Purchased from Yamamoto in Kyoto, Japan.
100% Yamadanishiki
Koji rice 40%, Kake rice 50% polished rice
Alcohol 16%.
Very gorgeous aroma
Sourness is the most noticeable, with a soft sweetness and umami.
The taste is unexpectedly light.
On the second day, the sweetness and umami are greatly increased↑ while the gorgeousness is maintained.
Easy to drink and beautifully put together, this is delicious 😆💕💕!
The taste didn't lose at all until the 4th day, and it remained delicious!
I thought it was not so great when I opened it, but after the second day, I was convinced that it is a sake loved by many people 😌.
Kyoto Yamamoto is closing at the end of this month 😢.
I can't help but hope that they will reopen again in Kyoto 🥹.

Usually I have to accumulate a lot of points to be able to buy it, but I was allowed to buy it only this time before the store closes 🙏 I won't be able to buy it near HIROKI 😭.
