FUMIKIKIKU Junmai Ginjo Nama Shuzake
A 3㌥ draft sake purchased at KITTE Osaka.
I often see Haneya in the Kansai region, but the locally distributed Fumikiku brand is rare.
It was left in a cardboard box on the balcony, so the taste may have changed a little...
I'll have it cold.
There was no gas sound when I opened the bottle, but when I poured it into a glass, there were quite fine bubbles on the sides and bottom.
The color is clear and firm pale yellow.
The top aroma is mild and refreshing, with a green apple-like aroma.
There is no sense of fizz, and it flows smoothly on the tongue with a gentle touch. No, there is a slight effervescence...
The taste is juicy, slightly ripe fruit. It has a nice mix of acidity and umami with a hint of sweetness. There is a slight muscateliness.
After swallowing, the umami flavor swells up on the tongue and permeates the tongue, yet the aftertaste is light and not pungent.
It seems to be made from Yamada-Nishiki, according to the Internet.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)

HOMIKIKIKU Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Nama Shu

Drinkable all the time. Delicious.
2025.26th.
This sake was recommended to me by a liquor store I passed by for the first time in a while. It is made by Fumikiku Sake Brewery, which also has a brand called Haneya.
The taste is juicy and light, just as the label says. It is in the sweet category and tastes like melon.
If you like sweet sake, I may recommend this sake as it is easy to drink.
It is a so-called royal road sweet fruity sake.
Personally, I prefer a more peculiar taste, but this is also possible.
I would like to drink it again including Haneya brand.
Thank you very much for your kindness.
Light, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake
The low alcohol content keeps you from getting tired of drinking it, and it tastes great!
It deteriorates quickly after drinking, but that can't be helped because it's a draft sake.
Limited edition sake from Fumikiku Shuzo, famous for Haneya!
I did not notice much aroma.
The juicy sweetness spreads on the palate and is delicious!
The lingering aroma also lingers gently on the palate.
Almost no bitterness or sourness.
The 13% alcohol content makes it very easy to drink even for beginners 🍶.
It was calmer and tastier on the second day than on the first day😊.
Sweet and sour, cold and room temperature 221100
Slightly sweet and refreshingly acidic
12 degrees Celsius even though it is a pure sake
Sake made with yeast No. 77, 100% Jinriki
At a farewell party held at the end of last year, we drank Haneya's Tsukishita-bi and Tomibigiku junmai sake (and many other local Toyama sake). (Fumigiku is a brand sold mainly locally by the Fumigiku Brewery in Haneya).
(Fumigiku is a brand sold mainly locally by the Fumigiku Sake Brewery in Haneya.) Indeed, as a food sake to be enjoyed with oden and grilled fish, this junmai sake is excellent and never gets old, so it is no wonder that it is a local sake.
So, I bought it to enjoy Fumikiku again (with Kannon squid sashimi on kelp). Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 15%.
The rest of Osechi (New Year's dishes), Kabako crab, kombujime, sesame, namasu, and herring roe that came late.
I made the sesame paste. This year we only have a small amount of dried sardines because of the high price of dried sardines. I chew it carefully.
The strong seasoning goes well with the light taste of fumigiku.
I drink too much and fall asleep again.
After waking up from sleep, I had a dessert of Daifuku with strawberries.
FUMIKIKIKU GINJO
I guess you can't drink Fumigiku's Ginjo unless you are in Toyama prefecture. I don't know 😂
The aroma is gorgeous. The taste and aroma are both fruity, and I sincerely believe it is made by the Tomigiku Brewery. The freshness in the mouth is also a high point. The aftertaste has some sharpness, so it's like a ginjo-shu 🍶.
