My wife wants to drink Saku Impression after a long time, so we go to a liquor store in the city 🚙. They have a variety of Saku, but the Impression we were looking for 💦 was not available. When we asked the owner, he said he didn't order any for this year... 😢Please order some next year 🙇🏻‍♂️ So, I found a bottle of Saku Aizan and another bottle in the fridge, and while rummaging through the fridge, my wife's eyes 🤩 spotted the words "sparkling and nigori". I immediately took her home and opened the bottle. Sweet aroma like a lactic acid bacteria drink! Full-bodied, umami sweetness with almost no sourness. It has a refreshing taste with just the right amount of bitterness from the sparkling carbonation. Refreshing taste, delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.

My eldest son brought me another 而今 that he won in a raffle 🥹 (5th bottle, too lucky in the raffle 😳) I heard it was Sake Mirai, so I was excited ⤴️⤴️ Tasted it with my second son, my eldest son and his wife who came back for GW☺️ Fruity and gorgeous aroma! Fresh and refreshing, with a firm umami and sweetness, and a final cut by sourness and bitterness. As expected of Jikin👍Yumami😋! It goes well with yellowtail and Thai shabu-shabu.

I peeked into the liquor section at the supermarket I usually go to. I found a Kameizumi there for some reason. And at a fixed price 🎶 I couldn't help but take it with me 😊. The pineapple flavor as usual! After the sweet and sour taste, there was a nice bitter taste Delicious 😋.

Souvenirs from Ise 6/6 The last one is a MONAD! I got a little excited😅. First of all, the aroma, I don't feel much, it has a slight fruity aroma 😅 maybe it's too cold 🤔. The taste is refreshingly tart and bitter, clean, refreshing and delicious 😋. At room temperature, the aroma is more fragrant and adds a rich sweetness and umami flavor 😋😋😋😋😋😋. I should have taken it out of the fridge earlier😓.

Opened a bottle of Jikin brought by my eldest son! Fruity aroma! Perfect balance of sweetness, umami, sourness, bitterness, and richness. It was consumed in no time at all😅. The side dish was simmered flounder 🎶.

I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, so I carefully opened the bottle: ⚠️ It was so easy to open that it was a bit of a letdown😅. The aroma is only faintly perceptible. The taste is fresh, sweet and sour, like a lactobacillus drink. It tastes like a lactobacillus drink and has a good umami taste. It has a nice mouthfeel, and the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink 😋. As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases, but you can also taste the bitterness, the aroma is pudding 🤔. I liked it better when it was cold.

First time I posted on Sake No Wake, Nekoma no Shizuku. Purchased again this year! Slightly fruity aroma. Fresh, sweet and light taste As I said, easy to drink and delicious 😋. The second day, the richness and umami taste increases. The second day, the richness and umami increase and it tastes even better! I want to try the Hiyamoroshi that comes out in the fall 😄.

I've been wanting to try this since last year. Berry aroma when you open the bottle! The aroma that comes through the nose is exactly like the aroma of 🍓! It also has a freshness, Sourness, full-bodied sweetness and umami, ending with just the right amount of bitterness, delicious 😋😋😋. Fruity and gentle taste, it was as good as the evaluation. I prefer it well chilled rather than room temperature for me. ☺️

We were able to get good tuna kama at a good price, so we changed our beer plans to sake: ❗️ My eldest son brought it to me, saying it was his wife's favorite brand 😊. Slightly fruity aroma. Also goes well with tuna and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) 👌 The fatty part of the tuna kama was served as sashimi, while other parts were grilled!

I forgot to give it to you😅 When opened, it smells like Cel24 yeast 🍍, like pineapple (a little weak 🤔). In the mouth, it tastes sweet and sour with umami and bitterness! The aftertaste is clean and delicious 😋😋😋. I personally prefer a little less bitterness. Perfect with wild vegetable tempura and soba noodles, especially with creamy cheese👌.

I forgot to give it to you😅 A souvenir from my wife's brother and his wife. Aroma: Slightly ginjo aroma Umami and alcohol at first. As you drink more, you start to taste sweetness and sourness. Souvenirs from Ise 5/6 March 9 (^. ^) Opened a bottle of Saku "Izenonami" bought at Ise🤗. Fruity aroma, sweet and full-bodied but also refreshing and very beautiful 🤩. As expected from Saku 👍! Very tasty 😋😋😋😋😋😋. I'm glad I splurged and bought it 😊.
