It's hard to see inside, so I had to strain my eyes. I managed to open the bottle without blowing it out😅 When poured into a glass, it has a sweet aroma like banana🍌🤤. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a full-bodied sweetness and umami with a sense of sizzle, followed by a slight bitterness that will refresh your taste buds. ❗️ The aroma through the nose is melon😄. As expected of Sentori, delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.

Little aroma. Slightly ginjo aroma. If you don't mix the lees, it has a slight sweetness and sourness, and the carbonic acidity gives it a refreshing taste. ☺️ When mixed with lees, it is much tastier with carbonation, rich sweetness and a hint of bitterness 😋😋.

A good fruity aroma as soon as the bottle is opened 🤤. A sip, fresh and crisp, fruit-like sweetness and acidity mixed with well-balanced umami and bitterness 😊. Refreshing and very tasty 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. I'll book again next year 😁. The back of the label reads "Daikichi" 🤗.

New Year's Day I went to a liquor store that I sometimes visit to buy alcohol 🚗. Because it was the beginning of the year, there were not many kinds of sake, I found a bottle of Yamasan, which I have seen at Sake no Wa 🤩 and bought it without hesitation 😄. I bought it without hesitation 😄 Fruity aroma, slightly carbonated and crisp. Sweet and sour, refreshing and light taste ☺️ Delicious and very easy to drink 🍶😋😋😋. I would like to try other kinds 🤤😋😋😋.

First, open the bottle! I opened the bottle with great care and fear: ❗️ ...it opened without a hitch 😅.... First, the supernatant Carbonation, sweetness and a hint of sourness, tastes like a rummy ☺️ It tastes good enough on its own 😋. Mixing with lees gives it even more sweetness, umami and rich taste 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. I'll buy it again when I see it again 😊.

The aroma is faintly melon-like😊. Sweet and sour taste, like melon juice, The bitter taste follows. The acidity is a little strong, so it is refreshing and very easy to drink. It is also good with rich food 🤔. Delicious and quite cosy 😋😋😋.

My favorite Houou Mida! I saw it and bought it without hesitation🤗. It has a pineapple-like aroma, sweet and sour taste, and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Sweet and sour taste, slight bitterness in the aftertaste I can drink it easily 😊. Hououmida is still delicious 😋😋😋😋.

New Year's Day Family Drinking Party (3) The last one was Kubota Manju brought by my wife's (Chimii's) father. Gorgeous aroma like a Daiginjo! The taste is light and refreshing. The sweetness of the rice, umami, and acidity are well balanced. It has no habit and can be drunk like water. Very delicious 😋😋😋.

New Year's Day Family Drinking Party (2) Next,UA Snowman☃️ The sizzling carbonation and sweet and sour taste is just like a regular snowman. Like regular snowmen, it is a lactic acid carbonated drink😄. The US version tastes stronger and a bit more bitter, but both are very tasty 😋😋😋😋. Even my second son, who is not a fan of sake and rarely drinks it 😊.

The fruity aroma and pleasant The fruity aroma combined with the pleasantly carbonated and tangy taste is very delicious. It was much tastier than the hi-iru ones. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

I bought it hibernating in a liquor store without checking the production date😅. When opened Not much aroma, faint grain type aroma First sip, tastes almost like traditional sake but a bit different 🤔? Strange taste 🙁. As I continue to drink it Behind the alcohol taste, there were rice taste, sourness, umami, and sweetness, which became complex and deep taste, and it was delicious. 2nd day The alcohol feeling softened, and a gentle sweetness and sourness spread in the mouth, followed by the taste of rice (umami) and a slight bitterness. When it reaches room temperature, the sweetness becomes even stronger and the aroma changes to a slight vanilla-like sweetness 😀. Quite tasty 🤤. The second day was more delicious with a taste I personally like 😋. Next time I see it, I'll make sure to check the production date and buy a new one 😋. I'll buy a new one 🧐.

The last sake of 2012 was Shinshu Kamerei and New Year's Eve Soba 😀. A faintly sweet and fruity aroma, The sweet and fruity aroma, umami and gentle acidity make it refreshing. As you drink it, the sweetness and the flavor of koji (malted rice) appear. The aroma of the buckwheat noodles we ate together with it spread into our nostrils. The aroma of the soba noodles we ate together with the sake filled our nostrils and enhanced the taste of the soba even more. It was easy to drink and very tasty. Purchased at Morishita Sake Shop when I visited Ise in October. Fruity aroma Full-bodied umami, sweetness and sourness Finally, a hint of bitterness and crispness 😊. Good with sashimi, synergy of deliciousness 🤤. The work is not to be missed, it was delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. If I have a chance to visit Ise again, I will bring them back 😋.
