not mellow.
It is more dry but not sharp and easy to drink.
Smoothness of soft water
Trout salmon and yellowtail go well with it.
Thai and tuna also go well, but not too well,
Squid may leave a nettiness,
Nettlesome squid may be a little more mellow.
The fruity flavor disappears at room temperature.

I've watched 600 movies and 500 brands of sake 😅. 😅 So today I wanted to drink a sake made from Gohyakumangoku (the parent rice of Toyohai rice), and I found one in the fridge. When I opened the bottle, I heard a light pop. It has a fresh ginjo aroma. The soft aroma and flavor spread out. 4,380 yen per bottle

The third cup was Haneya. It too was aromatic and refreshing. It has a sour taste and is delicious. It was like the oil from the kushikatsu was washed away! It also has a nice aftertaste. This is also my favorite type.
