Sake that Jaynoby-san was drinking and was curious about. Haneya's local label. When I held it in my hand and read it A bottle of Toji Keiki Hane's best effort and I can't help but drink it 😆. Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 13%. Lightly cloudy and sweet aroma Piquant and fresh, with a hint of white peach flavor 🍑. Finishes with soft sweetness and bitterness I'm looking forward to the next day! 2nd day, sweetness up↑, bitterness mellowed, very tasty ❣️ 3rd day, ripe white peaches, but not too sweet, so I could drink it smoothly and it was gone before I knew it. ❣️ It went well with oil-based dishes such as peperoncino with baby sardines and green perilla, and eringi mushroom ajillo. I think it's more umami than Haneya... I couldn't tell the difference between the two 😅 Haneya is the surname of the brewery's master brewer? I guess it's from the surname of the brewery's head brewer 😳.

Good morning, Pon. 😊 It's a passionate label. 😋. The light nigori type has a lot of gentle sweetness so I prefer it. 😍

Hi Jay & Nobby 🐦. Was it New Year's Day sake? Maybe that's why I remembered it 😊It has a red label so it's perfect for New Year's ✨I was drinking it thinking that this one is on the higher side by international J&N standards 😆.
