Going to the 100 Great Castles (1)
I strolled around the ruins of Komoro Castle on the day after the Nakasendo walking tour.
There is a train passing through from the Ote-mon gate, but there are still some old buildings, so it's good to wander around 👣.
Before going to the castle, we stopped by Iwaiya Sake Shop.
My favorite sake was Ding!
I was worried about the regular Jungin, but it was hot that day, so I went for the cooler one!
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol 16%.
The aroma is already sweet!
It is very fruity, well-balanced and refreshing.
As you drink it, you can feel the spiciness.
2 to 3 days later, the sweetness increases↑
Maybe that's why it tastes so good even if it is pungent. ❣️
On the 4th day, the sweetness is reduced, but the fruity and umami flavors are still delicious!
I thought it would be a light and refreshing beer, but I was betrayed in a good way 😊.
I'm totally hooked on this sweet and tasty fruity with a crisp summer aftertaste 💕.
For lunch, we had soba set meal at Kusabue-san by the castle!
The walnut rice cake was so delicious!
I can eat it even when I'm full 💕.

Ding-dong is delicious 😋😋.
Did you go to Kusabue?
I always have walnut soba when I go there. I've never had o-hagi so I'll try it next time 🤭.

Good morning, Pon 🙂.
It's the best part of summer, chilled and poured all at once.
The best part of summer, chilled and poured in one go. 😍Summer sake is the best ❗😆😆.
I love it with soba noodles, too austere.
It's so nice 🥰🥰. 🥰🥰.

Pon, here we go again 🌛.
You must be "Ding" 🥰.
I gave up buying it in tears because of the storage limit, and regretted it very much when I drank it later 😅.
[Ueda City was an intoxicating place and I'm thinking of going back there on the Hokuriku Shinkansen ✨.

Ding-san is one of the Nagano sake I want to drink but I can't find it... 😥I'm interested in sweet and tasty sukkiri 🤩I long to travel the Nakayama road and visit sake shops! When the kids leave the nest... 😅I don't know when that will be.

Hi Koizo 🐦.
I've been impressed with Ding-chan since Hanamup ✨I don't know if there are any stores in Kansai that sell it 💦I'll try to buy some when I walk closer 😁.
I think there are some stores in Tokyo that carry it, so if you come across it, I'd love to buy it!
