A year ago, we drank Saku (or was it Masano-no-sato 🤔), which got us into sake as a couple😊. This time, we drank the SOU no Tomo. Slightly fruity aroma. I felt it was less full-bodied than Masa no Satoshi, but It was a delicious sake that was easy to drink with umami and sweetness in a refreshing and clean taste. The flavor of the pork was very good. It enhanced the taste of the pork 👍

First time to drink Akabu Fresh aroma when you open the bottle. It has a fresh feeling with a slight carbonation piquancy. It was very beautiful and delicious 🍶 with a good balance of umami, sweetness, and sourness and a clean taste. It was delicious 😋. My wife and I finished 4 bottles in one day😅.

Luckily there was a cancellation and I was able to purchase it: ✌️ Ginjo aroma and sweet aroma like cotton candy. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the pizzazz of the carbonation and the sweet, yet clean and fresh taste with a hint of bitterness. The taste is sweet, yet refreshing and fresh, with a hint of bitterness. It was very delicious 🍶😋! It went well with soba noodles, tempura, and soba miso 👌! I want to drink it again next year 🍶🤤.

As expected 👍 Delicious 😋. Fruity aroma and deliciously sweet and full flavor, Usually it takes my wife and I 2 days to empty a bottle of #4, but FLINT took us only 1 day 😅. The crop is too delicious😊.

One of the bottles purchased at Morishita Sake Shop to commemorate my visit to Ise. One of the bottles I purchased at Morishita Sake Shop. When the bottle was opened, it had a nice fruity aroma! When I put it in my mouth, it tasted different from what I imagined from the aroma. It has a clear, dry taste with a touch of bitterness. It has a sharp taste. It brings out the deliciousness of the meat and washes away the remaining fat in the mouth with a crisp taste, which makes the chopsticks go further 😋. When it reached room temperature, it became more umami and mellow, making it even more delicious to drink: ☺️ It also goes well with oden on the second day👍.

It's been a little while, I went to visit Ise. I was going to sample some Shirataka at Shirataka Miyake Shoten, where they were giving out free sake to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Shirataka's donation to Ise Jingu Shrine. ✌️ It has a full-bodied, dry, umami and acidic taste, just like a Japanese sake. ☺️ It has a nostalgic taste and is delicious. 👍

The flavor is well-balanced and complements any meal. It has a subtle fruity aroma, a well-balanced flavor, and it enhances any meal. Saku is good no matter what you drink.

My wife posted this first😅. When we went on a trip to Ise, I tasted it at the brewery and it was so good that I immediately pre-ordered it 😊. It arrived refrigerated and I opened it right away. The aroma was good and my expectations were high! It is refreshing on the palate, with a fruity aroma escaping through the nose. The sweetness and umami of the rice spread in the mouth and it was very delicious 🍶. I will definitely buy it when I visit Ise again 😁.

Visit to Ise Jingu Shrine Order "Genyume" for dinner at the inn I was attracted by the words "phantom" and "rare" on the list I couldn't help ordering 😅 It was delicious 🍶, slightly dry and refreshing 😋. The picture of the bottle was on display at the inn😅.

Good aroma of ginjo-shu when the bottle is opened. When you put it in your mouth, it goes from sweet and tasty to refreshing with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Very tasty 😋. On the 2nd day after opening the bottle, the sweetness became stronger and the bitterness was almost imperceptible. Personally, I like the first day better 😊.

Fruity aroma The first sip, I felt bitterness in my mouth, but then sweetness and sourness came out in a nice way, and the aftertaste was refreshing 😊. I drank some of the raw sake in March and it was delicious. I also bought Hiyayogoshi ‼︎ I don't know how to describe it because I don't have the vocabulary, but it's just delicious 😋. It has a light taste and goes down your throat like water. When it warms up a bit, you can taste the umami, sourness and bitterness, but it's not unpleasant 😊. It's not unpleasant at all 😊. I would buy it again next year: ☺️ Note: Purchased on 9/8
