Once again we meet the Urasato of Kanji characters♪ Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15 Sake-like aroma and sourness. Complex taste with a classic feel and fruity modernity when drunk. Bitterness and pungency as well. By the second day, it becomes a melon? Muscat? Pear? Anyway, it is fruity and the classic feeling is only slight. It is well-balanced with a moderate sweetness and reduced bitterness, but still drinkable and delicious. ❣️ On the third or fourth day, the whole wine is well adjusted and has a good flavor. I prefer it to the first day. ❣️ The green letter one was good, but this one was more to my liking 😊.

It's still October 🤣. The event in the local shopping district was unexpectedly crowded 🎶. Buy some drinks and snacks at the restaurant booths and drink standing up! I toasted with a soda of Nani no Oto Kabosukiri! It's refreshing and thirst-quenching 🫧. The breweries from Shiga were here and had a talk with us! Ninja's Seko Sake Brewery had a father-son comedy act! while drinking Ninja's Jungin Unfiltered Nama Sake 😆! Yoshida Sake Brewery of Takefujima, the president himself sold and poured the sake after the talk â Fruity and easy to drink ❣️ Other sweet fruity Usuzakura flowers and cats We also had a lot of tasty snacks such as umaki and meatballs at a reasonable price, which made for a satisfying lunch 😊.

It's been a long time since I've taken the high road✨. 100% Yamae-Nishiki Polishing ratio 38 Alcohol 15.5 Nice aroma, well-balanced sweetness, umami and acidity, slightly classic. Spiciness at the end. On the second day, it becomes more rounded, less pungent and very tasty. ❣️ On the 3rd or 4th day, it becomes more rounded and has a delicious sweetness, and the spiciness is not bothersome. It was delicious all through the 4 days 😊. This sake is from the non-gold medal winning tank of the two tanks brewed for the competition. The price is therefore a little more reasonable. I bought it thinking that the taste would probably not change much! I'm sure I have preconceived notions, but it still tasted great ✨.

We drank it out last year and enjoyed it, and this year we drank it at home. 100% Ichihozumi from Akita Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 14%. This is it! The acidic aroma reminds us of the sweet and sour taste of Maruhi. When you drink it, the balance between acidity and sweet-savory bitterness is very good! It is juicy, drinkable and delicious as only autumn sake can be. ❣️ On the second or third day, the sweetness increases↑ and it is even juicier: ❣️ The label on the back of the bottle says that the sweetness is moderate, but due to the good balance, it doesn't feel that way compared to other Maruhis, or at least I can't tell 😂. It was delicious all through the 3 days. I've had 5 bottles this season, and I'm torn between Shiboritate, Limited Nama Sake, and Hiyoroshi 💦. All 5 bottles have the sweet and sour taste that is typical of Maruhi, so they are all delicious 😊. Hopefully next season I can try the ones I haven't yet 🙄🙄.

I wonder if this is the last time we'll see Kudokibe this season. 100% Snow Goddess from Yamagata Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 29 Alcohol 15%. Nice aroma, not too strong, chili-chili-rummy flavor Soft sweetness, strong bitterness Sweetness up↑bitterness slightly softened on the second day 3rd day, more sweetnessupRipe and juicy, more like a ripe melon than a rumney. A little bitterness and the best balance ✨. Day 4, calmed down, no more 🍈 but still juicy, no more bitterness. I prefer it to freshly opened The 3rd day with the flavor was very tasty ❣️ I've drank 6 bottles of Kudokidoki Umezumi and I can't decide which one I like the best 😊. I can't decide which one is the best 😂. I can't decide which one is my favorite 😂 I'm looking forward to next season

After Aladdin-san said that Kunihiroya's sake cake goes well with sake, I got it at the right time so I decided to try to match it 😊. I was looking at Takimoto-san's sake and thought it would go well with Tamagawa...........................nice stuff! I was looking at it and....I found a nice one! Polishing ratio 88 Alcohol 11%. 360ml Room temperature The color is like whiskey or Shaoxing wine 😳 I thought it was a black bottle as I was looking at it in the dark 😆. Surprised when I got home 🤣. Aroma of bitter chocolate, tastes like Shaoxing wine, and some flavors of soy sauce. It tastes like prunes and other dried fruits... It's easy to drink and tastes good with a light sweetness. When you drink it with a cake, you can't taste the sweetness, but they don't interfere with each other and it's delicious. Lukewarm to hot The acidity is reduced and the sweetness comes out, just like tea. It went well with the cake. ❣️ If you make it hotter, it becomes too sour and I give up 💦 because I don't like sour. If you drink it by itself, it can be served at room temperature or warmed up 👌 If you want to drink it by itself, it can be drunk at room temperature or warmed up 👌👌 if you want to drink it with cake I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish it, but I ended up not having enough because I wanted to try all kinds of things 😂.

I got some Shine Muscat, so I tried to match it... ♪ 100% Akita Sake Komachi Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 13%. Aroma like white wine, with the most acidity, sweetness, softness, and no bitterness. Even when you drink it, it is like a white wine. On the second day, the sweetness increases and it is very tasty. ❣️ On the third or fourth day, the sweetness has settled down. And then, with the Shine Muscat, this year's grapes are small but very sweet. ❣️ So when you eat and drink it, it tastes like white wine with less sweetness. I saw it in dancyu and was curious about it. 100% Koshitanrei from Kakizaki, Niigata Prefecture Alcohol 16%. Water used for brewing: "Oideguchi spring water" (one of the 100 best waters in the Heisei era) Fruity aroma, fruity taste, soft sweetness, like white wine. The overall taste is light. Better with sashimi than with sweet and spicy side dishes. Melon flavor on the second day 😳 Sweetness is up↑, very tasty ❣️ 3rd to 4th day, it lost its fruity taste and became a little sour and sweet. It has a strong flavor, so it was delicious with spaghetti with meat sauce! If it tastes like wine, drink it by the second day. If it tastes like sake, drink it after that. As the obi says, knot = the connection between "now and the future" and "farmers and customers" of Kakizaki. We tasted the sake made with this concept in mind 😊.

Almost a month late in posting 😂. 100% Modified Nobukou Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15 Aroma of acidity, chili, and refreshing acidity when drunk Soft sweetness and umami Easy to drink without bitterness or pungency! On the second or third day, sweetness rises, well-balanced sweet and sourness, full-bodied and delicious. ❣️ On the 4th day, the acidity has calmed down and the umami has increased, which is also good! It has just the right amount of sweet and sour with a good aftertaste. The different lot we drank in the spring was also easy to drink. 2024 is a moderate acidity that even I, who don't like sourness in general, can enjoy drinking 🤔.

Aladdin-san was drinking, I found "Ninja but not a ninja" which Aladdin drank at the same store! And also "Urazake" (a back liquor)! I was ready to try the sake that is too hidden in the darkness! 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 40 Alcohol 15%. Sandesi. The aroma is typical of sake, and when you drink it, it has a slightly fruity, soft sweetness, and umami and spiciness. The next day, the sweetness increases and it is even easier to drink. I drank it with mirin (dried sweet sake), but it was not so good. It is better with sashimi than with sweet and spicy food. The cap of Jungin is also mysterious even though it is Jun Dai. I was reminded of the phrase "a ninja, but not a ninja" when I drank it.

Found this at a local supermarket 👀. When I see sludge type, I can't help but buy it 😆. Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol 15%. It is pure white! Sake-like aroma, thick, strong alcohole, sweetness and spiciness. On the second or third day, the alcohydrate taste has settled down and it is easy to drink. Sweetness does not increase so much. On the 4th day, the tartness is gone and it is the easiest and tastiest to drink. ❣️ It went well with dark dishes such as claypot meat, curry, spaghetti arrabbiata, etc. I'd love to try a draft of this in the winter ✨.

Bottled in a bottle with a single flame The aroma is already pineapple and the taste is also pineapple. Not so sweet, but the pineapple flavor gives the illusion of sweetness💦. Pungent? Bitter? Finish with Next day, sweetness up, bitterness softened, very tasty ❣️ 5th day, the pineapple flavor has decreased, but the sweetness has increased even more and there is no bitterness, so this is delicious! Thanks to your support, 700 check-ins✨ This sake is about a month old, but the order happened to be my favorite Hanayuyuu Omachi 😅 100% Omachi Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 16%. Gorgeous & fruity aroma Fruity when you drink it, soft sweetness, umami and spiciness in the hana-eup. On the second or third day, the sweetness increases and the balance is good, but the spiciness remains the same. I still prefer to let it sit for a while. ❣️ Omachi has been hi-iru for 4 years in a row. Less sweet than usual 🤔. Still, it's a happy taste for those who love sweet 💕 I've been cutting back on sake since the second half of August💦. And I've been slow in posting 💦. Please keep up the good work 🙇.

♪ Labels with kanji characters that I wanted to drink ♪ Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15%. Classic taste with good balance. Very drinkable! On the second and third days, the sweetness increases a little and it becomes easier to drink, which is more preferable than when it is freshly opened! It has settled down on the 4th day. The taste is different from the prototype we had last time! It was more plump and mellow than the Miyamanishiki sake we usually drink. ❣️

Fruity and juicy sweetness like orange 🍊 or melon 🍈. Slight bitterness at the end. This is great for dessert! Sweet mouthfeel like sake, like wine. Low alcohol & 500ml of very tasty sake, it goes very fast 😊.

Yasubeyes' warehouse opening party (5) How many rare drinks will they let us drink? I was impressed by this one, which I haven't encountered even when drinking outside! I was very drunk, but the taste was so good that I was in a state of lethargy😇. The last of Yasube's selections was Yonotori! It was a great idea to bring something you can drink like a dessert! I remember Aladdin and I were talking about Demachi Futaba. I wonder if he made a terrible detour to buy it for us? I'm sorry I didn't thank you properly. That's all I remember😅 I left first. Yasbaye family's warehouse party (4) Kaorin-san's birthday was the day before, so everyone sang Happy Birthday to her. The second cake, flowers from Umaichan, and more presents from Yasubeyesan 🎁! A truly wonderful couple✨! The sake was also amazing! I was surprised even by the Shinshu Kamerei we just had 😳 It's sweet and tasty with a clean aftertaste, nothing but delicious. ❣️ The third picture is what we drank after that! Murasaki Uchu 3.0 Junodai! Fruity and modern, with a different taste! The order in which they came out was superb ✨. to be continued
