Sweet aroma like cotton candy. First sip immediately after opening the bottle, sweetness and sourness in the astringency. There is a slight alcohol taste, but the aftertaste is clean and refreshing! As you drink it (as it warms up), the sweetness comes to the fore, and the refreshing feeling is maintained, but later cut off by the sourness and astringency! Personally, I prefer the taste at room temperature 😋.

Slightly fruity aroma. Less aroma and sweetness than last year 🤔. I felt a little bitterness because of that. 2nd day after opening the bottle The aroma, umami, and sweetness increased, It tastes like the Hana Yuu we drank last year 😀. Delicious 😋.

Yokohamajin 9 The last one is not "Jyushidai" but "Toyobai This is my first brewery. Aroma like lychee Umami and sweetness of rice spread in the mouth with sourness. Refreshing aftertaste with a bit of alcohol. Delicious and easy to drink.
