The sizzling carbonation and sweet and sour taste is just like a regular snowman.
Like regular snowmen, it is a lactic acid carbonated drink😄.

When opened
Not much aroma, faint grain type aroma
First sip, tastes almost like traditional sake but a bit different 🤔? Strange taste 🙁.
As I continue to drink it
Behind the alcohol taste, there were rice taste, sourness, umami, and sweetness, which became complex and deep taste, and it was delicious.
2nd day
The alcohol feeling softened, and a gentle sweetness and sourness spread in the mouth, followed by the taste of rice (umami) and a slight bitterness.
When it reaches room temperature, the sweetness becomes even stronger and the aroma changes to a slight vanilla-like sweetness 😀.
Quite tasty 🤤.
The second day was more delicious with a taste I personally like 😋.
Next time I see it, I'll make sure to check the production date and buy a new one 😋.

Fruity aroma, rice umami, sweetness, sourness and finally bitterness 🤔.
Complex taste but I remember it was very delicious 😋.
The last sake of 2012 was Shinshu Kamerei and New Year's Eve Soba 😀.
A faintly sweet and fruity aroma,
The sweet and fruity aroma, umami and gentle acidity make it refreshing.
As you drink it, the sweetness and the flavor of koji (malted rice) appear.
The aroma of the buckwheat noodles we ate together with it spread into our nostrils.
The aroma of the soba noodles we ate together with the sake filled our nostrils and enhanced the taste of the soba even more.
