We were able to get good tuna kama at a good price, so we changed our beer plans to sake: ❗️ My eldest son brought it to me, saying it was his wife's favorite brand 😊. Slightly fruity aroma. The sweetness and umami of the rice in the clean taste is very delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Also goes well with tuna and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) 👌 The fatty part of the tuna kama was served as sashimi, while other parts were grilled!

I forgot to give it to you😅 When opened, it smells like Cel24 yeast 🍍, like pineapple (a little weak 🤔). In the mouth, it tastes sweet and sour with umami and bitterness! The aftertaste is clean and delicious 😋😋😋. I personally prefer a little less bitterness. Perfect with wild vegetable tempura and soba noodles, especially with creamy cheese👌.

I forgot to give it to you😅 A souvenir from my wife's brother and his wife. Aroma: Slightly ginjo aroma Umami and alcohol at first. As you drink more, you start to taste sweetness and sourness. The aftertaste is a slight bitterness that keeps you going! Once you get used to drinking it, it is quite delicious 😋😋😋😋.

Souvenirs from Ise 5/6 March 9 (^. ^) Opened a bottle of Saku "Izenonami" bought at Ise🤗. Fruity aroma, sweet and full-bodied but also refreshing and very beautiful 🤩. As expected from Saku 👍! Very tasty 😋😋😋😋😋😋. I'm glad I splurged and bought it 😊.

My wife bought a packet at a liquor store, attracted by the "last bottle" and the cute label: ❗️ Melon aroma 🤤. It has a bit of bitterness in the mouth, but it has a rich sweetness like melon juice, umami, and sourness. Anyway, delicious 😋😋😋😋. Nice choice by my wife👍

Souvenir of Ise 4/6 Fruity aroma Freshness, full umami and sweetness of rice! Nice bitterness at the end... delicious 😋😋😋😋😋. Beautiful and well balanced, I drank it with the help of the everlasting pot 😅.

Purchased at Ise 3/6 The bottle was opened easily, probably due to the hole in the stopper! Sweet and mild aroma. Full-bodied umami, sweetness, and bitterness combined with the sizzle of the carbonation makes it very easy to drink 😊. The sourness was also slightly tasty 😋😋😋😋😋😋. I forgot to drink just the top clear 🥹.

Purchased at Ise 2/6 The light blue label caught my eye and I bought it: ❗️ Almost no aroma immediately after opening the bottle First sip...light 🙄 or rather light in taste 🤔. When I drink it with food, I can taste sweetness and umami. It doesn't interfere with the taste of the food and is just right 🤗. The day after opening the bottle, sweet aroma, sweetness and umami taste 😋😋😋It's different from the day before 😁. Sourness and bitterness can be felt a little depending on the dish 😋❗️ It was best when paired with cheese😊.

Purchased at Ise 1/6 Since we went all the way to Ise, we bought some sake as souvenirs. First, Ura-Hanzo Kami-no-Ho Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori Private brand of Morishita Sake Shop A nice apple-like aroma 😊 as soon as the bottle was opened. Great anticipation 🤩. In the mouth, it is sweet and yet refreshing! Umami and acidity are also present, clean and balanced taste, delicious 😋😋😋😋😋. It's so easy to go. It goes well with jyoyo-nabe, amberjack, and Thai shabu shabu 👌. A bit of a shame that the bitterness becomes a bit stronger at room temperature 😢. Personally, I prefer it cold ☺️

Visiting Ise with my wife's parents! (We just went there last October 😅) Geku shrine → Sarutahiko shrine → lunch at Ise Kaku Uchingu restaurant → around the inner shrine and back to the inn for my parents and to Ise Man for myself and my wife 😁. This time, due to the space in our fridge (and budget), we only tasted the raw sake! It was refreshing and delicious 😋😋😋.

It's hard to see inside, so I had to strain my eyes. I managed to open the bottle without blowing it out😅 When poured into a glass, it has a sweet aroma like banana🍌🤤. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a full-bodied sweetness and umami with a sense of sizzle, followed by a slight bitterness that will refresh your taste buds. ❗️ The aroma through the nose is melon😄. As expected of Sentori, delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.

Little aroma. Slightly ginjo aroma. If you don't mix the lees, it has a slight sweetness and sourness, and the carbonic acidity gives it a refreshing taste. ☺️ When mixed with lees, it is much tastier with carbonation, rich sweetness and a hint of bitterness 😋😋.

A good fruity aroma as soon as the bottle is opened 🤤. A sip, fresh and crisp, fruit-like sweetness and acidity mixed with well-balanced umami and bitterness 😊. Refreshing and very tasty 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. I'll book again next year 😁. The back of the label reads "Daikichi" 🤗.

New Year's Day I went to a liquor store that I sometimes visit to buy alcohol 🚗. Because it was the beginning of the year, there were not many kinds of sake, I found a bottle of Yamasan, which I have seen at Sake no Wa 🤩 and bought it without hesitation 😄. I bought it without hesitation 😄 Fruity aroma, slightly carbonated and crisp. Sweet and sour, refreshing and light taste ☺️ Delicious and very easy to drink 🍶😋😋😋. I would like to try other kinds 🤤😋😋😋.

First, open the bottle! I opened the bottle with great care and fear: ❗️ ...it opened without a hitch 😅.... First, the supernatant Carbonation, sweetness and a hint of sourness, tastes like a rummy ☺️ It tastes good enough on its own 😋. Mixing with lees gives it even more sweetness, umami and rich taste 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. I'll buy it again when I see it again 😊.

My favorite Houou Mida! I saw it and bought it without hesitation🤗. It has a pineapple-like aroma, sweet and sour taste, and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Sweet and sour taste, slight bitterness in the aftertaste I can drink it easily 😊. Hououmida is still delicious 😋😋😋😋.
