Once again we meet the Urasato of Kanji characters♪
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol 15
Sake-like aroma and sourness.
Complex taste with a classic feel and fruity modernity when drunk.
Bitterness and pungency as well.
By the second day, it becomes a melon? Muscat? Pear? Anyway, it is fruity and the classic feeling is only slight.
It is well-balanced with a moderate sweetness and reduced bitterness, but still drinkable and delicious. ❣️
On the third or fourth day, the whole wine is well adjusted and has a good flavor.
I prefer it to the first day. ❣️
The green letter one was good, but this one was more to my liking 😊.

Hi Ponchan 😃.
Kanji Urasato, it's a fusion of classic and modern 📚I can enjoy how the taste changes over time 🥰I'm looking forward to Urasato now because I love winter nigori 😅I don't like cold weather... 😅

Hi, Pon 😀
I haven't had any Urasato recently either 🤣.
Even though I know it's delicious, I'm always looking for something else 😅.

Good evening, Pon-chan 😃.
I'm glad you enjoyed drinking Urasato Jungin: ☺️
The light nigorigo is delicious and the jungin nama-hime is also great, but you can't miss the blue, green and gold Urasato as the basic sake!
The change of opening the bottle is also intoxicating 😊.

Hi Pon 😃
The Hitanishiki Urasato looks delicious 😍.
I guess it is easier to drink after a few days than on the day of opening the bottle as it has less classic and bitter taste! Makes me want to buy it again ✨

Good evening...
This Urasato-san is delicious 🤤.
Urasato-san has a noticeable taste change between when the bottle is opened and a couple of days later 🤩The Jun Dai I drank the other day (not posted) also had a noticeable taste change!

Hi Hanapin 🐦.
Maybe because I think Ibaraki sake is rare, I drink it when I see it, so it's surprisingly high on my list of posts 😆 I enjoyed this one for a long time because the taste changes 😊👍I'd like to keep following 🎶.

Hi HinaHanaMama 🐦.
It was a very interesting sake, it was like a classic when it was opened, but after some time it became more modern 😊.
I'm jealous that you drank nigori 😻I haven't come across it at all 💦I hope I can drink it someday 🥹.

Hi Yasbaye 🐦.
Yasbaye's house has as much alcohol as a store, so if you buy even the recommended ones, you'll be in trouble 🤣 If you meet me for a drink outside, I'd love to meet you!

Hi Pekho 🐦.
I know what you mean 😆 If you look at the sakewa, how much you will buy in a year 😱 but if you buy the recommended ones, they are delicious 🤣 I try to be as restrained as possible when I go to the store because ❣️

Hi Nao888 🐦.
I can't buy all the brands I want when it comes to the number of bottles I drink 💦 I'm trying to control the number of times I go to liquor stores these days 🤣.
If you meet me out drinking, I'd love to hear from you 😁.

Pon-chan, from the classical character of the first day, to the fruity spread from the second day onward, to the final cohesive flavor, it's like a whole story ✨ The expression "balance of moderate sweetness and reduced bitterness" is also exquisite!

Good evening, Pon-chan 😃.
We had this one at the first round of the playoffs last year ⚾️ 🤗It was clear and slightly sweet by J&N standards 😋We might be more of a Kiritsukuba group 🧐.
